I arrived at Oil Changers to do a safety check for my wife's car at 8 am. Despite my assumption that it would not be busy due to the early part of the month , I was mistaken. The line was longer than expected, but the service was efficient and well-executed. Next time, I will plan to arrive earlier to avoid a lengthy wait.Great customer service worth the long wait.

I Love Everyone at this Specific Oil Changers! The woman in the shop was so kind and made sure I was taken cared of. I had all 4 kids in the car she offered us to be comfortable in the seating area in the gas station. But I decided to stay in my car. They were able to do a Quick Maintenance on my vehicle and it was Quick Efficient. They always get the job done!

Quick safety check inspection no appointment needed. The crew has great teamwork collaboration and great customer service. It s a first come first serve basis , you just need to wait your turn. Overall good experience

The service I received was Top Notch. Friendly and professional. Kristalyn Greeted me with a hug and a good morning smile. The safety inspection was quick and efficient. I will continue to service my car at this location. Everyone worked as a team. And having fun the whole time.

I love that I had the option of hanging out in the car, but I had my toddler with me so they said I could take her inside and they would let me know when it was done. And I didn't even have to wait long. They didn't pressure me into getting more done than I was intending even though I know I do need more maintenance (next time can). I'll be back soon.

I have taken in 2 vehicles for safety inspections. I took one in on the last day of the month and it took a little while. There was a lot of procrastinators in line. The second vehicle took only twenty minutes. The staff is amazing!!!

I was running around looking for safety check inspection and no one seem to be doing it without an appointment. I then remembered Oil Changers near Longs Drug store in Pearl City. I asked Jeff the manager if they do safety check inspection and he told me come back one hour before 1 pm and then I told him I can wait outside the lot of Longs. Then he changed his mind and told me I can do it now. I was so amazed and very happy that I don't have to wait for the next 2 hours and it was done in more than just half-hour. Thank you Oil Changer specially to Jeff the manager. I will surely go back there next year.

Needed to get a safety check. They open at 0700 in the morning. I was in line at 0646. I was third in line. Got out little after 0800. Stay in the car until it's your turnYou wait in the air condition wait room approx 20 minutes. They come get you and then you pay. Simple. Bring a jacket.

I love this place. They are always able to take care of me. The wait isn't long and they are very efficient changing and checking everything. Ben is great always welcoming and knowledgeable with explaining what was changed and what needs to be changed.

Technician who did my safety inspection was awesome!! He was efficient and did a great job! The girl, with the amazing nails!, who checked me out was also so sweet and did an awesome job. I m so sorry I didn t get everyone s name. Will definitely continue to take my vehicles there for all of our safety inspections

After getting an oil change here, my car was leaking oil. I take it to a qualified repair shop and they found the filter was not even hand tightened, it was swiveling lose. Also they inappropriately used a torqued bolt on the bottom. Really hoping that my engine is not damaged now. Thank you for making me spend $128 Oil Changers of Pearly City!

Well the service the day of was great but I noticed that the people checking vehicles before the inspection picked who they wanted to give problems to about window tint. I got sent away the first time because of my window tint, so I had to get it removed to pass my inspection, my tint was reading at 17% which I know is not legal in Hawaii. I had a tint permit in my previous state which Hawaii does not allow.not to add to the fact that removing ny tint ruined my back window defrosters. I saw 4 cars before me with darker tint than I originally had and they gave them no issues. Not much integrity in my opinion. Won t be going back.

First time going there last year and I told the tech about the once in a blue moon little problem with gear stick and he said I can drive it in and stayed in my car for safety check. I was in and out in 10 minutes, fast and friendly service. Will be going there soon again for another safety check!

Open seven days a week. First come first serve. Come early especially at the end of the month when renewing safety checks. AC waiting room with chairs and tv.

Oil Changers has gone above and beyond for us. I needed help with my car and just so happened 2 of their team members were at the seen ready to assist me. It was natural to them. This experience led me to try them at their Pearl city location which IS OPEN 7AM DAILY FOR US EARLY RISERS and have been going ever since. They are very thorough. Iam an early riser so i love that they are open 7am ready to serve. Let's me know what care my car needs. My scion is a happy therfore I am happy. Thank you oilchangers808.

I always use Oil Changers in Pearl City for my oil changes and safety checks! I came in yesterday for a safety check on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma and left feeling like the crew there went above and beyond to help me!! Even though the lineup for safety checks was super long (I brought my Japanese lessons to kill time while I waited!) by the time it was my turn, it was way past their 1:00pm scheduled time to issue safety checks. They still greeted me with a smile and made a joke that had me laughing out loud! At first I was told by Jeff, I wouldn t pass the safety check because the inside of my left headlight had condensation in it (this is a few days after O ahu s crazy rains) and water must have gotten inside I was offered a temporary certificate which would allow me to bypass the car line next time. I would have 30 days to get the light fixture repaired. Jeff told me to come back in 10 minutes. I went across the street to order a burrito from Alejandro s, and when I came back, Jeff was putting my headlight back on. HE HAD FIXED IT FOR ME!!! Taken it off, wiped it down and repaired the seal. He said it was now roadworthy and I passed the safety check! I couldn t believe that he and his team had done this for me! I really appreciate how they ALWAYS help me out! Especially being a wahine and not knowing much about trucks! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them for all your oil change and service needs!!!

They are very busy, so be sure to get there early, early. I would recommend to get there by 6am if you want to get your Safety Check done the same day. The wait maybe long(1-2hrs) but the staff is very pleasant and professional.

I 1st thought was kinda pricey @$20/qt of synthetic oil. But NO wait, stayed in my car and was done I d say in 20 min max. They checked all fluids, tire pressure and lights. They staff was good. Was a good value for me.

Was kinda disappointed they didn t check all my fluids and battery test. I realize it s a fast quick and go oil change. The price seems high for a quick and go place.

Had to get an overdue safety inspection yesterday. Someone recommended Oil Changers so I called and the lady who answered (Des?) was very nice. She s said it may be a two hour wait and the inspector would have to go to lunch at 11. But she took the time to ask the safety inspector how long a wait, then told me to come immediately. Got there 15 minutes later and was third in line for the inspection. Just under an hour later my car was being inspected!Ferdinand, the inspector was very nice when I explained I had an expired safety inspection and needed a conditional one to get my car registration renewed. He finished the inspection then explained where to park when I came back with the registration so he could finish the job and put the new safety inspection sticker on my license plate.I recommend this location (Pearl City)!

Awesome service! Second visit at this location and I ll be returning for future oil changes. The young man helping me was polite and informative. I like that I didn t need to leave my vehicle while the oil change was being done. Also, he let me know what services I should do for my 2005 Honda Element. He wasn t pushy and gave me the information about maintenance I should have done. Thank you!Service: Oil change

I went to have my safety check done and I was told to come back by 1pm which I did. I came back and I was the second in line at then I was told to wait till 2pm, which I did. I ve been coming to this place which is great but at least get your times correct.

At the last minute I realized I had the expired proof of insurance. The person helping me told me he was going on a lunch break, but if I came back I would not lose my place in line. So I got serviced as promised !! Wow..btw I was the 7th in line and inspite of the line, the workers were courteous and professional. Thank you !

Just wanted to share an experience at the Pearl City 76 Oil Changers.I came in for a top up because it was due next month for an Oil change.I came around to the back where they usually give the top up s and was told to go to the entrance. When I go to the open entrance I was instructed to pull out and wait behind a car being serviced. A top off should have taken 5 mins at the most. Instead I waited behind the car being serviced 10 mins before I checked the fluids myself. I got my tires checked at Lex Brodie in less than 5mins also.Not a good customer service call.

Was good for safety check initially in da morning da line was long, about 7 cars in front of me. Oil Changers went open one more bay and da line went move better. Da technician was initially little bit grumpy but after talking with him he was pretty cool. The work was fast and I went pass! Will be returning next year (god willing).
