I recommend this guys they do good work I had a big job n they did it in 2 bays only have some pictures I will give them 10 stars I will go back for more good price like I said do it good first time pay that money n u will be happy

Listen, the true measure of any business is how they handle problems/issues with their product. I purchased an amp and speakers from here and the speakers blew within a month. That happens. I called Alex and told him what happened. He didn't make excuses, he didn't try and place blame on me, he only scheduled a time for me to bring it in so he could fix it. THAT is the sign of good business! No matter what happens I'll never go to any other shop on this island for any of my bike and car audio needs and I highly encourage everyone else to do the same! These are stand up guys!!!

Awesome customer service and quick, efficient work. Big shout out to both Junior and Alex!I called and spoke to Junior just before closing time in regards to my constant power not working for my head unit harness. He told me to bring it in the next day and it would be maybe 10 or 15 bucks to look at and run a new power wire if needed.The next morning, Alex hops in to take a look. He quickly finds a safe spot to jumper a new constant power, and sends me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Tells me no charge for such an easy fix. I couldn't believe it, but I was happy to throw in a good tip.I can't say you will have the same exact response or results from JSP that I did, but they did quick work and were happy to just send me on my way without expecting anything in return. I appreciate honesty and not trying to overcharge for little things. I would have no hesitation to come back again, and I highly recommend them to anyone for their auto audio needs.Go see the guys at JSP Auto Audio! Great service and great work. You won't be disappointed!

Super nice, professional guys. Quality, no nonsense service. I got my windows tinted and then came back to have a sub and speakers installed. I love the sound in my car. Very fair pricing for the quality of work I received. Chris was so nice and got me in and out in no time. Highly recommend this place.Update: My sub started going in and out and I couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. I called and asked if they could take a look (well over a year has passed since they installed it, so it was not an installation error) and they had me in the shop in less than an hour. Fixed it up in no time. At no charge to me. They ve done the audio on 2 of my cars and I always leave impressed with their work and service. Really appreciated them today.

Awesome service. Chris from JSP help us out with a strange issue I was having with one of the amps I bought. We ended up getting a new amp and it absolutely rocks the house. Don't hesitate to go see them for any audio needs.

Referred by a manager of mine from work to go and check out these guys. It was worth the time, money and the trip. I got there and was greeted with professionalism, courtesy and excellent customer service. " Q" directed to see Dave "The Man". Dave did an awesome job tinting my car. I'm going back to finish the other windows and windshield due to a previous engagement. He didn't rush at all, his quality work is worth the viewing. I am heading back to these guys for some sounds. Definitely a must visit for your audio, tinting, etc. Thank you very much guys for your honest work. See you guys real soon.

Amazing work! Got a new Pioneer deck put in in no longer than 20 minutes and got my windows tinted all around. Other places charge $200 JUST to remove the old tint but these guys definitely hook it up and don't BS at all. Definitely my go to place for audio and window tinting needs.

Wanted a head unit installed and the previous owner did amateur DIY for his install. Needless to say a super jacked up wire job and these guys made quick work cleaning it up and installing my head unit in about 35min. Great pricing too!

The guys are real pros and go out of their way to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They hooked up a full audio and alarm system in my truck. Did a lot of extra work to make my truck the way I wanted. Also did a great job on my tint! Will keep going back for more work on my other cars. These guys are probably the best on the island! Mahalo for hooking it up guys!

Just got my XFIRE amp and 4 6x9 massive pros installed in my dodge charger and its LOUD N CLEAR! No regrets having this project done here and they are very knowledgeable with sounds. I promise you will get you the best deals on island. You wanna spend big bucks for overpriced sounds , go somewhere else lol.I strongly recommend if your into high quality set ups

Referred by the person who sold me my car at Cutter. They Installed a new after market pioneer 2300 system and got my OnStar system, reverse camera, reverse blind spot detectors, door chimes working on my Buick. Alex. Que, and their team does excellent work on all types of repair. Very friendly and professional.

Great experience everytime. Got door projector lights that I ordered from Amazon installed. Great price. Also got their Sub/Amp package, which sounds amazing and they are very responsive to any questions you may have. Definitely recommend JSP

Went in to get my fog lights trouble shooted and they were quick, professional and upfront. Good atmosphere and they left the electrical wiring better than how I had it. Highly recommend stopping by.

These guys are great! Went in with a radio that would randomly turn on and off, told me over the phone that they would check it out and see whats wrong gave me a price to figure out whats wrong. went it they took the console apart fixed the problem in no time and ended up charging me half of what they said on the phone. Great punch of guys over there.
