Goodyear in Pearl City, Hawaii, is simply exceptional! Ms. Michelle and Kristen shine as stars in managing daily operations and ensuring every customer feels valued. Their professionalism and dedication to putting customers first are unparalleled. On two separate occasions, they went above and beyond to assist me and my family, earning my deepest gratitude. Highly recommend this establishment for top-notch service and genuine care. Definitely stop here for if you need services.

Complaint: Dishonest sales rep and no accountability. I previously called the shop for a quote to replace 1 tire and was offered $140. After diagnosis, Goodyear determined the tire couldn t be repaired so they quoted me to replace 1 tire for a total of $270. I disputed the price and referred the sales rep about my previous quote. Consequently, sales rep said that that they could lower it to $170. Upon receiving the invoice, I asked to remove the hidden $30 road hazard protection which they added to the invoice without asking me. Bottom line, sales rep tried to play me stupid . . . So here s your 1 star review. Congrats.

Do you want an honest assessment of your car's problems? A fair and reasonable price to fix? This is your place. The Manager's (April) integrity and her staff's ability to do a fantastic job are evident in every experience I have had here. I no longer take my car to the dealership (if I can avoid it), because I was tired of being ripped off and "hustled" into expensive services that I did not need. This Goodyear location has my business from now on! I tell everyone about their great service and quality workmanship. It is rare to find a business with great service and integrity. Thank you Goodyear Waimalu! April is AMAZING!!

Got the tires I wanted at a really good price. The salesman took the time to show me the prices on the different brands and sizes I could buy. I ended up buying the Wrangler Duratrac which look great and give a smooth quiet ride even with such an aggressive tread pattern.

Got couple tires replaced today and gotta say the service was phenomenal. Price was also great. Manager April does an awesome job keeping her shop running smoothly. From what I've seen she seems to be like this with all her customers. Treat this lady with kindness and respect and I can say she will do the same. Mahalos April!

The cuatomer service is always great and excellent! The mechanics get your car in and out as fast as you can. I highly recommend this place than any other in the 5 mile radius. Fixed my tire, patched it up in less than hour!

Other than the wait to get helped at the front desk everything went pretty smoothly. Across the street there is a beach/park so you can chill there or go next door and get some food at the restaurants nearby. Good location if you gotta get new tires and blow off some time. Also the prices were cheaper than most the places I called on island but I also picked my tires online so that might have been why.

I scheduled an appointment for TURO inspection, they replied and made an appointment for a TURO inspection. I get there in the morning said I am here for my TURO inspection, she says yes got you right here for your TURO inspection. When the work is complete they say your Safety inspection is complete. What!! I said TURO you acknowledged TURO

2 days ago my low tire pressure indicator light activated.....I felt it necessary to resolve the problem. Pearl city Goodyear, where I get my safety check is where I went that morning to possibly get some air. I saw a young guy,,,who looked busy taking care of job orders, I casually asked if he could give me some a, not expecting any help, yet he immediately wanted to help me out while complimenting my car rims. Thank you

I will be coming back without a doubt and recommending your shop in the future. I was able to make a same day appointment for 330pm and was out the door in just over an hour. The office staff were very friendly and professional and the mechanics were on their A-game. The price was very reasonable for mounting/balancing and disposal of old tires. Mahalo!!!

Brought my truck in to get my tires rebalanced and an alignment. Sadly they couldn't do my alignment due to the fancy stuff I have on the truck to help keep me in my lane, haha. But to my surprise my balancing was free because I bought my tires through them so that was a bonus. They also didn't give me a hard time about using my own wheel weights because I have black rims and wanted black weights.

The Goodyear located in Pearl City delivers a first class auto service to all of its customers. Their store manager April Arzadon goes out of her way to ensure honesty, integrity, and complete satisfaction. I am so impressed and sincerely appreciate her promptness, courtesy, and expertise in replacing my tires so I can drive safely and with peace of mind. Her dedication to her job and customer satisfaction is to be commended. Thank you to the Pearl City Goodyear family! The manager is great and the staff friendly and professional. I figured them for a little bit of an attitude, being I was bringing in 6 unscheduled safety checks for 6 minivans all consecutively, But nope. Quality work. Good prices. Professional staff.

Great service and very accommodating. They are honest. April helps me by accommodating me to get my flat tire fixed even after business hour, so that I don t have to be stranded. She also willing to take my car in for safety check at the end of the day. Excellent service.

I had a new set wheels and tires that needed mounted. The wheels were Titan7 T-S5 17x9's and the tires were Hankook Ventus R-S4's in 245/40/17's. The crew, from the front desk to the shop team, was friendly and helped me out with everything I needed. My wheels were black, which can sometimes be a pain to mount, but the tech who mounted them did great! I highly recommend this shop for folks trying to get common tire sizes mounted onto common wheel sizes.

Wow, great customer service from Ramon. He works at the front desk. Looks like I will be coming here for now on. Great job, I was in and out in an hour. They didn't charge me that much compared to other companies. Overall they have a positive customer service experience and your not going to be scammed. Keep up the great work.

At last hour of work day, my battery died for the last time and I got my last jump! Grrr.... I was frustrated at the car and myself for just a tiny bit of procrastination. Based on a recommendation from a competing business in town that didn t have my battery in stock, I got on highway and drove out to Pearl City Goodyear for first time and hoped for the best. Folks, I feel that s what I got: the best. The best last minute service with a smile after what must have been a long day for everyone. The best warranty, stress free while I waited repair. In and out in less than an hour without an appointment! I am very happy I chose to go there with all the choices there are! Will definitely consider this location for other services when needed. I noticed they do safety checks here also. Alrighty then: see you all sooner than I thought!

The quality of service at Waimalu Goodyear was exceptional. Jessica (CSR) was pleasant at every call even though it was busy. Devin took the time to check my spare at my request. April, (mgr) was so easy to speak to. I went in there buying the economy tire but left with premiums & to advantage of the 6mos 0% credit. The employees are true reflection of her leadership..

This is an amazing place to visit for car service. The experience I have had for both vehicles getting an inspection has been very easy. The staff is pleasant and it is always a great visit. One of the best parts is actually having a conversation with people. It's so nice to talk to people in a friendly environment. If you're looking for great car service, excellent customer service, and friendly staff members, then this is the place for you to visit.

Took our car in for new tires, also thinking we needed new brakes. Turned out our brakes were still good. Was so impressed that they were truthful with us and didn't replace brakes when they didn't need replacing. Told us everything they did on the car. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this place.

April is the reason I keep coming back. I've been a customer for almost 4 years now. She is hands down amazing and has become a friend as well. I know I can trust them with any issue.. Soo accommodating and helpful.I'll never go anywhere else, I even live on the North Shore..

TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED! OMG RAMON at the front desk is awesome. Great customer service, they took my car in right away. Safety inspection was quick. I didn't have to wait that long and I had my infant with me. Thank you Goodyear :)

I was having a pretty stressful morning dealing with a tire situation.After going to A couple places to find this particular tire it was nice to walk into a nice clean store and very helpful and efficient person. April was there help me right away. Even came out to take the tire out of the trunk of the car. After coming from Lex Brodie s and them telling me they ll try to get it done by closing at 6 PM and a very Rude guy directing traffic there. April was able to work on the tire right away.awesome job April and the Aiea Good year!

April Arzadon is the best. She s very polite and patient with all my questions and requests I ask about my vehicle. April takes the time to explain all procedures and will always recommend the best options for my truck both. She recently helped me purchase a set of 4 brand new tires for my girlfriend s tahoe. Did all my requests over the phone as I could not be present at the time of my purchase. Sent my girlfriend over to Goodyear waimalu and April took care of everything!! Thank you again April for your professionalism and your awesome customer service!

I was about to give up with Goodyear because of the dishonest mechanics at some other locations until I came to this one back in September to get my oil changed. The staff are friendly and not trying to come up with unnecessary repairs in order to generate revenues for their company. The waiting time is reasonable. I don't want to go into detail what exactly happened when I was at other Goodyear locations. But...give this place a chance. Thank you for your honest business. Oh by the way, in the surrounding area, there are variety fast food places such as Popeyes, BK, Taco Bell, Fresh Catch, and Jack in the Box. Withing walking distance is Waimalu plaza and Times Supermarket.

This establishment is the worst I have ever encountered. I brought in my truck it was running. It had some issues but was able to drive I left it there and went home they called said I need a new starter I explained I recently put in brand new! They insisted and I said ok . They put in a new starter and tested my truck and said it is okay so I headown and when I get there they now informed me that I now have bigger problems with blown head gasket. They worked on my truck 2week before and charge me 600$ and said they tested my truck and did not find anything else wrong .now my truck is not working they took apart a front seat full of parts left in my front seat told me to get a tow. my truck went to this shop running but left on a tow truck in pieces. The personnel working for this shop were of poor quality and not skilled , the made me buy a bunch of parts and then tell me I have bigger problems. And sent me away in a basket case. I do not recommend this establishment back yard service
