Everything is overpriced and they tell you what you want to hear in order to get you to buy the most expensive stuff that they can get you to buy. They don t price match and then they told me the pair of speakers I bought was the same price on line, but when I checked it in Critchfield it was way cheaper and free shipping. The sales guy just added another item in the cart to make it seem like it was the same price as the one Critchfield had but I checked his cart on his computer and he had two items in the cart instead of one. Then he said oh yeah it s because we re a small business. I will never go to this store and I don't think anybody else should unless they are desperate very disappointing. Basically I ended up over paying 300 dollars more for some speakers.

I didn't actually purchase anything from this store but felt a review was warranted. I went to this store based on the google ratings, but was unimpressed with my visit. The owner had a vast knowledge of his products and what would meet my needs which is why he got any stars at all. His advertisement, which was posted right at the entrance claimed a military discount which he would not honor. It also claimed that he'd match any advertised price which he also didn't honor. I decided to do business elsewhere.

Mr. Hassan born and raised in Oahu. So he take care of all. Even with a hand shake.. Business is business and he fare... But his installer are da best of da best....easy easy..

I recently got a new stereo put in my 4Runner. My experience with Elite was outstanding. I plan on returning to them for my speakers and alarm. I highly recommend anyone looking for a very professional shop to go here.

Came here to shop for a new in-dash unit and they have so many choices. The staff are also really helpful, patiently answered my questions, both in the store and two other times that I called back.

I asked how big the magnet behind the sub was and he told me I have to come down and waist my time just tell people the information they ask for we are spending hundreds of dollars just to have someone with no information to help half star customer service

Store representatives were knowledgeable and willing to work with what I wanted done. Installation was quick and clean. I will use Elite Car Stereo for my future car audio needs.

Called for a simple question, and was told my wire was no good. Once I tried to explain that my wire was not the problem, they hang up mid sentence. Just lost yourself a customer

Horrible customer service. If you have a lot of money to blow and dont care about paying a lot to get your sounds installed, then this is the place for you.
