The staff at Detail Garage are always super helpful and very knowledgeable about their product line (and even others). I ve never felt more welcome in a store, even as a detailer myself. These guys are the baseline and lifeblood for my own business, and help my customers shine like no other!

I use a lot of chemical guys product and have spent a lot at this location. Sadly I recently bought their Hydro Slick wax and it had hard chunks I it and almost impossible to get off. Brought it back to the store and explained my frustration on the $50 wax being defective and they just offered to take it back and give me 50% since it was already opened. Careful what you buy. Mostly positive experience with their products but fist time saying I had an issue and really disappointed on the reaction.

The first visit here I thought I was getting good advice, I followed the instructions given exactly as directed and swirled the paint on my brand new 4Runner. That visit recieved two stars.I went back the next day to seek advice on repairing the damage I did to my clear coat. I was provided with much better advice and guided to purchase the proper tools to get the job done. Kamu provided me with the best of customer service and if I would have spoken with him on the first day they would have gotten a five star review.

I went to detail garage a month ago to buy Jetseal & I had a $10 loyalty coupon to used it on top of their 20% promotion, but the manager told me that I can t use it because that coupon only for Los Angeles. I knew she was lying & she just wanted to charge me extra. I used to shop from them because I liked their product, but since then I won t buy from them anymore. Also they charge for regular product more than online & other places price. They used to have a local guy manager & he was more helpful & knowledgeable the this girl manager which she just wants to charge more for products & lies about not allowing you to use a coupon & charges more for products. My advice to you guys, buy your products from somewhere else.

They are open 7 days a week!! Every associate is knowledgeable in each item you are interested in buying. They make sure you get what you came in for. I love the set up. Will be attending next car show!!

The people that work there are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer/help with any questions. Highly recommend Chemical Guy products and Detail Garage Hawaii

Highly impressed. Amazing selection of detailing supplies glad to be able to look at products in person and support local business rather than just ordering online. I try and do my best to take a moment when service and professionalism stands below and above. I know many people usually fire off reviews if a business slights them in any way and only a select few may stop to leave a positive review in kind.I promised myself years ago finding I did that myself to as a whole leave reviews when things are not only pathetic at best but outstanding in every facet.Detail Garage and the employees there truly stand out as not only knowledgeable and helpful but kind, attentive, and it's seems that they truly enjoy their jobs as well. Someone myself who employees people it is truly a life's blood of our respective companies to have employees of this caliber working for you. It seems Detail Garage has this handled on every front.I want to thank you for always answering my questions, educating me on products and their uses, and teaching me everything I needed to know about detailing, since I was damn near doing everything wrong until I met these folks.As a car enthusiast and a lover of all things colorful shiny and packaged to to brain wash me into must haves, they will make sure I leave each and every time with exactly what I need. Because as my illness continues I could very well have 5 of everything and need none of it.So mahalo again for filling the perfect niche here on Oahu of service, products, reasonable prices, and the coolest store next to maybe a surf shop filled with Pyzel Surfboards.Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa.Please note your hours online do not reflect your hours on your door for Sunday. How I know this? I'm sitting outside your store where I arrived with 15 minutes to spare! So I thought! Not so. Since driving all the way from the North Shore to find a closed store I'll be expecting a free towel or something on my next visit. Kidding sort of. Came in for some interior wipes and headlight restore kit. Trevor took a look at my car and noticed they just needed a quick polish. Take care of it for me on the spot! Awesome service and saved me money. Really cool.

They have all your needs, if you cant find what you need to wash or detail your car HERE....Then you should ride the bus, they have everything at a reasonable price....

They offer a one stop shop for all your detailing needs. Service is great and I never felt rushed or given the feeling of bugging them with my non stop questions about certain products.I asked about what polishing pad/compound to use on my car so he took a look at my paint and offered his advice. You don't get that reading reviews and going in blindly with Amazon. Support the local team! Highly recommended.

I went there for the first time today with my daughter to purchase products great products they have there. The employees were friendly personable and very knowledgeable about their products which helped in making the right decision for what my daughter needed. She is detailing her own car now not quite finished yet and it's looking great.

Love this place they have everything I need to keep my car clean and shining inside and out. I had some hard water damage that wasn't coming off with any luck or chemicals I used. Then I met these guys. They are problem solvers and I loved the knowledge of thier products! They definitely made a customer out of me! Great products and great service!

Went by the shop for the first time and I wished I decided do it sooner. They have a WIDE selection of Chemical Guys products. I only picked up some vinyl wrap cleaner but will most definitely come back for more car care products. Customer service is top notch. Tanner did an excellent job going thru each section of the store and briefly explaining what it does. The cashier, I didn't catch her name, did an awesome job explaining the rewards program and helpful with signing me up for it. Overall a great experience!

They have a wide selection of Chemical Guys stuff, and the staff is awesome. They're always super welcoming and helpful. I think the prices are fairly comparable to online, so it's nice to be able to go there and not have to wait for something to be shipped.

Best customer service around. The store is organized perfectly, sales reps were super helpful and dropped some very useful knowledge. Just super humbling going in and being treated like the family. Will recommend to anyone and everyone hands down.

Place doesn t disappointment. I have been here multiple times and I have always received a Welcome when I walk into the store. Everything is stocked neatly and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. They always have different events for all kinds of different rides and motorcycles. Everyone that works there has awesome customer service. Constantly walking around making sure customers are ok and answering any questions they may have. Sometimes I just go to the store for the great conversation . Honestly this place is awesome and they have a ton of car clean products to help with my OCD when it comes to cleaning my cars. Keep Up The Hard Guys

I purchased a new Tacoma. I am not the type if woman that details my truck. I pay someone to do it. The moment I drove my car off the lot I knew that it was my responsibility to take care of it. More importantly take care of the things that God gives us. So u watched a few videos online and went to Walmart to pick up some detailing products. I had a hard time choosing the right product. Another woman who was shopping in the same isle asked me what I was looking to do with my car. Than she told me about Detail Garage Hawaii. Another blessing. The next day I immediately Watched several YouTube videos and decided it was time to check it out. I have a few products in mine upon entering the location. The staff made me feel welcome and they were very helpful. Especially to someone new at detailing. I greatly appreciate that and I look forward to purchasing more products from them. So far I have visited this location 2 times spending over $200 on each visit. I think I have enough product for now but I definitely will be keeping my eye out for more videos and product recommendations.

The staff here is amazing! The products really do what they are supposed to! If there's a project in detailing, this is the place to go! I've tried everything from everywhere, i never seen results until now. Tanner is the bestest if you ever need help!

Shop is always changing things up on where their products are located, employees are super easy to talk to especially about their products and what they recommend. It may get a lil bit pricey but it's worth the investment. I was referred to them by a really good friend of mine Shoutout to @808xclusiverides owner

This place is Awesome. Premium product. Friendly staff. Greet you as you walk in. I'm so glad there is a new Place to buy detaing item for Vehicles. Thank. They have a new customer. The Air freshener are awesome. Last a long time.

This place is legit if you want to buy car detailing supplies. They have so many options and will walk you through the application process and best procedures. A little expensive, but the quality of product is worth the price.

Kaipo saw us walk in and get overwhelmed by all the great products available and took the time to answer every question we had. He explained all the products we would need and the ones we didn't since we have a newer white car. Customer service was very good.

Staff are super friendly and they have every product you would ever need to take care of your car. I can see myself spending waaaaaaaaaay to much money here lol. The plus side is the 2 cars in my household get the attention they need and I don't have to spend an arm and a leg in the long run going to automatic car washes. Initial cost is high but we'll worth it.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was extremely helpful show me where all the products were by category and answered all of my questions. What a great place to have on the island where everything costs a fortune to ship to!
