excellent service! I highly recommended classic body works i love the way they treat their costumer specially the lady owner with glasses forgot the name shes so funny they work fast and excellent thank you classic body works for making my mazda cx30 2023 fresh and brand new again keep up the good work! god bless!

I would highly recommend Classic Bodyworks to anyone! I was rear-ended recently and went to Classic Bodyworks who was recommended by State Farm (the other party's insurance). I was working with a short timeline because I was moving off-island in less than 2 months and another body shop told me that there wasn't enough time to get the parts in and complete the job.Classic Bodyworks really came through for me and saved me from a lot of headache. They were incredibly professional and finished the job in enough time for me to ship my car before I moved off-island.I would highly recommend them to anyone else! Was able to get an appointment same day for an estimate. Other top tier shops were booking out 3 weeks out, some over a month. That's just for the estimate. The turn around from drop-off to pick up was 3.5 DAYS! Car looks brand new, they even detailed the inside for me. Extremely satisfied, will be recommending to all in need. Little hidden gem. Thanks!

Awesome customer service!! So satisfied!! Dealt with our car insurance and car rental reps exceptionally resulting in the smooth process expected. Repair done earlier than they told us and they even did an awesome job on the repair needed. I would recommend this shop to everyone to go here.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Tim the estimator was VERY rude and without getting into details about his disrespectful attitude, I wouldn't bring any of my cars here if it was the last bodyshop in Hawaii. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Took my Dodge Charger to get repaired here after I was in a motor vehicle collision...The staff was very friendly and helpful...They repaired my car within 3 days it was also very useful that Enterprise Rental car was on-site! I would definitely use this shop again if needed and will be recommending family and friends here as well! Awesome service!

They low balled! a insurance appraisal that met life gave them to do. It was well over $650! dollars of work they took metlifes side and only gave me $300 for the repair and on top of it they said my breaking right back light wasn't cracked and it sure was I now had to get it replaced because water got inside and ruined the electrical and the lamp. Yous suck!

There is a Geico and Enterprise on site if your dealing with insurance. This is a great place to take your Mercedes to get auto body repair.

Fast and excellent service work well with insurance companies and do not overcharge. The place is clean and neat and the staff was pleasant and kind highly recommended. However it is hard to find that's why they got four stars.

There was some damage that was easy to fix so the went agead and fixed it without charging. Very nice work and friendly people! Very Happy with the job they did!

I had work done with them back in 2016. They fixed my bumper and some of the body work without any issues. They seemed fine at the time.

Not sure if it's the owner but he talks down to you, not sure of it's because it wasnt a mercedez. Obviously didnt want to give us an estimate or do the work.
