Never veen treated SO RUDLY... by of all people.... the manager!! He wouldnt even put in my rewards number. He NEEDS customer service training as well as training for personal hygene. A manager representing the store and company SHOULD NOT look nor act like he just rolled out of bed!!

My frustration slowly started on 3/3-and is still ongoing-(In all honesty this deserves no stars.Given all the fair and good reviews I have read about the staff and managers here. I am disappointed that I cannot say the same in my experience of trying to obtain a refund I clearly have tried to have someone, anyone help me with. For the past 3 weeks I have got the run around on who I need to wait for and who needs to contact corporate to sort things out. I am someone who works customer service too and I promise this is very unacceptable to our business. The amount of time and effort I put in the hours of my day to provide excellent service just to earn that $100.00 is NOT EASY!! ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS MY REFUND. So if you are reading this Kaui, Edwin, Owen, Manu....Anyone. I still need help- Highly annoyed.**UPDATE 3/21/24Thank you for your response. I have emailed my concerns and proof to the contact provided. Thank you for taking initiative to address my frustration.

Looked at me like I was crazy when I asked where to find the headlights since. This is the only location I've ever been to where they didn't keep them behind the desk

Still unpacking and stocking the shelves but this brand new Auto zone is clean and fresh and ready for your business. While they didn't have what I was looking for they were very helpful and friendly. It's location is next to TJ Maxx across from Walmart and is the perfect compliment to the area.

Love the location of this Auto Zone in a busy shopping center. Mahalo Gary for your Customer Service! We were assisted quickly upon arrival. We were picking up a part called in from another location. They had the part ready to go and we were checked out in minutes.Gary is such a Kind and Friendly person, Auto Zone Pearl City is lucky to have you!

My van broke down near this store and I was in there 3 times the first day and twice the next day. The guys working were ALL SO HELPFUL AND CONCERNED AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME GET THE CORRECT PARTS TO GET ME UP AND ON THE ROAD.They even remembered me when I went back 3 days later to grab supplies to do my oil change and asked if I was up n running!!!In this day, that's rare!If I could give them 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate.

Awesome 10/10 service from Kaui! Called prior to see if they had my battery in stock and if they did battery replacements. Kaui checked and said they had different options to choose from and he explained each one to me (I'm not very car savvy lol). I headed down there and they were kind of busy. He not only rang up the customers in line, but also found the time to change the battery out for me. He took less than 5 minutes to change it out! Couldn't be happier with the experience and I can't express my gratitude enough. Thanks Kaui!

Came by the store about 10 minutes until close with a battery I desperately needed changed. They assisted me and saved the day! Really appreciate the Aloha from Edwin and Raymond.

Doing a run for my husband which I have no clue of car parts at Auto Zone in Pearl City. But Gary the sales manager and his crew made it a breeze for me! They were so helpful and very friendly. I recommend everyone to visit Auto Zone Pearl City for all your car needs. And if they can t find what u need, it s somewhere. Ben will be there to find it

Taylor was, to say the least, the epitome of a dedicated worker. Not only was he able to help diagnose my car s problem in seconds, he offered the exact solution to help steer me to the path of success. A humble yet experienced employee like Taylor deserves not only recognition of his hard work, but his passion for helping customers. Great Job

Great customer service as always. I purchased a battery in July and it was already completely dead by Sept. I didn't leave lights on and drove the car regularly. I purchased a warranty so the process to replace the battery with a new one was so seamless. The associates were extremely helpful & explained what may have happened. They even offered suggestions of what to do if it ever happened again. Great store!

Lady in the counter gave me wise negative remarks, I was purchasing portable jump starter kit, it was very obvious I didn t know anything about the kit, and I asked her if it needed to be charged first, she replied with wise negative attitude, obviously, we don tCharge it and sell it, I told her I have no knowledge with this you can explain it respectfully then she continued with negative energy

Great customer service just left this location. I didn't get the guys name but tall Muscular Hawaiian guy with a gold chain helped us look up a battery. They didn't have it in stock but took the time to call the other location and place it on hold for us. Great communication, will definitely come back again just for how friendly he was.

I gave this store a 2 thumbs up I would give them more but I only can give them 2. This because of NICK and GARY who helped me in the situation I needed to resolve. I really appreciate the time and effort and also being so patient with me returning an electronic device that was already used. I knew what the store policy was on returning an item like that but why should I own something that was bought the night before that was already used and paid alot on. Mind you I bought this thing at Salt Lake and they told me they couldn't return it only because we had to wait till Sunday for the manager to come in and hopefully can return this expensive device. So what I did I went to Pearl City Auto Zone and they helped me. I do appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that they gave me. They assured me that my return is approved even by the General Manager himself. So I would rather keep going back to Pearl City's location. Even though I have to drive a little bit farther, that's okay because at least I know I'll be taken care of in a very good customer service way. THANK YOU NICK AND GARY for helping me and being so patient. I really do appreciated it. You guys at Pearl City Auto Zone is doing a hell of a GREAT JOB. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Visited the Pearl City location. Owen tested our starter and found that it failed. They didn't have one in stock, but he contacted another store and waited on hold to make sure they had it in hand before we left. Thank you Owen for the all the help!!

Needed a battery cleaner. Lady there ( Tee B ) was super nice and even helped us clean the battery. Started right up. The next morning it didn't start. Took it to Sam's Club to test the battery and the lady says the reason why it won't hold a charge is because the connector was bent she must have bent it while tightening it back up. Now I have to buy a new battery

The staff is really friendly, but there's the slight problem of blatantly violating the laws - and their own store policy - by the staff themselves obviously not wearing masks. It would be nice if they didn't clearly contribute to the global pandemic and all.

I bought a quart of the wrong weight gear oil and when I tried to exchange it the guy working there told me no. Even though I have my phone number with them and they could look up the receipt he wouldn't even help me. It's not like I wanted money back, I just wanted to exchange it for the right weight of oil. I have been shopping at AutoZone for over 25 years and never gotten such bad service. If you want to shop at AutoZone go to the Stadium Marketplace or Kapolei. The people working there don't make you feel stupid for shopping at their store.

Edwin L is terrible and lazy. Asked for cvt fluid and he pointed and said over there. Asked to get me one so he left and told customer behind me to go to another register and rung him up. The he came back and looked up year and make of my car and got I got ot from the shelf.never going back there again. Went there day before and another cashier went and got me what I wanted. You dont need workers like Edwin L.

On Sunday, I made a call to reserve all brake pads and rotors for feont and rear brakes to be picked up on Monday. I go to the store to pick up the items, one item was missing. I had to pick up the item at another store since I had a scheduled job in the morning. Other than that, everything else was good.

Dead battery so car couldn t start. Jumped the car and drove there. They helped me test the battery immediately. Purchased replacement and car is running excellent again. They loaned me tools to use. Thanks for the help!

I visited the new Autozone in Pearl City to purchase wiper blades. I was confused on what to buy and am awesome associate named Felix came to assist. Not only he helped me decide, he also installed in on my vehicle in a couple of minutes. This is not the first time I have visited there and each time I receive excellent customer service.

For the better part of two years on island with this car, I've had issues with the after market HID bulbs that a previous owner put in. Each time I went in for inspection I had issues. I could never resolve it by getting new bulbs because no one could assist or make me understand how to fix the issue; they simply told me what the current bulbs were with no explanation. The team here at Pearl City AutoZone assisted in explaining what I'd need to do in order to swap back to the normal, authorized bulbs, pass inspection and see at night. It is very refreshing to have that behind me. The team, consisting of Nick, Makana and Chay were able to answer all of my questions and assist me in changing out the bulbs while also bypassing the unnecessary after market equipment.All of this took place while I was getting my car battery charged. Outstanding effort and service on their part. This will be my go to stop for any and all automotive concerns.
