Unbelievable how awesome .That's how !Thank you all island towing.My Car got impounded. With all my BF work tools and work boots.They let me get it out no problem for under $300. Car was at impound for a few days.They only charge 25$ a dayBoyfriend and I were sure we had lost our car for good.God is great.Boots alone cost over $400. bought less than a week before car gotImpound .

Terrible people and a terrible company. Illegally towed my car from in front of my house, then wanted me to pay over $500 to get it from them. They only accept cash which is a huge red flag. I refused so they said they were just going to auction it and get more money that way. Then insulted my appearance and laughed at me when I voiced my concern over how they were doing business trying to get me to start a fight with them. Complete scam and I will be getting my lawyer involved.

Personally I had a good experience here. Our Kia was stolen and recovered in Kalihi undrivable at the time so it was towed here. The prices are what they are. If you're nice they will be. If you have an attitude they may not be. Consider how many irrate people they deal with daily. The guy even helped us get the car started so we could drive it home. Thank you!

My bumper on my armada was damaged from the tow. But I didn't realize till couple months after when I seen my trailer light dangling. I went under the car to see why. I find my bumper clips broken and tied back on with chicken wire. Along with the clips for trailer harness tied to frame with wire. To top things off. My lose change and some one help them selves to some weed I had stashed.

I got my car back with my amp wires all cut. Guess they thought i wasnt getting it back so soon so they threw my amp back in. Bunch of cronic thieves working there

BEWARE!!! This company is fraud and taking advantage of the university students thinking they can tow as soon as the meter expires. WRONG!! they need to give at least 30 min before taking your car. If that happens get your $$ back, I did!!

If i could give -100 stars i would. Literally THE WORST. We ve lived here for a few years and had our fair share of needing to get towed/getting towed, and this was the WORST experience. Nearly wouldn t give us our car OR let us get any of our belongings in the car which included a birth certificate and SS card. Needed proof of registration but it was in the car .which they wouldn t let us grab??? WHAT???? How does that make sense???? Front desk ladies were god awful, unprofessional, and flat out rude.Previous reviews are no joke. DO not use them, and if HPD tows you, good freaking luck.

Would love to give 0 star if possible. Only take cash. Mind you, if you use the ATM at the place, your debit card might be skimmed and your card info might be used for unauthorized purposes. Place smells bad and extremely sketchy. Customer service is on a whole different level, on the garbage side. I hope the place goes out of business. Trash multiplies garbage.

What ever you do, don t use this company! I literally had to call the police to get my car back! The women who run the office are completely unprofessional. When you give someone who s apparently doesn t have any control anywhere else, a little power and it goes to their head. These women thought they were going to keep my car .WRONG!! So if they give you a hard time about getting your car call HPD for assistance!! Also, when they towed my car they broke something underneath because I almost went off the road driving away from there with it!! And it definitely did not drive like that beforehand. This company is totally unprofessional and I should of pressed charges for assault and threatening me with bodily harm, just because I said it must be nice to have a job where you can sit and vape!! Don t use this company if you can help it!

0 stars if could. Way too expensive. Customer service very horrible. Girls behind the counter don't give a damn. Wouldn't let me take my brand new tires that I bought a week prior unless I payed the $350 to get it towed off lot. Jus terrible. Place is a jokeService: Car towingService: Car towing

Taking a walk this morning and driver turned around off kamehameha hwy at a high rate of speed right next to us we said slow down he stopped and told us to F off and said who do you think you are so I / we do not recommend this company at all

Went to pick up car and waited forever for them to get it out of the tow lot because no one was here there to do so. They had to call someone in lies.Also rude rude customer service. Lady at the front desk was awful. Do not use this company if you value your time because you will have to wait.

No matter how hard I tried to just be nice to the people who work here they still responded rudely. I get it that they deal all day with people who are manipulative or mad, but I genuinely was trying to be nice and it's a pretty miserable group that works here.

Too bad you can't give zero stars. This place is HORRIBLE. Thieves, thieves, thieves. I was given a price on towing based on mileage. When I asked what the mileage was, she told me she wasn't going to calculate the miles. Then how could you give me a price "based on miles"!? Very rude and hung up on me when i started to question her. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this place.

I was in a terrible car accident and my car got towed to this place. The people in there were extremely rude and we're not very helpful at all I had to go there as soon as I was just charged from hospital to try to see if I could claim any of my belongings. They were not helpful at all. There are many things missing out of my car that could be observed. I strongly believe because I was a white person that I was treated this way!Service: Car towing

Car thieves in the pocket of the HPD. They stole my car from an area with no warnings or no-parking signs posted less than half an hour after the ticket was issued and hauled it all the way across the island at the end of the business day to ensure they collected maximum fees. The total for this extortion? $300, CASH ONLY. Totally legit, amirite? Their admins are comically rude because why on earth would they be decent? They mishandled the paperwork AFTER I d paid, forcing me to make two visits within an hour. Their impound yard is a literal dump I m shocked I was able to recover my vehicle without punctured tires. Not a word to recommend this company, although I m sure they re quite proud of their work.

This company completely destroyed my radiator during a tow ordered by HPD. They have been very disrespectful and rude at every encounter while trying to figure out what s next. They are denying any responsibility for destroying my property while it was in their possession. Their tow drivers are incompetent and their management has no sense of accountability. Horrible company. It s a shame that the city and county would do business with such a shady organization.Service: Car towing

Literally the worst people i ve ever dealt with in the state of Hawaii. These people are so disrespectful and have NO class. The customer service is nonexistent. When paying for my car, I handed this girl my title and identification. She asked for my title back and i asked if i could have my ID card back. She ignored me and asked for my title again. I said Can I please have my ID back? after I asked a second time she raised her voice at me. I JUST WONT BAIL YOUR CAR OUT THEN. I asked her why did she raise her voice at me to which she replied BECAUSE YOURE BEING DIFFICULT. I told her that i thought she was finished with my ID card which is why I asked for it back and that she didn t need to raise her voice at me and threaten me. there s literally no law stating that she can withhold my car if i m there paying for it lol. The entire family is high maka maka and think they can t treat people however they want because they re contracted with HPD. & cash only? every towing company is required to accept card as well. if you re a money laundering business trying to avoid taxes just say that lmao.

Be aware they charge $900 every 15minutes on the state contract. Do not let them tow your vehicle if you are in a fender bender! They only plan to bill insurance directly!Total insurance scammers!

Careful when you need your vehicle need towing! These guys will charge you over $1k and will take advantage of you. Call someone else to tow your car! I would put no star but one is the lowest.

This business is running a racket. My scooter was stolen by someone, then found by the police. HPD had it towed by this business to Pearl City, then they billed me $300 for the towing + $25 per day for storage. So I effectively got fined for HPD finding my stolen scooter. At no point did I consent to have it towed, nor was the towing my fault in any way. But I'm still liable for the charges? They have a contract with HPD for this kind of work, so they already got paid. They're double dipping. They refused to give any leeway on the exorbitant storage fees given the unfair circumstances. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

If I could give this company -1 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Called this company and we were told to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to come and tow our car and charged 250$ CASH ONLY. Front desk lady was extremely rude, and persistent we payed. Ended up waiting 1 hour after making the call to then be told oh our driver is picking up an accident vehicle, they will be there soon . Another 1.5 hours pass by and we get in contact with a different towing company that picked us up within 30 minutes wait. I recommend Tiger Towing.Service: Car towing

Please if you are in NEED of a tow, use another company. Just read the reviews bellow.Office lady on the front desk is DEFINITELY helpless, she does indeed want to make your life as difficult as possible. After getting my car towed due to inappropriate parking. I called to ask what documents did i need to provide to retrieve the car. After giving the license plate she said she couldnt give me information. I asked her to please explain the process of having the car back because its the same for every car. She them hanged up on me. After calling back i asked if she hanged up or we lost the call and she confirmed she hanged up.Upon making to the tow yard the truck driver had pulled my vehicle from the bumper and broke. I complained inside and they told me to leave and i could sue them if i wanted to. Didnt give me any insurance details whatsoever.Rude, unprofessional, unreliable, scam, and abusive peopleService: Car towing

My mom set her alarm for 5:50 but didn't hear it go off until 5 after 6am and her car was subsequently towed. (It was already gone at 6:06 when she jumped up and checked! Gotta give it it to em for being quick eh? While I do realize she is at fault, I just wish they were that prompt when it came to helping the customer find their towed vehicle, I mean they're clearly capable... Just sayin') In what is already a frustrating situation, I had to call all over the island to help my mom find her vehicle. We began with the # on the sign near where she had been parked. When we would call one # a machine would give us a list of numbers to call based on the location the vehicle was towed from, No one would answer, so we tried the next # given for that area and so on. VERY FRUSTRATING. This went on and on until we finally reached a woman who gave us a disconnected phone #. (I did read the # she gave back to her to verify I had written it down correctly.) This lead us to start all over. We FINALLY found what we thought was the right place, but then couldn't reach an actual human to verify if her vehicle was there. We crossed our fingers and made the 20 min drive hoping that we were headed to the correct tow yard. I gave 3 stars because the info on the machine was correct and we did end up finding her vehicle there, but good Lord, you would think that they would have a more helpful and constructive system considering they know that they've just towed your means of transportation.

This company made me cry and feel stupid. Because I did not know auction meant it was shredded up into millions of pieces and sent out to a different country as they put it at the front desk. My experience with cars says an auction is a place to buy and sell vehicles. All I wanted was a yes or no answer, is my vehicle here. I got belittled and made to feel dumb instead as I sit on my car and cry. Please be vigilant and do not let your car get towed by this company or you may be just as upset as me. Mahalo for reading.

First off, once my car was towed, I had to call the cops to see if my car was towed anywhere. They said it wasn't in their records so I filed a car theft report and gave them my license plate number and they gave me a case number. After 10 days of me noticing that it was gone, and 8 days of me filing a report finally, I found out that All Island Towing had towed my car because it was on a public street for too long. Totally understandable. I asked them if we could dispute the charges because I had no notice of my car being towed and I filed a theft report for my car with the HPD. Not only did they say "it was a miscellaneous report" but they also said "oh you gave them the wrong license plate number" (which I didn't) and they told me that it was my fault and they wouldn't dispute the fees. Additionally, they only take cash so I ended up driving all the way there for them to tel me it's cash only. Lastly, after I finally paid for the fees, they gave me another address where my car was located about 20 minutes away. I called the guy who was in charge of that lot and asked if he could tow my car to the repair shop. He said sure and said it would take an hour at most to drop my car off. It took 2 hours for him to drop it off. This company is literally the worst and if you have problems like I do, write a review because they are a bill s**t company that doesn't care about you at all.
