Stopped by for a safety inspection. Two- step process. On follow-up visit they asked for a bracket which later we found out wasn't needed. They took vehicle insurance card and failed to return it. Very inept.

Let me tell you this is the only one that had afternoon safety checks availability near base I called a lot of places it s usually a set time in the morn or appointments , but this place was come first serve which is very convenient the process went smooth . Patrick customer service is A1 and he is informative ! Thankkk you! Will be a repeat customer while being stationed in Hawaii! And the cashier in the gas station had amazing customer service when I got a soda , the environment was amazing !

Got our safety check done and it's a also a good place to grab a snack or drink while you're waiting for small fixations on your car with the services that they provided. So if you need gas, or even a place to go while you're waiting for your car to be fixed, there's a Starbucks around the corner along with some restaurants and shopping resources such as foodland, and ladies if you wish to get your nails done or get a haircut...there's also various salons, even for men at the SportsClips for a haircut.So if you're Looking for a gas station for some gas? Need your safety check done? Need some small fixations? Mililani Texaco (the old chevron location) is the place. A small location, but very convenient when you're on the go to wahiawa or even north shore. It's also very convenient because this place is perfect for those who live in the neighborhoods nearby or down the road because it's conveniently close by and don't have to waste too much gas.

Don t reccomend going here for mechanical repairs and safety. Be careful if your military are aaint a local they will try to target you. The inspector was rude and failed my safety inspection cause I was low on windshield washer fluid. The cashier acted annoyed that I came in to ask a question He was just creating stuff to try to fail me to get some work. Stop wasting customers time and acting be all.

The guys were friendly. We went to 2 other places and they weren't doing safety checks. One place said nobody was doing safety checks today (Sunday). Thank goodness we stopped here. They were doing it and they do a thorough check. Don't expect to pass if you know you have problems with your vehicle! It's not their fault you didn't pass. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

I've been a long time customer ever since Greg and Gina took over the repair service and later when they were able to take the gas pumps as well.My husband and I each had "0lder Model Cars" Greg would see us at least once a month for some strange knock or sound. When my son finished his driver's ed, my cousin gave him "Auntie's" car, as Auntie had moved off island... This was also an older car. Greg always explained what was happening and cost to fix... He does good work and charges a fair price.I introduced my brother to Greg when he moved back on island years ago. His kids also take their cars to Greg. We loveEventually we had to purchase newer cars and these are still under manufacturer's warranty. Everytime I pass this Texaco, a flood of memories come to mind.Today I'm going to get my safety check done and it will be so nice to see my dear friends again.Always a pleasant experience and if a repair is needed, you can be sure it will be a fair price and the work will be done professionally.

My experience was not good. I dropped my car off on Tuesday with a employee I asked him did he need my keys now, he replied "just bring them Thursday" I asked him would my car be towed in the lot, he replied no sir, you should be fine. The next day the on duty security had my car towed to sand island ace towing where it cost me 300$ to get out a car that I can't drive anywhere, but the service repairs was 109$, smh but the chevron is not taking responsibility for their employees instructions by telling a customer he fine to park there!

Crooks! Went there for safety check. Seen by the grouchy, unfriendly woman who does the checks. She said she will not pass vehicle because of a broken driver window button ( it is just cracked but operates just fine) and said it needs to be replaced. Took the van to another safety check facility and passed without any issues. Mililani Chevron / Texaco can have that $20 so maybe that woman can buy a new personality!! I'd recommend you go anywhere else but this miserable place!!

This is by far the best service station on Oahu. Greg (the owner) is more than helpful. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. His mechanics are top notch. More than qualified and always helpful. The second you walk in, someone is there to help you (with a smile). I am a local business owner and I strive to meet this kind of customer service. Please....even if you have to go a little out of your way, go to Texaco Mililani and I guarantee you, you won t be let down. I can t say enough. Greg....keep doing what you re doing!!!!! This is no longer a chevron. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER LISTED, it is a private number and is tired of phone calls for chevron. Use your search engine to find Texaco Mililani which is the new business at this location with a different phone number.

John, whose worked there since 4eva, @ least when I grad '84 (WTF/OMG!?! BTW, BRB... ), always greets & meets w/ a smile EVERY time. Way 2 go, John, u rock!
