I've always had positive experiences with our Pukalani Napa for years. When ever they didn't have the part in their store, they would order it and get it quickly. I also never had any issues returning uninstalled parts. Mahalo Upcountry Napa for all your years of excellent service.

They wouldn't honor the warranty for a battery which still had 36 months left on the warranty because I didn't have the 3 year old invoice. I recommend autozone where you just give them your phone number.

New store, same familiar and helpful upcountry employees. Tons of selections. Wonderful convenience for country folks instead of driving to town. If they dont have it they can have it delivered from town too.

Good location and helpful staff. Only down side is the terrible cell reception in the area which made it hard to look up which part I needed when I was in the store. Other than that everything was great

I needed a water pump for my Honda crv and I was told that they had it in stock on a Saturday afternoon .my car was broke down off Hana Hwy. But so I gave them my vin # I was happy tbat soon my Auto repair problems would be a thing of the past " But I couldn't be more wrong!! When I gave the mechanic the part it was wrong so I went back with the part with my old fuel pump that failed when I called and informed them of their mistake I had to return the one I had purchased and buy another one. Then I was told it would be the right part if the mechanic would take off some parts from the new pump though this still wasn't even the right part yet it got the car home until I can get a fuel pump from @ the Kahului or wailuku Napa store where customer service has always been way more impressive in the past.

Convenient parts store with a good selection and very friendly staff in Upcountry Kula. It beats driving downtown.

Bought a battery because I thought mine was dead. While removing my old battery i realized it was a wire going to the battery socket that was frayed off. Went to return the battery 20 minutes after buying it and said they won t return it. Could have told me all sales were final on them.

I'm glad Maui Napa is okay with closing its doors as it feels. Its not the mainland. Those with tight schedules can return home and rush about as they like.

It s extremely frustrating when I call and you confirm you re open until 5:30, yet when I rush over there and arrive at 5:25 to find you closed early. I don t think it s too much to ask to close when you say you re going to. Lost my business.
