Very impressed! This was my first time shipping a vehicle so I was a little nervous. Young brothers delivered my car in timely manor and the staff was so nice ! Will definitely use again! Mahalo

They have been the only barge to ship out of so they got it down in my opinion. IShipped out things or picked up about 15 times at the least and they have been on time or early. The ladies at the front office are kind and informative when I need more info on something and the employees on the grounds always been super friendly and helpful as well.

Well the price of business is certainly going up with the price of shipping. Semes like we're paying for young brothers screw ups after they lost all those containers off the big island. There's no more building to protect dry goods because the state doesn't want to pay for up grades. I've been in business for 30yrs having to rely on YB and although the workers have been great the people or person running YB gets an F from. Me

Super friendly and helpful loading crew. Front office personnel could be a bit more personable but they do deal with the mass of disgruntled people I'm sure...so somewhat to be expected.

Great employees! Customer service was amazing the ladies are very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The security guards can be a bit more aloha spirited.

There always friendly, nice and helpful. I ship my daughters cars back and forth from Kauai to Hilo & Oahu for college. They have always arrive on time and undamaged.

Easy in and easy out, didn't have any problems and shipped my car and boxes, they arrived as I shipped them and the service is fast. I recommend them

Interesting place for making pickups of things shipped infrom the mainland . Proper ID is mandatory for entry to this area .
