Great service! Got me in last minute for a leak and oil change! Took care of me and my car quickly. Thorough courtesy check too!. Will be coming back. Shout out to Keenan for the aloha and customer service.

Jan 18th 2024 - The mechanic stole AirPod pros from my 2021 4Runner while I got an oil change. I used the find my app on my iPhone to locate them at his personal residence 2 days later Jan 20th 2024. I arrived at the house and noticed the same truck that was parked in front of Midas and his mother in law and wife confirmed that he worked at Midas. When I showed him proof that I could see the location of the AirPods Pro case he got them out of his truck. My name and phone # were on the AirPod pro case (sticker) and was removed when he gave them back to me. Bummed this happened. Had to drive from Poipu all the way back to Lihue to get them back.

Good service. Fast. Had a oil change done. Finished in about 40 minutes. Unlike Toyota Servco in Lihue that takes 2 frigging hours!

So here's my 2 cents. These people are Excellent! If you live on Kauai and need a safety check, or, need a muffler or some other auto related issue, .. Go see them. They are simply the Best. Super fast service, Honest, .. and Customer Service is 5 Star. Aloha!

Don t listen to those other reviews! This place was great, customer service from kai & the store manager Keenan was great. He came out to me when I parked and kindly took my keys with clear positive communication, told me the details I needed,, Ohana Vibes at an all time high. A Trustworthy Transaction.

Scheduled here because services were listed online and I felt like I had a good idea of what would be done, prices comparable to other shops but was able to get me in sooner. Once here service was great, both in office and shop. They also found an unexpected problem while servicing and were able to get parts sent and repair while I was here which was great.

This is the only place I will bring my car. I've never had a bad experience, ever! The staff is knowledgeable and their service is impeccable! Would recommend this location to anyone on the island of Kauai. Thank you guys at Midas for the wonderful experience and keep up the good work. Thank you for always taking care of my car and myself! First time taking my car to Midas Lihue (as recommended by a family member) and I'm pleased I did. Their team did my alignment appointment in about an hour, which was far faster than I anticipated. I can tell they got the job done because my steering wheel is straight and the car goes straight (had a slight right curve originally)! Great customer and vehicle service compared to my recent experiences elsewhere as of late. As someone who dislikes phone calls, I especially appreciate being able to book an appointment online through their website with email confirmation to follow. I'll be returning again for the foreseeable future.

Wow. Manager Tim saved me when I was in a tough spot with a broken alternator. He immediately provided top notch service and helped me get back on the road. Couldn't have asked for better help. Awesome service! Chad initially spoke with me on phone to schedule, my tires arrived the next day Alan helped me today at my appointment and did not disappoint super knowledgeable, professional, and a multi-tasker extraordinaire! Definitely recommend these guys

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago with very clear instructions. Came in for my appointment and half of what was scheduled was scheduled. Manager said he must have been to busy to remember to put down and then charged me more for then what he quoted. He said he must have been too busy to remember to quote more for installation of 35in tires.Also when they were getting tires out of bed of truck Tim the manager or service advisor grabbed handle and bent out handle assembly and dented tail gate.It s the worst service I ve ever had in automotive.

I love Midas! I always go to them for my oil changes and they even do the air in your tires and check for maintenance you may need. The customer service is always friendly and professional.
