I love them! It is often a long wait but SO worth it. I ve had to bring my kids with me since my daughter was a newborn (she s two now), they have never made me feel insecure for it, have actively gone out of their way to make my time easier, and are so kind. Their services are excellent and the customer service has always been above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Huge rave for the crew at KQ Speedie Lube 2! They took me back and showed me how low my radiator fluid was and how full it should be. They also found a slow leak in one of my tires! 10/10 would highly recommend them. Efficient, reliable and very friendly customer customer service. Though I went in for routine maintenance and didn't think I had any problems with my truck, it actually drove better after the oil change and complimentary services of tire checks, etc.

The customer service here was fabulous. I'm not sure what his name was, but whoever helped us was very nice. He recommended a very good website for us to order new car parts. He was even going to help us order it then and there. Our service was very quick too.

Speedie Lube is one of the best car services in the island , they do change oil and safety checks too for your car. it is a first come first serve basis and no need appointments to go there. but make sure you go early so you wont have to wait in line , their staff are very helpful they make sure to let you know if they notice something that is not safe for you car.

Amazing! Told me I had a coolant leakage. More right than the 2 other mechanics I went to to try to check it out. Professional! Nice! Warm! Aloha! The head guy is the man! Had I listened to him I would have saved myself tons of trouble.

Dropped my car off at 8:00 am and was told they would call me when my oil change was done, I call at 2:40 pm she said yes my car is ready. No sticker on my windshield as to when my next oil change is????

I went in not being there before and definitely not knowing what to expect. The shop was kinda hidden with just a small sign on the side of the road directing you to the warehouse area where the shop is located. There was just a couple people sitting outside in their waiting area. Walked in and the person inside told me about the different oil options then told me to leave my keys in the car. A few minutes later she took my car to the workshop and started work on the car. Joked around with the guys inside about my tire issue but very professional. I wasn't there longer than 20 minutes and I was already done! So impressed no frills just got the job done....in and out! Thank you KQ Soeedie Lube 2!Service: Oil change

I knew for a while that my car needed an oil change but was putting it off till next payday. Then I got the rumbling sound & she would not accelerate properly so I knew it was finally time. After calling 6 other places with appointments a week out w/pricing around or over $100. I took a gamble & drove over to Speedie Lube. No appointment necessary. They took me immediately, it cost half the price of everywhere else and 20 minutes later I was on my way. The BEST part is that they were ssooooo nice and professional, especially sis at the front desk. Mahalo Nui Loa Speedie Lube ohana! You made a stressful situation quick and easy. I like how it's no appointment, but I came in for an oil change, they told me the safety inspection guy was going on a break so I would have to come back for that. That's not the reason for low stars, the reason is the greeter's friend drove up 5 mins after me and they did her oil change before mine. I'm pissed. Her friend was here 15mins max and I've been here 35mins and still counting. Not very professional. I also, had they asked, would have liked high mileage oil put in, but they didn't ask and I forgot to mention it. Overall annoying experience.

Overall I am pretty happy with my experience short of a few things. To begin with, their customer service was fantastic, Both times I have gone, I have been in and out within 30 minutes or less, even with a line in front of me. The past time in I had them change the oil on my truck.After the change, I inspected the work and was pleased to find a new oil filter (sometimes speed oil companies don't even change this thinking you won't notice), and a new drainbolt and crush washer. However, I did notice that there was oil dripping from the drainbolt. I gave them a call, and they told me to bring the truck back and they would fix it. Upon returning, they were very friendly and professional, apologizing for the leak and promptly fixing it with a new bolt and washer which has not leaked yet.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is twofold. Firstly, the fact that there was a leak and I had to return, but more importantly the price for the change was aprox. $60 for 6-7 qts of oil and 6-7 qts of oil recycling. This price seems a bit excessive to me. Since my truck takes 5.2qts of oil, charging for 6-7 qts was a bit disappointing. I can change my own oil for about 35$ with decent mineral oil and a K&N filter, and other places that I have had change my oil usually charge between $35 and $45, so I don't think the price is worth it to go back with my truck. My wife's car, which takes a tad less than 5 qts, was about $40, which I think is a fair price. All in all, if you have a car with 5qt capacity or smaller, this is your place. If not, it will probably be significantly cheaper to get it done elsewhere.

Pretty shady...charged for 6qts of oil, vehicle only holds 5qts. Then charged oil disposal fee for an impossible 6-7qts, on top of an already inflated service price, made for a $59 basic oil ch. Unfortunately not surprising...just sad.
