Very friendly sales people. They helped me quickly find what I was looking for. Paperwork mostly done for me and even called my car insurance company to set up my coverage before I left. This is my second purchase, always thorough and meticulous with details. Good service department also.

Thank you very much for the service you provided. Thank you once again.Mahalo for everything that you do. I really appreciate your service. I know there are many other places for vehicle services. A lot of costumers out there trying to find a better service. The possibility of being better is too being on top of things. Communication with the costumer at all times either text or call. Communication with other departments to work fluently, don t keep anyone out of the circle. It s so stressful if someone drops the ball and finding out last minute. Once again mahalo.

I Was interested in a Truck that was on the lot at King Auto Center yesterday. I stopped by the office and was greeted by Taylor. He was very nice and showed me the truck and we took it for a test drive. He wasn t pushy at all. He made the buying process easy and simple. Damaged my vehicle. Huge scratches in my side mirror that were not there when I brought it in.Washed my vehicle, without asking me beforehand, and left it completely soaking wet in the hot sun. I had just washed and waxed it less than 24 hours before.Seperatly, I also had booked an appointment back in July and waited 2 months for an appointment, but then got NO REMINDER until AFTER my appointment.... so you can't remind me that I have an appointment, but you can send one to rub it in my face that I missed it?Did I mention that I got quoted $98 for an Air Filter for a Grand Caravan?This has been my experience in the past 3 months... at least the girls on the phones are nice, otherwise I am more disappointed with this dealership than anywhere I have ever brought a car in the last 30 years.

730 am appt for a job that was supposed to take Le a s than an hour. Had to call at 230 to ensure it would be completed that day. First response was it would be done the following day, with some encouragement they got it done by 4 the same day. Everyone is short handed and backed up. Adjust your schedule to accommodate your reality. The consistent challenges with the service center have made me think twice about buying new vehicles there.

Bought a jeep here and since the backup camera wasn't working when we bought it they agreed to fix it. It took 5 months for them to get us an appointment and after they fixed it it worked for 2 months before it stopped working again. They would not cover the cost of the second repair since they "fixed it" once so yea, one star, would not recommend.

My oil change was incomplete due to lack of work force, per SA. The print out of complimentary 23 PT forms were also incomplete as well as inadequate. The vehicle was not properly handed due to lack of work force was the reason .3 months ago my appointment for my Honda was cancelled by dealership day of due to lack of workforce.The pattern with this problem the dealership is having is very difficult to understand? Perhaps you need to start getting to a solution to resolve your issue rather then continuing to sit in the problem n project it on to your clientele.Why am I paying full price for services that are not FULLY performed, and cannot be due to the lack of experienced staff.My vehicle was never reprogrammed back from computer verification reflecting PERFORM SERVICE or was I given print out of status for inspection on vehicle as per your services state I am to receive and it was not acknowledged to me in any way, I called in to follow up n also returned vehicle to rest it s computerized Lu to find out the company staff is inadequate to do so.Very disappointing and not able to get my head around that less then professional service.The only upside is the Service Advisor Mark is very good at his job n a great customer service representative.Perhaps it would be in your best interest to give him a raise, since your having a issue keeping your service dept employees.

Nice people but service is terrible. They are backed up for months . Their technicians are poorly trained. The worst part is that they will not order parts to arrive by express mail even if I am ready to pay for it. all the parts take 10-15 days to arrive.

Takes a month to schedule for service. But they service your car the quickest and most efficient way.I have a Nissan, a Toyota, and own a dodge. Of all three dealerships, king auto is fast

Staff was nice. My main complaint is I took my car in then they said they needed to order parts. Parts came in and then they had no appointments until July 9th about 50 days out so I am stuck with a wounded car. If you get an appointment and they work on your car and then order parts then they should MAKE SPACE immediately to install the parts when they arrive!!!!! These are sensors which will likely take under an hour - I had to wait weeks for first appointment. It totally sucks. I would not have wrote a review except they prompted me to do so.

As a group (and individually) the work is efficient and you can tell they all work well together. Even when/if a mistake had been made it gets corrected effortlessly. Past experiences at other dealerships has lead me to anticipate some type of argument or pushback over something frivolous but here every experience has been smooth & peaceful.

My experience at King Auto was a superior one. Ms. Sherri Kawachi was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind. She followed up with excellent research and correspondence. She was patient and encouraging at the right moments which created an environment where I felt heard and honored as a customer.The final paperwork handled by John Borales, finance manager, was simplified, expedient and completed with patience and a smile.I highly recommend King Auto to my Kauai' community and hope to do business with them again in the future. Aloha to the entire staff.01.24.24 - Since the purchase of my vehicle i have had the pleasure of working with the service department where Mia has went out of her way to be efficient, kind and even brings in the joy of dealing with an arduous situation ..that is saying something.Mahalo to the entire crew at King Auto

Great Customer Service!Taylor was welcoming and honest through the entire process. He went out of his way to find the best rates and to ensure I was cared for, while traversing the horrible travel situation in Hawaii at the time. Sherri was very accommodating and detailed in the closing process. John was great to deal with (not always the case with the finance guy). He and Sherri made sure I was treated fairly and that the vehicle was thoroughly ready to be purchased. Mahalo to everyone at King. We re lifetime friends is no joke to them. 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my truck in because of intermittent start. I requested a diagnosis but Mia suggested new key fob because this is usually what it is. (Trying to save me money) After buying the 500.00 key fob my truck stalled on the way home and had to tow it right back to King Auto. After performing a diagnosis found that it wasn't the key fob, but a blown engine.Frank was kind enough to refund me 150.00 diagnosis fee.500.00 - 150.00= $350.00 is all I had to pay for them to tell me engine was blow. They could have said no! We are not paying you anything. Frank was kind enough to give me something back. So I appreciate his gesture.Not sure what to do with this 500.00 key fob because my truck was taken to the junkyard.Thank you King Auto for all your efforts to help me.
