Thanks again to Brada Arlen and his crew for taking care of my Jeep. They are a local family ran business that will rival any of the big boy shops in the world. Always very personable customer service. And their mechanics are top notch and very quick and efficient with whatever service they are providing. Pricing is reasonable, if not the best you will find. Make them your go to guys. You won t regret it. Thanks again.

Arwin and his team are sufficiently talented they work together to make your vehicle run better and efficiently. Arwin is a godsend, he s reliable, trustworthy, honest and to the point. Harbor Motors is on of the best auto repair shops I have experienced here on Kauai. The attention to detail and the level of professionalism is outstanding. The staff is as friendly as a family member and repairs are made in a timely manner. They follow up with texts and emails about the details and service provided which is unheard of here on Kauai. 1st time bring my car to them an went to the shop and they got my car in that day and fixed the problem the next day. Wonderful customer service and they are affordable not like other shop. Will NEVER go back to King auto. If your car is having problem definitely go see them.

Had transmission shift cable break. Had my Chevy Trailblazer towed to Harbor Motors. One of their top Wrench at the shop jumps on the job and as quick as you eat your poke bowl I m back in the Lihue traffic. Great work, Great company, GREAT PLACE TO HAVE ALL YOUR WHEELS REPAIRED. stop by and let their crew work their MAGIC on your ride .

Now two weeks in a row that Arlen and the team at Harbor Motors exceeded my expectations. Shopping for tires a week ago was made easier when the folks at Harbor were not only able to help with this issue but also getting my car in quickly to work on the brake problem I was experiencing.And last week when the starter stopped working on the car, Arlen and team understood the urgency and had me back on the road asap! Thank you for being so committed to your island neighbors!!

Went in for a safey inspection, and highbeam headlight repair. My tires failed and they got tires on, the highbeam fixed and my safety completed in just a few hours.

Just bought 4 new tires for my truck. Went in to make appt. Took me in the same day. Swapped out tires, balanced,etc. Took alittle longer being it was during their lunch hours. All in all ,nice friendly staff. Also had a safety inspection done recommended by the owner and a conversation on some mechanical tips on my truck.an emplyee noticed right reverse light was out so also had bulb replaced.Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

Well as ever Harbor Motors rocks Arlen explained exactly what was done Only problem ..... After putting in a new battery which I didn't need you said Mabe it needs a starter too! Wish the starter had been put in and NOT the battery and wish we'd talked about what was going to be done before the new battery was put in

Service and work was great but I hadn t asked them to diagnose my oil leak because I knew what it was and I also knew about my wheel bearings and tie rods but still got charged the labor rate for it

I found Harbor Motors to be fair and just. From the front desk staff, to the owner Arlene .your vehicle maintenance and service is first and foremost. No hidden costs, or surprises. I won t allow any other company on the island of Kauai to service my vehicle, unless recommended by Arlene himself. Words can not express how grateful I am to Arlen and his team at Harbor Motors. Everyone is so friendly and understanding. They always go above and beyond to ensure that me and my family are driving safe vehicles. The Harbor Motors Team always explains everything that they find and show pictures as well. They are dedicated to being honest, reliable and affordable. Harbor Motors is truly an admirable company and I wish them all the success this island has to offer!Repairs I have had:2004 F-150 - to much to even list; practically everything has been replaced. Most recently Lift had to be replaced.2005 Civic - multiple times had an uncertified teenager work on it, things were broken. Towed it to Arlen and his team CSI d it all back together.
