These guys are awesome. I had been eye-balling this beautiful Tacoma every day I drove by this place on Rice Street (right across from Rob's) I came in, confessed my love and they worked with me to get the right price for my new truck. Shannon is the best, he was a straight-shooter and was very quick to get all the details ironed out. Tyler the manager made the process quick and easy. So glad I came here to support these guys.

Very well received at the door as well as helping to find me a cargo van, I had recently been in a car crash and lost my work vehicle, Rex looked past my bad credit and got me into a sweet van with all the trimmings and more, I am happy that I went to him, he is honest and got me set up in a couple days , I was back in a service vehicle to keep me and my business on point and back helping other people, Thanks Rex

I'm new to Kauai, don't know anyone except my real-estate agent and needed to buy a car. Vic at Garden Island Motors had the exact car I was looking for, a Honda Element. I'd done a lot of shopping on the internet in Honolulu and L A and his price to begin with was reasonable, especially with it's low milage for a 2008.He let me test drive the car as much as I wanted with Junior going with me answering questions. Buying a used car can be pretty risky so I was very thorough and it was really in great condition and clean as a pin. Had just been serviced and I was given the receipt for that.I'm a senior, been a commissioned salesman most of my life, so I've learned to deal with many different kinds of people and feel I can usually evaluate a person's character pretty quickly.I felt Vic was being honest with me about this cars condition. He was straight forward about the price and willing to show some flexibility. It was no problem putting together a sale that was fair to me.I've had the Element for three months now and am delighted with it. I believe they're very selective of the cars they sell. I rate Garden Island Motors 5 Stars without any hesitation. Victor and Junior are totally reputable and I highly recommend this dealership.

I recommend Garden Island Auto Sales highly! Vic and Junior are helpful, caring and incredibly trustworthy. I purchased a car from them sight unseen by phone from Tennessee for my daughter who was traveling to Kauai to intern for the summer. The car was perfect for her and exactly what they said it would be. They even arranged to have the car for her at the airport when she arrived. As a dad, there is no higher rating that I can give these guys rock!

I highly recommend Garden Island Auto Sales. I purchased a used Honda Pilot from them and both Victor and Junior were very helpful and fair. We did test drives and checked out all the features and condition of the car.It was clean and in great shape. Since then they have both provided additional help, such as airport rides, beyond anything required. I much appreciate them and I'll certainly buy my future autos from Junior and Victor. This dealership is definitely 5 Stars!

Victor & Junior were both courteous & punctual. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. We got a great deal on a used Subaru Forester. They even picked us up at the Lihue Airport and steered us to a fantastic restaurant. Honest & professional. We would purchase a car from them again with no hesitation.

Vic ,and his crew are trustworthy to say the least. I bought a pickup sight unseen back in 2013,and he picked me up at the airport, and said if i didn't like the vehicle i could have my money back. Very nice people to do business with.Mahalo Vic.

These guys are great. Worked with Victor and Junior and they did exactly what they said they would do which is a rare find now a days. We moved to the island a month ago. I called Victor prior to arrival and told him we were looking for a car and asked if he could find it. He did and we bought it sight unseen which made me really nervous to be honest but with everything going on with covid there was no option to rent a car. They went above and beyond and even delivered the car to the airport for is so we had it when we arrived. Solid solid solid. I don t know them well enough to trust them with my life but feel almost confident Enough to do so. Would highly recommend to anyone. And...the car is good too!!

I give them 5 stars uncle VIC AND JUNIOR they were kind and welcoming from start to finish. They don t make you feel pressured but it s like we were friends for a long time. They not only helped our family but worked with us on our finances, what as a family we could afford. So if ever your looking for a car go too garden island auto sales they truly are the Best Thanks Vic & junior for all your help you made us a happy family...

I can't say enough about Garden Island Auto Sales. They have been a fantastic partner in our life in Kauai, helping us each time we arrive and depart paradise. I purchased a vehicle from them sight-unseen, banking on what I have read and learned from their other reviews - and it was a perfect transaction, exactly as described and without fault. They were helpful, knowledgable, and stood by their car, service, and word every step of the way. If you are on the fence, jump - they are worth every cent you will pay and will stand behind everything they sell. Period. I have told many people about my experience with Garden Island, and I hope I can deliver business at the caliber of the service they have provided, and continue to provide, to my family and me.

Called as getting on plane ten years and talked to Victor and arranged an airport pickup for a great used car. Since then I have purchased two more autos and nothing but praise for the dealership. The owner cares and provides continuous services for what he sold me. Definitely more business for him from me.

Great car, great price. Great customer service. They handled all the paperwork and Ty even took me back to the airport to return my rental car. These guys went the extra mile and had some of the best cars that i looked at for sale on the Island. Mahalo!
