My car was busted into and all I got was this stupid t shirt they didn t end up stealing.Anyway, this dude Brandon busted my window and stole all my things! Used my credit cards, stole all my personal identifications, money, everything. I brought my car to get fixed after Brandangos mischievous adventures in breaking and entering and theft.Kaanapali collision dealt with my over emotional crying spurts when I brought ny car in to get fixed. They worked as quickly as they could, were super kind, and made me feel safe and like I was in good hands. I clearly was. I would go back 1000x and highly recommend these guys. I m not sure if they read this, but I hope they all get a raise if possible. Also, I like your dog and the fact that you can all drive a stick shift. :) love your staff. Want to be pen pals. From ten miles away.Thanks again!

I recommend this business percent for all your vehicles body and paint repair. They are honest and loyal to their customers. Took my truck there twice for body damage and they did a phenomenal job.

We've been using Ka'anapali Collision for over ten years for our personal vehicle, but now we're using them for our business as well. After a driver backed into our business vehicle, Amanda knew the importance of getting our vehicle repaired and back to us as soon as possible and they most certaintly did. Their work is exceptional and customer service is outstanding.

HIGHLY recommend this place! During my last day in Maui with my fianc�e, our parked rental Jeep was hit in the rear bumper, leaving a relatively large dent. The person that hit our Jeep took off and we weren t sure what to do to remedy the situation. We decided to try an auto repair shop by our resort and it was the best decision we could have made. As soon as we walked in, Judy greeted us warmly and asked how she could help; Amanda then gave us an estimate within several minutes. We were a bit short on time as our flight was leaving later that day and they found a way to fit us into their schedule to repair our bumper in 2 hours. And on top of that, Judy gave us a ride back to our resort!!! We feel very lucky to have driven by this Kaanapali Collision as they treated us with great care. We can t thank you enough!

After having someone run into our car in a parking lot, we found out that not all body shops would work on Teslas. Thankfully, Kaanapali Collision agreed to work on our car without hesitation. They kept us informed throughout the process, and finished on time. They are extremely efficient and do amazing work. The car looked like new when the work was completed. I would recommend them highly.

Service impeccable!Quality of work 10 stars out of 8 starsI missed a drop off date , was late 26 minutes per their clock on rescheduled date.And were cordial the entire process!?They hooked up my rental,dropped off rental with them.My Dodge looks Great!They Do Quality Work!If you re from the WestsideDon t waste time with going to the other side of the island.Head straight to KAANAPALI COLLISION!my word is GOLD.

Amanda and her team go way above and beyond. Most professional body shop service on Maui. Have used twice already and have sent several folks their way! Don t hesitate to reach out to them and don t waste any time looking around for other options Kaanapali Collision is simply the best!

Not at all professional. Amanda is very rude and curt. She poses no professionalism at all. Her underlying attitude is "we don't need your business".I am sure she has "repeat" customers who she values and their referrals, but I need to be quite forward as to what I experienced. Perhaps these reviews are friends or customers asked to write a good review for a discount.I was quite surprised. I had my car repaired at the shop at the end of last year because they are one of the only companies sanctioned by my insurance company in the area. If it was not for convenience, I would have walked away.I don't care to give money to a company who treats customers poorly. I heard Amanda on the phone with other customers, and she was equally as disrespectful. Maybe she was having a "bad day", but that is no excuse. We all work hard for our money and choose where to spend it.If you want quality, they are OKIf you want professionalism, I give them a zero.It is a personal choice, but I feel there are many others companies that do a terrific job and can be pleasant and patient with their customers.My anticipate, the response to this review will be nasty, but I see this is the way they respond to poor reviews. Take a look at previous reviews on google.

I had the chance to have my car under the care of Amanda and her team, at Ka anapali Collision.They offer great customer service, the staff is friendly and efficient. Repair went smoothly.Many mahalo to Amanda and her team!

We were in a pinch to get our car door mirror replaced and Kaanapali Collision quickly found us the replacement mirror and installed it the next day. Our car looks as good as new. Thank you Amanda & Kaanapali Collision for your great work and service.

This is the best place to get your car fixed!!! Fast and friendly, great workmanship! They went the extra mile for me with a difficult insurance company and adjustor. Amanda made sure they paid what they should and that I didn't.

What a great experience. Just had the front bumper repaired on my Subaru Outback. Got in me in and out in less than a day for far less than I thought it might be. I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrible customer service!!!! Went in to get some dents repaired and the dent removal guy broke all the clips holding on the bed rail protector and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. I discovered the damage and Kaanapali Collision was unwilling to pay for the new part but would install it for free? Thanks jerks! I won't be back!!!!

Took my rental car to Kaanapali Collision. Had a dent in the bumper, the kind the rental company frown upon. They did a great job fast and inexpensive. Took a load off my mind knowing I don't have to deal with the evil empire.

When I took my Lexus in for body work this wee, it looked older (2004) and more than a bit "worse for wear". Three days later (and on schedule), my car now looks almost brand new. Kaanapali Collision worked diligently with me to not only complete the front bumper repair (covered by insurance) but also to fix the back bumper(numerous "nicks and bruises", both headlights (very foggy and discolored) and both side mirrors (delaminating), at very little additional cost to me beyond my insurance proceeds. They also washed the car, thoroughly polished the windows inside and out and cleaned the dashboard. It was almost as if my car had been repaired and detailed. Excellent, honest service at a fair price... that is a perfect example of "aloha"!

Lifesavers! Snagged the valance on my rental car and about tore the front end off. Simple problem really, but not when you're on vacation. No real damage mind you, but the rental car company probably would have charged me $1500. Popped it back on for $50.
