Smooth as butta, these guys are A1 top notch amazing with reasonable prices for reasonable kine people. Pre booked a tow from my uncle's in Mountain view to HPP and right on time, great care taken, no non sense, pure skill and solid equipment! I had a weird and difficult job that everyone else on the island turned down, but they instructed me what I needed to do to make the job feasible and then as soon as I got all that accomplished they came out and did what no one else could. Would definitely recommend them for any towing related job on the island. The only downside is they're kinda busy so make sure to call ahead of time if you can.

Really great personal experience and they have a great attitude. They really take care of the customer 1st. Reasonably priced and care about getting the job done correctly. No worries with these guys..they won't take you to the cleaners. I guarantee you will put them in your trusted services list.

Don't know about major repairs but I needed 3 new tires mounted and balanced. 1 hour turnaround, price was less than I have paid in town. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and well maintained. No grumble from me!08/14/23 Update:Needed a tire patched, they were swamped when I dropped it off but they had it ready when they said it would be. Prices still fantastic for 2023.

At is Good tow truck experience was good I hope he can afford it fireproof towing tow company Morse code silver truck towed company activated firetown we go to houses fix gas stations and fix restaurants and anything else that you want to reproduce or so to atone company foreclosed homes are included

I needed to swap a damaged bed on my truck with a straight one. I had the part but not the tools. These guys not only swapped them, they were reasonable with time spent and minimal shop supplies charge. I would consider this a unique job for a standard garage but they took it on and did a great job. Reasonable rate, quality work and nice to talk story with. Thanks Patrick!

Our car needed a oil change and check up soon after moving to Mountain View. A friend of ours recommended we get in touch with Pat at Keaau Auto Care. He not only did our oil change but provided a full Auto check as well as a complimentary car wash. I knew from his professionalism and positive attitude that I found our Big Island Mechanic services. We have been back several times for minor repairs to upkeep our vehicle and evertime Pat took care of us.Service: Oil change

Pretty sure this was the place I used about 3 years ago foe my Honda and I just remembered them. I think a man named Patrick helped me (might've been Robert. They were both on duty). They were no BS and I didnt feel like I was getting scammed like so many other places. Especially as a woman, so many mechanics will bullsh*t you becausw they think you don't know! Mahalo guys! Picked up my car today and super impressed with this crew. Everyone was nice. Patrick kept me informed with updates on car. And most importantly i felt like they were very honest and not over charging me. I wasnt being up sold with unnecessary products. Definitely recommend!! Has a local feel here and not a corporate feel!

Fast and reliable. As long as I live on the Big Island I won t take my car any where else for oil changes and maintenance. Hopefully no major problems arise but if so I d surely bring it here too. They are truthful and take the time to do the jobs right. No up sales here, no BS, no corporate personnel breathing down their neck trying to make them rip people off. The mechanics here got all the ASE certifications to put your mind at ease, trust them.

I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the mechanics at Keaau Service. I've been burned and lied to by Lex Brodies numerous times and the guys at Keaau Service are quick to fix it for me. Lex Brodies told me I needed new tie rods because they couldn't loosen the bolt on my tie rods, the mechanics here loosened the bolt, no problem. They also helped me a save a ton of money on auto maitnance. Had my oil "changed" and had to add oil within the month. They didn't change the air filter or drain my used oil. We will never bring our car back to this schiester run scam shop. Go next door three times a week and yall just cheated your way into losing my whole families business forever. Thanks for all that aloha spirit you didn't bring to the table.

Kea au Service station is the best on the island! I went to 5 different mechanics in Kona and each one contributed to another ailment, so I finally towed my truck to Keaau and now I will only go to them! They are professional, friendly and are great mechanics! It is difficult to find honest mechanics, believe me once you go there you will never go anywhere else!
