Outstanding personal service, Brian answered my call versus a machine. I towed my car over, they worked on it. I stayed and Brian gave me a ride to Kyla Bistro for lunch because the places close by were closed. Offered to puck me u afterwards. They fixed everything. Super happy. Definitely recommend their services

Paul and Brian always take care. Fixed my ac here. Do my oil changes here. Get my tires changed here. Get buds. Once i had an insurance claim Paul handled. Body shop on site. Good mechanics.

10/10 in every categoryI have a 2010 Mercedes Benz and it had a rattling every time it started up and heavy heavy vibrations throughout the car once I got up to 40 50 MPH... I thought I was in serious trouble, turns out the new Mercedes specialist Peter, diagnosis's that it was only the mounts. The engine mounts and transmission mount were flattened and I needed new ones. He not only solved the problem that day, he also gave me tips about the car and things to be aware of later down the road as far as maintenance and upkeep. Very professional, Calm and skilled, I know he cares about his work and I'll be coming back when necessary. The manager Brian at the front desk took very good care of me too, had great customer service. I did some calling around and they had the best price. heard great things about this company from coworkers and friends and I'm happy to have had the experience I did. Friendly and communicative staff. People of integrity who strive to do good work and take care of their customers. These guys were such a help navigating our insurance following an accident. They have gone above and beyond in their services and we feel so blessed to have found them. Our car was fixed up in a timely fashion and they even did additional work for us. Would recommend.

I never write reviews, but this a Buyer Beware situation. I will stick to the facts: I brought my car to PMW on Wed, and was led to believe it would be fixed on Thurs, or Fri latest. I received it back 8 days later, and it was not in running condition. So you know, they apparently run on a first come, first serve schedule - so there is not really a possibility of scheduling a specific time for a repair. When I dropped it off my vehicle, it ran fine. They were supposed to fix and oil leak and an exhaust issue. When I received it back, the engine was at maybe 50% power. I took it to a different mechanic (after PCW) and he said that multiple items inside the engine had been gerry rigged on, and broken. I am really disappointed to have spent $1250 here and received the car back in non-running condition. To top it off, the oil leak and exhaust were never fixed. For what it's worth, Brian and Paul seem like really nice guys, but I will not be taking my car back to PCW.

We were caught in a pickle when our rental car tire had slow leak, but he filled our tire on the spot without charging us a penny. Super helpful, allowed us to continue to the rental store without issue

I took in my 2017 Range Rover Supercharge and my '99 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The Range Rover just stopped running. Paul found the culprit, a rat had eaten some wires. They replaced that, cleaned the engine, checked out a few other items needing repair and let me pick my priorities. 2 days later got it back, running great and the engine bay looks brand new. He then worked on my TJ and got the engine cleaned and protected against rats (dryer sheets, thanks Paul) and the A/C fixed. And again he noticed a few things, let me pick my priorities and boom, 2 days later got it back. And again, the engine bay looks brand new!

My car had been making a creaking noise when turning and when the noise started to get worse I asked Pacific Motor Works to assess it for me. I was able to bring my car in to them quickly and when they diagnosed the problem they got the parts in and completed the repairs the next day. I appreciate having local mechanics Upcountry I feel like I can trust. Thanks to Brian for his time and for explaining the parts and processes to me!

I had the rotors and break pads replaced to my 2016 VW Tiguan recently and I couldn t be happier with the customer service and genuine care these guys give! Paul really took his time explaining the difference between certain parts and what to expect as far as future repairs for my type of vehicle. You can tell that he truly loves what he does for a living and enjoys sharing his knowledge! His dog Gigi will keep you plenty company while you wait or there is an awesome bakery across the street! Didn t think I d ever say this about a repair garage, but I m actually excited to come back for my next tune up! Brought my 02 Tacoma in for a System Too Lean engine code (P0171) and Pacific Motor Works fixed it within a day while it took Toyota 2 days and $300 for a diagnostic alone. I also appreciate the fact that Pacific Motor Works took the time to thoroughly check any other potential problems like brake pads, brake fluid, differential fluid, etc. and bring it to my attention. Also went so far as to restore my faded trims. I will most definitely come back to this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I stored my vehicle at Pacific Motor Works since July 2017. The vehicle was stored in an open field with a cover I provided. I informed owner of my intention to retrieve my vehicle in late October. I was informed the engine compartment would have to be cleaned at a cost of $80 to remove the rat nests. When I accessed my vehicle by the tail gate at the airport several dozen cockroaches and other assorted insects ran for cover into the vehicle.Additionally the car has acquired a rather foul odor that I have yet to eliminate.I knew the vehicle was being stored in a field however I had no idea it would become rat and insect infested. I asked the owners to refund the remaining 6 months of my lease payments which amount to $750.After repeated attempts to contact the owners I have yet to get a response.Very unprofessional and unreasonable to say the least.

Brian is a great guy! Had an inspection done there-he was fair on all his prices. When he says he will order it, he will. When it comes in, he schedules you on a time that works best for you. Friendly! Great prices! Trust worthy!! This place is definitely a keeper!!!

Did great work, prices are on par if not less than others. We did alot of price shopping, Paul was right in the middle. It did take an extra week longer than expected but an employee called in or something, what do you do. Car runs like a top.

Please be cautious at Pacific Motor Works. I brought my truck in with transmission issues, and I received an incorrect diagnosis. This led to $1,400 of unnecessary repairs. After the repairs were made and the truck still had the same symptoms, I went to M & D transmissions in Wailuku to have the real problem fixed. This was a very expensive lesson learned and I hope that you don't make the same mistake I did. Aloha

To help you understand the story better- I am a quadriplegic which means I am paralyzed from the neck down. I got locked inside my van rental with the keys while I was in Kula on my way to a meeting. Had to have them come and unlock the vehicle. Very fast and professional!!!

The place looks like a junkyard. The mechanic I dealt with was rude and abusive, I suspect it is because I am a woman and how dare I not treat him like a God. Stay away!!!
