Went her for a battery issue last week. Both staff, Nicole, and a young man ? Marco? (who speaks Spanish to customers in need) were so amazingly helpful to me. They both spent 20 min helping me with various diagnostic testing. Just complete ALOHA from both of them. Also 5 stars for being open late! Can't recommend enough these two staff members.

Didn t realize you could love how great the service is when you re just picking up oil & asking auto questions! From Corey s generously helpful demeanor over the phone to in-person support, getting me everything I need and answering questions.Everything about my experiences here have been awesome, and Corey is wonderful. Super knowledgeable, helpful so very appreciated. Will definitely keep coming here thanks to the awesome guys working here, especially Corey!

Really helpful service at the counter- found an item I requested and returned my thank you with I aim to please! When was the last time you heard that? Three service associates at he registers held conversations that indicated serious auto knowledge that s reassuring in an auto store!

Just came in today to buy a tire repair kit for my wheel, and my first interaction was with the manager. Not a negative interaction, although the product she put in my hands was not compatible with a sedan, it was meant for tractor wheels and the like, which made me feel like she wasn t very knowledgeable for being the manager of an auto parts store.Then I had the great displeasure of interacting with Scott. Scott was very short with me the moment I started interacting with him to the point of being rude, and to make matters worse the manager was standing at the register right next to him and didn t have anything to say on the matter.This clearly shows that poor customer service is part of the atmosphere at this location, which really bummed me out because I headed in already stressed out about a flat tire and was just looking for some help to make my day go by a little smoother.I understand that you guys are busy and possibly short staffed, but that is no reason to treat your customers as if they are dumb for asking questions that aren t common knowledge.Hopefully you guys take this to heart and decide to treat future customers with greater respect and appreciation, aloha and best of luck to you!

I came in recently to buy some pads for my car and the gentleman that helped me was awesome. I wish i knew his name. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us our options upfront. Parts were ordered and awaiting a call.While waiting for said called, I realized I needed additional parts. A kind older gentlemen tried to help order the parts but needed Steve's help to finalize. While Steve was helping me at checkout, he increased the price on me three times; twice for shipping and one more to double the price of the parts. He asked me if it was okay for this final price to which I said no, it would cost me the same amount to get it done at a shop. He says, "Well it's too late, I already ordered it." No confirmation from me or anything just, 'Here you are, now you're stuck with the payment.' He proceeded to tell his supervisor that I told him to order the parts and make it seem like my error. Confirm with final price with the customer, Steve, especially if you think it cannot be returned. His supervisor told him that he just has to make a call and cancel the order. Simple enough, yet it seemed like the end of the world to him.This past experience was, top three, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever. That being said, it was only one experience with one, obviously incompetent employee, Steve. Don't let this dissuade you from coming to this location. Avoid Steve at all cost and you should have a wonderful day.Aloha for taking the time to read.

Very helpful workers. Due to lack of communication an older employee was unnecessarily rude despite this mishap if I ever need to go back here again for parts etc. I would.

This review for Virgie is long overdue. She is always super helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond and if you got to experience her service, you would be writing this review for her also. Thank you, Virgie for never making me feel like an idiot. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring such a great person. Virgie is the reason I'll keep coming back to the Kihei location.

Usually this place is tops with the Aloha, but when I went in too just buy some adhesive (Gorilla Glue) to fix a side mirror, and the guy said he had to order it, I shook my head, said no thank you, and drove across the street to Longs, and got what I needed. They'll lend you tools here and come out and try and see what the problem is, but they don't waste time on cosmetics.

Employee Scott and steve need to be fired ...Really bad customer service . poor attitude this is the third time, twice on the phone now in the store. Not going to O'Reilly anymore.

Thanks Virgie. You could have sold us a gas cap we didn't need with this rental. Instead you took a sec to look it up and inform us that new American cars don't necessarily have gas tank caps.

I can t really say that there is a historically a whole lot of difference from auto parts stores, but this one is really friendly.They guided me to sale items and better deals than what I intended to buy, and They were just genuinely friendly.They even talked story and helped me understand my problem better.Meanwhile, The Napa down the street has horrendous customer service.Go figure.

Super great service. The assistant manager Norman and Clatin were beyond helpful. We came in with a couple of scratches on our rental and we were worried the rental company would charge us through the roof for repair. Norman and Clatin were very knowledgeable, assessed our car and even helped touch up the scratches. The scratches are pretty much indistinguishable now. So pleased with their service!

Super friendly, helpful folks.. Love the new convenient location.. good selection in stock, and fast shipping times if you do have to order.. Very Thankful to have em in Kihei..*edit- for the most part all the above is true.. #protip, don't hire kids that don't even know what a u-joint is to work at a parts store.. he thought i was askin em. weed.. I'd bet 10 bucks he wouldn't pass the blinker fluid test

Customer service on that day was terrible. The older gentleman was not even pretending to be happy I was there to spend money. I will always wait for second opinion before writing negative review, and I got one, so I did.

The friendliest parts store on the island. They want very much for you to get what you need and also share some tips to help you out. Also they are happy to order anything they dont carry in store. Open late!
