CJ & ScottAre simply amazing in reality. The whole team are great.! It was a long process but the fact that they fought so hard to get me in my brand new 2024 Mitsubishi outlander with crazy features. Was more than a blessing.If you need a car, trust me go see these guys! I know it s hard to trust car dealerships and some salesman s but I promise you these guys will never let you down they will fight for you as much as they can, and put out there all into getting you what you want or what you need! So grateful, thankful and blessed to have known you folks! Many continued blessings your way.And to Justin thank you so much for helping me figure out all these amazing features It s so crazy and mind blowing. We met Anthony and test drove a few vehicles. Anthony was amazing at his job. He had to go back and forth for different keys but he did it with joy.When we decided on a vehicle we also met CJ He took care that we received the vehicle of our choice and saw to it that we paid the price we wanted it for Both Anthony and CJ I would highly recommend when you make a visit to KarMart of Maui. You will drive away very satisfied. Thank you both for you incredible service

CJ was very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful in assisting my son on his first car purchase, who also had fun driving around and testing several vehicles until he found the right one for him and got all his questions answered at the same time. He was also great at keeping us entertained with his magic tricks while we had some downtime.

KarMart Maui. I can t say enough of the staff here. From sales to service 5 stars across the board! We have bought three cars from Brandon and his team the first one was 6 years ago and Most recently Scott Piano sold me my new Atlas. Quick. Easy. Love them

Scott was awesome and also his coworker helped me out, sorry forgotten his name. I'm so bad at names. Friendly service and make sure what I got made me satisfied. What is that satisfied, It was more beyond over the top excellent. 5 stars, more like 10 . Once again thank you and God bless you guys. I can't later in the future I will get another one.

Scott is amazing at what he does! From allowing us to check out the vehicle, making sure it checks off all our boxes, answering questions we had during the process, making the process as smooth as possible. He blew us away with the knowledge he provided us - we felt comfortable our whole time there and confident in him!As first timers in the market, we were a little nervous and apprehensive - but Scott showed kindness and respect with professionalism. His transparency with everything sealed the deal with us.Mahalo for everything, Scott! We are looking forward to working with you again in the future!

It was a long shot but CJ did an heck of an awesome job working to get me approved for a vehicle. Customer Service on point very much reliable and helpful to the fullest. Karmart overall experience for me was awesome even though in the beginning had some bumps in the road but Karmart team and especially CJ were able to help me overcome those bumps. I m so stoked to have been helped by not only a great employee of karmart but also a long time childhood friend of mines.If anyone is in search of a vehicle hit up Karmart Maui in Kihei.

It was close to closing time, I knew what I wanted so I asked, "do you want to sell a car or go home?"As a team they did the paperwork and kept me entertained, everyone was friendly and patient.The next day the car was ready for me. Wonderful experience.

CJAY IS AWESOME!!! Literally listened to all our wants and needs when we were looking for a vehicle! Went above and beyond and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process!! Made us feel like family from when we first walked in to when we drove off in our new vehicle!! 10/10 recommend KarMART and seeing Cjay, you WONT regret!!!

Initially a good experience. First time car buyer, and bought my truck from this place. I was under the impression that they took care of my car insurance, and had the truck added to our insurance that s why I was able to leave the lot. Only to found out that I ve been driving for 2 months with no car insurance. Called Unkle D about it. Absolutely frustrated, from a buyer not knowing they were not protected for 2 months because it wasn t clarified. Unkle D s response was it was your responsibility to add the truck to your insurance just call your agent and have it added . Yes! I could have done from the beginning if it was clarified. Never in my life would I put myself at risk life like that. What if something unfortunate happened? Would he have been responsible to me? Ofcourse not! Guest service after purchasing a 60k truck is terrible.

I ve been a client of Karmart for quite sometime now. Brian my service advisor took really good care of me. He always kept me in the loop communication wise on what was going on with my vehicle. He was also a very nice and respectful guy. I ll definitely be going back to him whenever I need service needed on my vehicle at Karmart.

Cj Muller was the best salesperson to go to. I m glad I left all my hopes into getting a new car, into him because I was able to get approved. You ll be in great hands if you go through him. riduculous time keeping car for recall and not taking care of my real issue. apparently the moon roof screen needed to be sprayed with a fire retardant spray (which they left the spray bottle in my car )Brian was very helpful in showing me things my sales rep should have clued me in to.....
