They were able to patch my tire quickly even though we came in at nearly closing time. We are so thankful for them taking care of us when I know they were ready to go home for the day.

I live in Kahului, but prefer to go to this Kihei location as not quite as hectic as Kahului and I think you get better service. I booked an appointment online to purchase and change out a tire due to a slow leak. I didn t realize until later from the store manager that the online scheduling is a national website and so not reliable and really should schedule by telephone or in person. I just so happen to luck out because it was just a tire change and they had it in stock, they could accommodate me. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I only buy Goodyear tires for both my car and truck. Super reliable tires. Ellise is phenomenal! So knowledgeable, personable and professional. She takes care of customers and technicians! I highly recommend this location if you live on the south side or can make it there safely. Call ahead and plan ahead is best and realize it s one of only a few tire places on Maui so may likely have to schedule out for another week or so depending on what you need done or be able to drop off and leave vehicle.

One of very few places for tires and quick lube in Kihei. Friendly, central location, appointment recommended, but often can do same day service if dropped off early and picked up near close of business.

Gave them a call to get a quote for one tire change. The only tire they offered me was $360. Not a big deal if I can't afford what they have, it is what it is. But then they tell me that since my car is AWD they might need to change all 4 of my tires because the the wear might be different. Also, I'm in luck, if I buy all four new tires they'll wave the installation fee 4 tires would run me $1100. What a joke. Went else where they swapped out my tire in 15mins for $150. The tire they swapped it with is a Goodyear tire. This kind of attempt to rip people off is reminiscent of a big city. I thought Kihei was different. Zero Aloha here. Avoid if possible.

Wayne made me a customer for life due to his exceptional customer service. Tires look great and they finished the job way ahead of schedule. I will now have Goodyear replace tires on all of my vehicles moving forward

Elsie is caffeinated Sunshine. They got are car done in under an hour for tires and an oil change. We love going here.

The service is absolutely out of this world! We had an issue with our rental car and although they were busy they took the time out of their day to help us navigate the issue, even recommending other places if need be. They were incredibly accommodating and even offered to top off the air in our tires to ensure a safe drive back even though we ended up having to use our rental cars service. They did not have to help us out at all but they went above and beyond, and all that with a smile. They turned a negative situation into a positive one. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I'm not one to throw around bad reviews. But as a former auto body shop manager that ran a tight ship, I'm compelled to. I booked an appointment a couple of months ago online, I get a phone call the next day saying they couldn't accommodate the reservation. Thats fine, no problem.. I was then scheduled for several weeks down the road. So, I just walked into the shop and was told my appointment was for the day that was originally booked online. I rearranged my schedule both times to make these appointments all I got is disappointment. I'll continue to service all my vehicles in Kahului.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. I was in a pinch and needed a flat tire repaired and even though there was only one person available to do all of the labor for all of the customers cars they still accommodated me even though I came later in the afternoon.

Kobe Matillano was awesome! Even though they didn t have our tire in stock, he directed us to where we could get one. He is very polite and helpful. Goodyear is lucky to have him as an employee!

Called on Oct. 24 to schedule an oil change and was told that Nov. 1st was the soonest available date to bring my vehicle in. I was informed that they open at 8am but drop off started at 9am from a woman who scheduled my appointment. Brought the vehicle in a little after 9:50am almost 10am and was turned away. I was advised that our appointment was originally scheduled for Nov. 2nd. and that I came too late to drop off my vehicle. I have the oil change appointment written down on my calendar, so I was confused. Lots of different misinformation from different people. After waiting a WHOLE WEEK and then being turned away day of, I was over it. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and got it serviced the same day.

Excellent service. I called in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me right in, and took care of it. I highly recommend giving them a call for your auto needs.

I was in Maui on vacation and got a flat tire on my rental vehicle. I contacted the Goodyear Auto Service Center in Kihei to get it fixed. Not only did Wayne Kameshiro (service advisor) arrange for my tire to be fixed but he also didn t charge me as the tire was a Goodyear wrangler. Excellent service!!!

I called earlier to see about tires for my vehicle. When I told the worker what size I was looking for they said no where on island had these "they were obsolete." Then suggested I get a newer car...Well I found a place that has 5 of the tires I was looking for on Maui and it wasn't here obviously. It's OK to say you don't have the tires but maybe some consideration that not everyone is in a situation to get a "newer car".

There was a misunderstanding about how to handle one of the tires. After I picked up the car I noticed the discrepancy and called the shop. Wayne did a little research and quickly realized they had not followed the instructions written on the ticket. His response went far above what I had expected. I am extremely pleased with the level of service they provided.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Kihei Maui Goodyear for over a decade. The main reason I return is the exceptional service received from Lehua Soares. She takes the time to research, explain & assist my every question. Lehua is consistently pleasant and available. As the manager, she steps in when needed and observes when her staff is providing top service. She was there during that big chaos about 8 years ago and she is the pillar of professionalism and customer service. We are lucky in Kihei to have her running the store. She is the constant & baseline. Lehua is top notch.

Thomas was so helpful over the phone in answering all of my questions and drawing me into the business to work with him. Elsie was very key as well with helping me choose my tires, and she held on to my business because she is fantastic at sales! Two really great employees made a huge difference in my experience where I spent a lot of money... and somehow liked it. Tricky tricky!

These guys are just great. The service writer (Thomas) was excellent at listening and noting the specific issues I was having with my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. They were very prompt at scheduling and servicing my truck. I also highly recommend the mechanic (Jessie) who corrected the issues with my truck. His work was professional, timely and neat. I would stay away from the stealerships for repairs and service. I highly recommend this business.

This place has zero Aloha. Unless you buy a new tire/tires from them you are SOL. My friend got a flat on her Tacoma, and since we couldn't get the spare loose from the undercarriage, we had AAA to tow the truck to this place.All we asked was for someone to help us get the spare out, as l was ready to change the wheel myself. Nope, no can do, technicians are busy. Mind you there were two car on lift at 12:15 in the afternoon.After a brief headscratching, we had a tow truck driver to tow us across the street to Maui Tech Auto Repair. Half an hour later, not only they had the spare tire on, they also fixed the puncture. Thanks Rafael. And yeah Good Year Auto Service...get bent.

I want to say I had a bit of trouble getting online schedule taken care of until Wayne helped me. I have used Goodyear for last 4 years while living in Maui. From the very first time I pulled in due to low tire free kind help was offered. A new set of tires 1.5 ago and great timely service since. Today was the same I have to thank all the team efforts and Wayne gave exceptional service. This 2020 hasn t been easy on a lot of us but a big shout out to Kihei Aloha service at Goodyear!!!

We are new to the island of Maui and we were lucky enough to find Wayne and the team at Goodyear. We have had to safety checks and two technical repairs and the experience has been top-notch. On both of the repairs they came in under the estimate, when they did not have to. Honesty, professionalism and Aloha!

We had an unbelievably positive experience with Goodyear in Kihei. Wayne was so friendly and helpful, squeezing us in for a puncture repair 10 minutes after we called. The mechanics went above and beyond, and everything was done with big smiles. They fixed the puncture, replaced the tire and spare for us, and pumped up all four tires, all gratis. What was originally a stressful situation was solved quickly and delightfully. Thank you so much to the whole team!

What a pleasant surprise. Had an emergency flat needing repair. Because I was able to leave the car with them, they were able to work me in. The price was far less than I had expected. Excellent Customer Service still exists in this world! Made my experience a pleasant one. Will be returning to buy tires in about 6 months. Told my neighbor about it, he told me good customer service should be rewarded so he is heading down for tires this week. Thank you Good Year Kihei. Fred..

This is now my go to for ALL my car servicing! Brought in my 2017 Ford Transit for a second opinion after the dealer told me I needed $2,200 worth of work: front & rear pads and rotors, coolant exchange, rear differential & alignment. Lehua at Goodyear is an Angel and told me in good conscience she couldn t take my money. The brakes were at a 6&8 (new I learned is 12), rotors were fine, and based on the year, low miles and clearness of the fluids, the other services didn t need to be done either. We did the alignment and paid a little over $100 instead of over $2,000!!! Such integrity absolutely amazed me and I was so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend this Goodyear shop!! Thank you Lehua and Team! Kevin was amazing ~ he graciously offered to change the tire himself for me to avoid longer waiting period. I was so impressed with the tremendous customer service. Also, the price of the tire was great. Almost 80$ than quoted elsewhere. Thanks so much! Highly recommended!!

Excellent services and Aloha. I was a "Standby" because there was no availability for the week. I signed the paperwork for an oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment at 8:03 a.m. I thought the car may be ready at the end of the day. However, there was a no so, and the car was done and ready for pickup at 9:45 a.m. I'm very pleased.Artie in Kihei.

Went in for an oil change, didn't need my tires rotated, walked home which was a quick short distance. Got home and got the call it was done! Very quick! Had to go back for a safety inspection as the safety inspector is not there on monday. That too was a quick in and out. No problems in the 2 times I've been there. I'd recommend them if your in the kihei area and can schedule a week outUpdate 12/2018: THEY DO NOT DO INSPECTIONS ANYMORE. Still great service for oil/tire services

I took my Jeep in for an oil change, picked it up and noticed my oil light was on. Until this point I had been doing my own oil changes so I crawled under there and seen that my oil censor was broken, the plastic where it broke was clean as a fresh break would be. I called and complained they sent the boss to my house and lied about it being broken when I dropped it off, we exchanged dialogue and they finally offered to fix it. I bought a new car, got a kiawe thorn in the tire went to GY to get it patched, they said it was too close to the tire wall, so went to the GY in kahului to get the tire replaced because the one in kihei didn't have my tires. They laughed and said I didn't need a new tire that they could patch it. I told them what the other GY said, they went inside made a phone call and then came out and said it needed replaced. It was under warranty so I let them replace the tire but haven't been back to either location since.
