We had a rental car and the employee of this gas station helped us figure out how to open the tank and how to work the pump! Great service!

Everytime filling up gas at this location for work & personal use there's never the ability to print out a receipt at any pump. You have to go inside the premise and then wait in line for it wasting time which is an inconvenience and the teller couldn't care less.

The best gas station coffee my friend and co-worker said he's ever had. This is our one stop shop for gas and coffee now when we are on the road in our work trucks, on our way in and on our way back.

I'd put negative 10 if I could. Don't work customer service if you can't deal with customers. Went in this morning just to grab a tea. Lines were long, when I was next to get checked out lady said she wouldn't check me out go to the other register. Was next in line then moved to 3rd in line and took over 10 minutes. I walked out without buying the tea I went in for. Horrible customer service, hire some new employees.

Very poor customer service. Don't make any mistakes or ask questions you will get your head bitten off. And for God's sake don't try to make small talk!

NEVER BUY GAS HERE IF YOU ARE STRAPPED FOR CASH!!! prepaid 10$ INSIDE AND THEY cleared my account out and put all my cash into a pending transaction, and denied my card at the same time. tried bringing it to the attendants attention she was clueless and she refused to Evan look into it. I will never use hele gas again had my worst experience at a gas station in my life here and I have traveled across USA and never experienced anything like this.

Horrible customer service. Rude attendant at counter. Also, they don t accept refillable mugs because of some health code that I haven t seen any other gas station claim (come to find out later, it s because they want you to buy THEIR refillable cups, not bring one in from somewhere else, and has nothing to do with some health code .). When the attendant told me about the sign that I missed, she immediately accused me of having been in their store before and already knowing about this when I never have been. Extremely rude and because of her I will never step foot in another Hele gas station.

Only stopped in for drinks. They had all my favorite stuff on sale! Kamaina card is the best. Get one and you get money back later. Totally awesome. Now they just need efree gas and I'll be set.

Gas is fine (just like every other gas station). No Public Restroom sign very promptly displayed!

Some place has a better Gas price. Check the location. This one doesn't charge extra for using credit cards. But 76 gas station does

This is a Gas Station a Self Serve Gas Station and not an Auto Repair Shop . I tried to correct the category as it was incorrect. They sell self service gas and lots of sundries and deli products and they are open until 10pm weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Please correct it

This is a brand new gas station and food place and I love it the people who work there are awesome and I enjoyed talking with them and find out more about Hawaii

Prices the same as other gas In the area. Open later than most places around it. Parking is a pain when the station is busy.
