From Cookie & Aaron, to all the guys in the shop and then Greg and Teri...I am SO blessed to have you folks working on my 1991 Ford F250 and 2006 Volvo S40. Those are my babies and no one else can repair them on the island!! Thank you for ALL you do. I realize pricing has changed for everyone on the island, but somehow you folks always seem to work with me and lift me up...while keeping me on the roadways. Had truck towed to AT with broken transmission cooler line and the repaired with new aftermarket trans cooling saving me money. Communication was great. I then referred a friend with issues on her Subaru which they checked out promptly, assured her nothing was urgent and made an appointment to repair. AutoTech has preformed a variety of services on our 4 vehicles...Ford, Chevy, and Toyota, including a larger box truck. They've always been able to work quickly, and with great results! AutoTech is fantastic. I needed to get a safety check for my car that had a lapsed registration. I was able to schedule a safety check and bring it right in to see the technicians. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and when I brought the tags back, they were nice enough to work me into their busy schedule to complete the process without even having to schedule a follow up appointment. They also helped suggest ways I could try to resolve an emissions issue with the car as affordably as possible. Easy to make appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Great service, reasonable cost. Took extra time to look under vehicle where rock had scraped. I take all my vehicles to AutoTech for service and inspection. They are efficient, prompt and personable. We have now used their services for 4 years. Aaron is very knowledgeable and Cookie is very friendly. Have never had a bad experience and I highly recommend them. Pricing is also very reasonable however, you must make an appointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My truck overheated. Brought it by Auto tech as they re right across the street from where I m working. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Made time to take a look at my truck so nothing but appreciation there. Can t give it a 5 star experience though. It cost $1200 for coolant, a couple new hoses, 7 new clamps and whatever diagnostics were needed. While I d like to go back for the quality of service, I can t reconcile $1200 for work done.Reply: I understand that a mark up would be involved. I guess coolant being marked up from $18 to 50. And 2 hoses at over a $100 each is what I find excessive, but thank you for clarifying.

I ve been taking my car to Auto Tech for three years. They have been extremely helpful and thorough in diagnosing whatever problems have been wrong with my car. And let me know problems that are happening in advance. All the employees have been extremely helpful and have been willing to work with me and help me financially to keep my car in great shape. AutoTech is professional auto repair shop with up to date technicians and equipment. I ve been very satisfied with their work on my farm truck, a 99 Chevy Silverado, over the last five years. Their labor rates are not cheap, but the work is usually done correctly the first time. I had a previous issue after having service done with no resolution and my daughter was stuck with a non-operating vehicle, but Greg the owner worked with me and went above and beyond to rectify the issue demonstrating the true definition of customer service. Auto Tech has got my back! I ve been taking my Scion XD there for years and I can count on Aaron, Greg and the gang to give me honest fairly priced services every visit. They ve even put my car on the computer to check engine once as a courtesy when they couldn t get to it right away so I had a head start on what it would need. Cannot say enough good things about Autotech. Solid shop with great personalized service. They are like family! After my truck was at another mechanic down the road for over 3 months and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Then I brought it to Auto Tech they warned me at that time they were extremely busy and it would take a while but within a few days it was diagnosed as a fuel pump and catalytic converter issue. These are also things the other mechanic checked and said were okay. I had them replaced those items at Auto Tech and my truck runs like a new truck now very impressed with the service and very disappointed with the other mechanic that I tried first. Went in for an alignment & tech listed that several parts needed replaced first. Got a 2nd opinion & found out less parts needed replaced. That seems dishonest. It seems like trying to get more money than is warranted by adding on parts not needed.

AutoTech is a complete service shop. They are great at diagnostic and problem analysis. They offer both short term and long term solution as needed and do not press you on which to choose. Their work is complete and through. Well worth the money spent for repair and check-ups. Replace my brakes rotors everything. They were locked! I could have got in a serious accident. They were very thorough and explained everything to me in person when I came to pick up truck! After the dealership couldn't figure out why my truck wouldn't run, I trusted Auto tech to clean up their mess. Greg, Aaron and Matt went above and beyond to care of my mystery issue. They found that the dealer had not diagnosed a faulty fuel pump and a shorted cam sensor, but also installed incompatible parts for another problem! I had given up hope after the dealer said they didn't know what else to do. I am beyond elated to have my truck on the road again, and it's all thanks to Auto tech.
