We were in the middle of nowhere on Mauna kea with a broken ball joint and axle. Jay was able to get to the truck on a holiday weekend, hook it up, turn it around with very little space to work and towed the truck all the way out. He even brought food for my other half that stayed with the truck over night. 100% recommend Jay and his off road tow trucks!

We got ourselves in quite a pickle with parking out van in the grass while off island for a hot second. And after it rained for a week we dug right into the ruts. Not only that but our battery was dead and we needed to wedge ourselves out of a very tight turn. Anyway we thought we were doomed and off road towing came on time first thing and worked threw the complications and didn't damage anything else .

Off Road Towing is amazing. Lebert went above and beyond towing my Son's 1998 Tacoma home after his driveline dropped. They were fast and efficient and so reasonable. If I could give Lebert Seven Stars I would!!!Mahalo

I went off a rocky incline, landing in a virtually inaccessible place, with no way of reaching the owner of the property myself. Jay picked me up from my hotel, drove to the crash location, managed to get in contact with the owner to get approval to go retrieve the vehicle inspite of how dismal I felt about the situation. This guy is not only an efficient, intuitive man, he's very personable and professional. I would highly recommend OffRoad Tow to anyone. Jay got the job done with many obstacles and he maintained his positive demeanor the entire time. Courteous problem solver who does the job with grace and ease. Thank again.

I had an auto lockout in Volcano and Jay was the only one willing and able to come rescue me. When he arrived he got me into my car within 5 minutes. Such great service and customer service.

This guy will get you out! Had a 4x4 expedition stuck 120ft down a plantation road sunk to the frame in mud. One look and he was certain he could get it out, 20 minutes later she was out. One of the only companies on the island capable of legitimate offroad recovery for sticky situations. Great service, great communication, amazing attitude, quick response time, very reasonably priced. Got the truck out without the slightest hiccup. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of recovery.Service: Car towing

When i thought all was lost, because among other problems AAA wouldn't tow me from where my car broke down, Jay responded to my call and asked: "How may i help you?" Suddenly my spirits went from dismal to "Help is on the way!!" Jay drove from across the island, and he and his coworker promptly got my car onto the tow, when they arrived. We drove a distance, and Jay was attentive to me as a passenger. He also made a perfect 3-point turn and backed my car very professionally into my driveway, while it was still hitched. He took great care of my vehicle, to avoid the obstacles in the narrow driveway. Jay was also personable and shared stories, took a sincere interest in my situation and helped me find a local shop for repairs.Service: Car towing

Nobody else can do what Off Road Towing can do! James was able to somehow put the tire back on rim like a boss and without it, we would not have been able to tow the car. James was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in his towing service. His dedication to figure out a solution was second to none. Jay got our tractor unstuck out of mud and rocks, back to the road, and from there to the shop. He was available the same day, showed up on time, and was in constant communication. Jay moved efficiently and knowledgeably through all phases, securing the backhoe, strapping and chaining the tractor, pulling it out to the road with/without dollies, and no problems all the way back to the shop. Unbelievably great service at a good price. This is the FIRST place to call if you need off road towing!

Called Jay after reaching a bunch of voicemails from other service providers on a Sunday. Was able to schedule a time to pick the vehicle up that worked for both of us. Between his flexibility coma low price an excellent service I don t see how his business can be beat. Would not hesitate to use him again called because I was in a pinch but he s at the top of the list now

We were in a bad spot and situation on a Friday night but Jay answered his phone thankfully and helped us out. This guy was a badass professional especially given our van was a turtle top camper. He also helped us out when we needed to move it to a different shop. He really helped us out that I almost cried because his kindness really went a long way in our tough situation. Highly recommend this guy!

Great guy. Friendly and respectful. Broke down in Hawaiian Acres just after 5 pm called and he was there in about a half hour. Was only a fraction of the cost of what I expected to pay. Will definitely be my first call if I ever need another tow. Mahalo!

Jay responded quickly to my phone, arrived promptly on time, and had an awesome tow rig. I had slide a skid steer into a creek. It was a very difficult situation. That man worked his tail off, shoveled, pulling ferns, and winched on the skid steer on at least 6 different positions. I was ready to give up and get an excavator to dig the machine out. But Jay kept hustling, with a calm demeanor and very good humor. Eventually he retrieved the skid steer, and was extremely fair on his price, considering the amount of work he put into it. This guy saved my life. I was stuck in a giant hole on road 9 and road c in hawaiian acres damn near in the middle of the night. My insurance and AAA wouldn't help me, much less cover anything on a dirt road. And all these other companies kept saying they weren't gonna go out there! Companies with giant flat beds that could easily make it on those roads, they didn't even care that I was willing to pay at that point. But this company came out, I think his name was Jay and he had a quiet partner. They came in with a modest tow truck, nothing special and pulled in out in a frickin minute. Willing to go above and beyond where no other tow company will go, literally. Great prices, great customer service, a bit of a wait but they were there exactly when they said they would be. Highly recommended. Didnt complain that my car gross on the inside.

Very Friendly and professional service!!!:) Hes the guy to call when you need help.Very dedicated to his job and takes care of his customer.No one could help us because we live in hawaiian acres, but off road towing came without a problem and on time.HIGHLY recommend off road towing!!!!Thankyou so much for your help, we really appreciate it!!:)
