Eli was so helpful with our car that wouldn t start. Two attempts to jump it with jump boxes didn t work and one other tow company wouldn t even show up since the car was in a garage only 7ft high. Eli took the job, also tried to jump it and ultimately had to manually roll it down the ramps and out of the garage to tow it away. He kept in touch me with along the way and was very professional. I would highly recommend Tip Tows Towing and Eli.

I called the company just to check if they were coming in my area when my car got stuck. I had waited for for 2 hours, but that was okay. The guy from their office that l talked to was unfriendly from the start. I didn't need to be spoken to in such a rude tone, especially in time of distress and need. Maybe he was in a bad mood, who knows? But still unprofessional. The tow guy who came and helped me pull out my car was kind, patient and courteous. He took very good care of my car. So kudos to him!

Messaged them in the middle of the night for a quote...I was not even in need of a tow urgently, but they responded right away. Process was explained to me from beginning to end. Big relief for me as I was in Wahiawa, my car was in Waipahu and it needed to get to Ewa. Super helpful, definitely will call them, if needed. Thanks to RJ at dispatch and driver Keoni

I needed my Corvette towed from my house to the body shop, then to the service department. Arranged with Tip Tows on Friday for a Monday pickup. Eli showed up right on time, and took tremendous care with loading my car. He got me to both appointments right on time. Rj was great! What a great towing company. No complaints at all. Assured me at every moment when he was on his way, stayed true to the expected ETA, and was also knowledgeable about what was actually wrong with my car. I am the type of person to freak out over the smallest sound that comes from my car, so Rj was a great help in reassuring me that my car was okay and he was willing to help in any way he could. Eli was the man! He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I when we we lost our keys to our rental car. He couldn t find us and instead of cancelling the tow, he called us to drop a pin to him so he was able to find us. The drop point for the rental was closed, so he dropped us off to get food since it took over 4 hours to get us. (Of no fault of their own!) would recommend this company to anyone!

With a few hiccups at the start of the week, I made arrangements yesterday to have my vehicle removed from my garage ASAP. Worried that the window of opportunity was shot, RJ reassured me that it will be done. Plus, my garage isn t the easiest to maneuver for some, and needed it out by Saturday. This morning, RJ came through and took a great weight off my shoulders! The sincerity of one s word followed with efficient service is truly appreciated beyond measure these days. Truly matchless service & understanding!

Service was fast and professional. Thought terminals were just dirty but after cleaning my truck still would not start. Keoni the driver crawled under my truck and tapped on the starter while I started the engine. Correct diagnosis!! Keoni was friendly, professional and quick to identify the problem. Tip Tows will be my go to tow company from now on

Mother of 5 blow out off H1 west called the first number to come up for assistance and these guys showed up within 15 mins. Eli was so fast and kind to me. Got me back on the road. Thank you for such awsome service!

My driver was the coolest guy. I believe RJ was his name. Drove safe, and obviously knew what he was doing. He let me hop in with him to drop off my car without a problem. He s a really good braddah, would definitely use this company if anything happens.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

RJ worked with me to get my towing needs met even though it was a tricky situation, I was on the Big Island and he had to pick up my non-op vehicle from the port of Honolulu. Super nice guy, went above and beyond the minimum for sure. Also really good clear communication by text and phone call. Grateful for people who communicate well and do their job in a good spirited way.

I rate this company 5 stars. A great man towed my car today when I had a break down close to polo beach. I believe his name was RJ (sorry if I forgot). These guys are great. They really care about their customers and how they re feeling. They address concerns directly and actually listen to the customer. My driver was very professional and personable. They were a little later than the time quoted for pick up that s why I give them 4 stars but honestly with traffic and all I m just being frustrated. Bottom line, call these guys with confidence, and some understanding. If I need to again, I definitely will.Service: Car towing

These guys deserve every single one of these stars! I was more than happy to give out 5. Professional and friendly service, I felt like we became friends by the end of the experience. You also can t beat these prices! Trust me when I say that they give you the best price on the island, there s no need to even second guess it! My car was transported with no problems at all. The drivers are well educated and know what they re doing. If I ever need a tow again I won t hesitate to give Tip Tows a call. I highly recommend them over any other service!

The reviews speak for themself, but I have to add another. My car died randomly in stop and go traffic right before the Punahou exit. I was towed to Moanalua Park and got in contact with Geico. I live in Makaha and was told I would be lucky if I could find a towing service that would be willing to go out west side, especially considering the time (5pm). Within 10 minutes RJ was there, with the most compassionate attitude I ve experienced on island to date. I cannot speak highly enough of his service, turning what normally would have been a nightmare into something I could not stop gushing about to my partner. I want to add, this man is the owner of the company, spending his Wednesday evening making the trek out to west side. The absolute epitome of Aloha spirit. I honestly feel almost glad I broke down (as ridiculous as that sounds) because I got a huge reminder that truly good and kind people do still exist in this world. The star rating says it all, impeccable service. Short wait time, truck driver RJ was professional and efficient, truck interior was clean, it is very evident that he takes great pride in his work. I would use their services again in the future and I would recommend them to family/friends.

I thought I needed to get towed since my car wasn't starting. RJ showed up quickly & he was very helpful about my situation. I told him I put my car battery in myself a few days ago & he offered to take a courtesy look at it real quick since it was late & I had my daughter with me. He noticed that my battery terminal was loose.. He tightened it & my car instantly started up no problem. Unfortunately, I no longer needed to use his service for a tow (sorry for wasting your time), but he did all of this within a few minutes & I really appreciate it tons for his generosity & kindness! Thank you so much, RJ!!!

Fantastic service, arrived when they said they would, went through the trouble of getting a base pass, plus an additional inspection to be able to tow me (unstick me) on a military base.Super impressed with Adam s professionalism and expertise. Would 100% recommend.(Wish that Progressive had called them last time when we were stuck on the H1 and the service we were quoted took 2 hours longer than expected, communication was terrible and the experience was not close to pleasant. Glad we switched our insurance!!)

I recently moved and had my car waiting to be shipped out at the port of Honolulu when I received a call from the shipping company that my car wouldn t start and needed to towed to be fixed. I had already been off island for two weeks and couldn t be there to handle. Tip Tows turned a very stressful situation into a very easy one! They made me feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness in a stressful situation. Communicated with me the whole way through the process. I hired them again to take my car back to the port and again it was a breeze! I highly recommend to anyone needing towing services! Life savers!

AJ from Tips Tows was great. He was friendly, timely, and personable. He came within 25 minutes hooked up my car quickly in a tight parking structure and delivered it to my destination. Overall great experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will contact AJ if I need to in the future.

This guy was awesome. Literally made my day. My wheels were stolen, on Christmas too. Under normal circumstances, the services he provided isn't normally what he does, but I'm glad he was nice enough to help me out. He personally picked up my wheels and delivered them to me, then went on to install them, bringing all the necessary tools. All I had to do was stand there and watch. He was careful with the brand new tires and went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't thank him enough.
