I went on a Monday evening after work, and was able to have my oil checked and fluids topped off before they closed at 6pm. Be aware when pulling into the space that there is a track that your car needs to drive over, so don t drive into it!Really convenient & efficient service.

My daughter and I bought our cars in for oil change and received excellent service for both. I knew my car was overdue for other service needs and Jojo was great in explaining it all to me and recommending what I need to take care of first. The other staff were friendly as well and very knowledgeable in explanation of what they were doing. Definitely will return as well as recommend Kapolei Oil Changers to others.

The staff was super friendly and professional. I was able to stay in my car the entire time. The whole thing probably took 25-30 minutes max from time of waiting to paying and driving off. Thank you, I will be returning!

I went to Oil Changers in Kapolei around 10:45am but by the time they got to me it was a couple minutes past 11am and I had a medical appointment scheduled in Pearl City at 11:45am! I informed them of this and they kindly told me not to worry that they wouldn't need so much time. They all four got to work on the oil change, the tire pressure check, the headlights and oil leakage test ... everything in under 15 minutes! It was AMAZING! To top it off, this being my first time trying them out they offered me a $20 discount which put me over the moon! I couldn't have asked for swifter and smoother service. I got to my appointment with 5 minutes to spare! THANK YOU TO ALL FOUR OF YOU INVOLVED FOR MAKING IT SUCH A SMOOTH AND STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE! Will definitely be going there for my next check and beyond

They re fast and diligent. Most places I used to go to would say they checked all fluids but never actually did. I told them about a sound my left front tire would make while driving around bends. It s not their job but they took a look anyways.Great quick service, great employees, & efficient. My second time going there. I am now a customer for life.

The thought of a "drive thru" oil change was pretty cool, so we decided to check it out. The crew that we had was awesome! Hope to see them again in 3 months! Keep up the great work!

My experience was nice. The line for vehicle inspection was long and there was a 5 hr wait, but they worked with me and I was able to schedule a same day appointment instead of waiting in that long line. Much appreciated. The inspection didn t take long and staff was nice and helpful.

Quick, Professional and Excellent service. I was fortunate to pull up when there was a lull, because it's usually packed on the weekends. I would have given the full 5 stars but they don't do safety checks on the weekend, so my earring is actually 4 1/2 stars. This Kapolei location is far better than the one in Aiea. Mahalo!

Super slow. Took over an hour just for an oil change and there was only one car ahead of me. Lady had me change lanes to get behind them instead of being able to stay in the lane without cars. Two new cars pulled up in that lane and were done a good 30 minutes before us. Definitely not the 15 minutes promised on the website

Just had my oil changed and it was a great experience for me. I used to change my oil but getting older and crawling under my truck ain t fun anymore. Going to the dealership you ll end up leaving with a Big hole in your wallet. So I tried OC when it opened and they were very courteous, professional, efficient, informative, helpful and friendly! Which is a Big Plus to me. Their vibe while working was great. Everyone seems to enjoy working with each other and they keep moving to get it done in a timely manner. Braddah Bam Bam made my first oil change there a great experience. Checked all my fluids and even reset my Maintenance Required Light. I always read reviews in making my decisions so I can weigh my choices accordingly in making my decision and a lot of these were spot on. I hope this review helps someone else in making their decision on their first oil change. On the other hand I ve always come here to get my safety checks done here and it s just as great with the same quality and service I look forward to getting. Aloha! Buddy 3/9/24

Although the line was long, it was very organized, eliminating longer wait. Having a person out there separating customers for oil change, and Customers line for safety check lines. The employees are Professional, Polite and Service with respect and of course, a smile with Ohana!!

It was convenient it was fast. The customer service was hundred percent, very helpful when it came to questions about my car answered all my questions and I would definitely be going there again to get my car serviced.

Always Great Service When I Go To Oil Changers In Kapolei! The crew that was working had great customer service. Made me feel comfortable and it's great to see the workers have good communication about work and having fun. That's one of the most important things in a work environment! Mahalo Guys

I have always had great experiences at oil changers. However, this visit on 24 Nov 2023 was terrible. I sat in line for an hour and a half before getting in the garage then another half hour waiting for oil change and inspection. I will return for another try in hopes this was truly an outlier.

Have been a loyal customer here for a while. I usually verify the maintenance schedule myself but took their word that car was due for engine coolant change. Upon review of the manual could have waited another 5 years little disappointed with the pressure sales.

Another questionable first couple minutes experience....I haven't ever been here before, nor have I had to do safety check or oil change this way.I had to call and talk to someone who was 10ft away from me, because their indoor office is closed to the public.But with the new procedures everyone stays in their cars, there are three lines to get into get your car serviced.The far left lane is for the car wash, the middle lane is for safety check, and the right lane is for oil change and service.They make you stay in your car the whole time basically. I didn't see anyone getting out.But they're very helpful with direction and letting you know what you need to do.They talk to you outside of the bay area, get your paperwork it you're approved to do whatever it is you need to do. Pull you into the bay, and take care of what they need from you. For me safety check, the guy just asked me to turn things on as he needed to check.Then you kinda just wait... And pay when you're done... The workers were friendly and helpful, I would totally come back again, plus they're open 7 days a week.

I was 5th in line when the shop began its services. It took an hour before it was my turn and 34 minutes after the oil change was completed together with the other services like checking correct tire pressure, checking cabin air filter, etc. Total time spent with the shop was much better and faster than taking my car to the dealership even if I have an appointment it will take me 2-4 hours to get an oil change done. Staff at Oil Changers were efficiently quick to do their jobs and very professional. Highly recommended Oil Changers at KAPOLEI.

Very good place to get oil change done. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly and very professional workers. The Oil changers in Aiea is also the same way. Oil changers is my go to company for these services!

Came in for a safety check & oil change, after two hours found our oil change was not done. Oops what happened? Guess that's another trip... All in all we've been customers here for years, will be back.

I had to read the reviews before coming but this place is great! So best advice I saw was.. the far left lane against the wall is only for car washes. The other lane splits off into two lanes, the one on the left is for safety checks, the one on the right is for oil changes. For me there was someone directing which lane to go in and set us all up pretty quick. I think the fastness of it really depends on if there are any other customers but they got 3 of us on safety checks done in 30 minutes so pretty quick. Great customer service! Definitely coming here over any other locations!!

Gerald and Potsi were simply the best. This was my first time here. Superb customer service with a smile. Many places can change oil, but nobody does it like Oil Changer. No place on island like this one. Staff is incredibly friendly, offer competent n efficient service, and the manager is a personality-perfect guy - amazing! Long lines since last time we visited but that s a direct reflection on how their biz is flourishing. They were able to accommodate my request for oil change and inspection, all without an appointment. Staff were professional and very courteous. Drove a distance to get there, but will do it again and again...totally worth the drive.

My experience there @ OC was great. I was greeted very early before business hours by a very happy guy. He proceeded to check everyone in to see what services needed to be done. My 1st time there I wasn't sure how it was going to be, but in the long run my oil change was FAST, & the best ... Wait for it .. wait for it .. a convenient drive thru! Get in & get out, some great fun conversations going on in between. Boom I was outta there. I had this same guy that greeted me work on my Jeep wuth a wonderful girl who checked me in & was also assisting him. One week later I took my Jeep back for Safety Check & "another" great & Easy Breezy experience. Everyone that morning were so pleasant, nice & fun. I could have stayed there all day, just to watch customers faces & see if they would enjoy their experience like I did mine. To those employees who worked on 9/29 & 10/6. I don't know your names (which is rude on my part! - I applogize) But I DO remember your faces & look forward to seeing you guys on my next car service. I'll bring breakfast!!!Much Aloha "Aunty"
