Joey (the owner) is passionate and dedicated to his work. I have already recommended him to my friends for ceramic coating. My car was stunning. It s a small family business who you should absolutely consider giving your business to. I trusted him with my brand new car, and would do so again.

Love s auto detailing is the #1 quality ceramic service in Oahu. I was recommended Love s by a luxury rental car service that caters to VIPs here in Hawaii. They have a fleet of 36 high end vehicles and they insist they only use Love s for their ceramic detailing. The owner entrepreneur of the luxury rental company is well know to only accept the best quality service and has a keen eye for detail. He was right. Love s auto detailing explained their process and their product and did a complete inside and outside treatment to include multiple coats of Ceramic Pro. My Jeep is flawless. Not only is the ceramic coating protecting my Jeep from chips a debris, cleaning it is like wiping down a ceramic dish. Wet wipe down everyday looks like a full auto detail. Do NOT be fooled into a car dealership application to be improperly applied by minimum wage workers and not properly cured. Go to Love s, you will not be disappointed. My Jeep looks like a mirror. And I am the worst photographer ever.

I reached out to Loves Auto Detail, regarding needing help with my car that would've cost me at least a few hundred dollars.Receptionist said stop by n well see how we can help u!So I went in, n Joey Love (owner) took care of my car ! Joey is the best! I don t trust just anybody with my cars as I ve had a bad experience with a shop in the past. His meticulous attention to detail when detailing/paint correcting/ceramic coating is second to none.He really treats vehicles like they are his own.I ve taken several cars to him for paint correction and ceramic coating and he always knocks it out of the park! Most recently he turned my wife s 6 yr old Jeep into a time machine. Man, what a huge difference before and after!Thanks again Love s! See you in a month or so with my new delivery!

I purchased Tesla in October, 2022. This was the biggest money spending on a vehicle in my life and if I wanted to invest and for the car to last for a long time, I knew I had to find the best auto detailing vendor to take care of the ceramic coating which I've never done before with any of my vehicles in the past. I found "Love's Auto Detail" through yelp. I've read such positive reviews. The main thing that I look for when I'm reading customers' reviews are things like "professional, responsive, prompt follow up, excellent customer care and take pride in their quality of work".I looked up and searched about a dozen detailing company and "Love's Auto Detail" definitely stood out for me.I contacted the mainline number and the receptionist, Stephanie answered right away. Super friendly, knowledge and most importantly, she "listened" to my concerns and questions. This was my first time ever getting the ceramic coating and I did have a lot of questions. Stephanie was so patience and really explained thoroughly. I explained to Stephanie, I just purchased my Tesla and it's important that I apply ceramic coating before I start driving. I knew they were completely booked out for the month but Stephanie checked and squeezed me into their busy schedule somehow so I was able to bring my car in within a week.Upon dropping off my car, I met the owner, Joey for the first time. Again, I still had a few more questions. Joey was so professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in details. He said he'd keep the car overnight and will call me as soon as the vehicle is ready for pick up. I felt so great about leaving my car with Joey knowing that he will take good care of it based on the interactions and experiences so far.Next morning, Joey promptly followed up with me and told me my car is ready for pick up. As soon as I got there, I thought I just had to pay and leave but Joey really took his time to explain about exactly what he did to my vehicle and how I can take care of it moving forward. I know Joey is busy and has many other cars/clients waiting but he really made me feel like I was his only VIP client. I purchased a lifetime warranty and I felt that the cost was very reasonable for the service I received.Fast forward to today(August 2023).Ever since I got my original ceramic coating done by Joey, unfortunately I was involved in 2 separate car accidents.A separate body shop had to repair a back bumper recently which means I had to re-do my ceramic coating.State Farm Insurance Company has verbally approved an estimate from Love's Auto Detail to re-coat the ceramic coating back in March 2023. Comes to find out, they are now taking back what they promised literally one week before I was going to bring my car back to Joey's. There was many communications between myself, Joey and Statefarm.At this time, Statefarm said they'd need to re-evaluate to see if the re-apply can be approved.Joey stepped in and said "Asako, don't worry about it. You're my valued customer, no matter what the result is, I will take care of you. You don't worry about a thing".I did take my car back just today and Joey took care of me. I'm just so grateful and fortunate to be Joey's lifetime customer.I work in a customer service field and I know how employees should treat their customers etc...but Joey really stands out and makes me so happy.I will forever refer Joey/Stephanie at Love's Auto Detail for my friends, family, clients.If you're looking for the 100% satisfaction, Love's Auto Detail is the place where you want to take your vehicle in.Mahalo Stephanie, Joey. We just finished having our two SUVs touched up with ceramic coating. We were done in 2.5 hours. The cars look great, and the total cost was $250 plus tax. We're really happy with this firm's services

I flew out to Hawai i from texas to work on a client s vehicle as part of a collaboration with Love s Auto Detailing - I witnessed first hand the care that he had shown the car that I was there to work on, as he regularly details for this client.The shop space is great, he uses Ceramic Pro and other reputable ceramic coatings, great products like Americana Global, etc.This is the go-to auto detailing business especially on the west side Kapolei area - that said, if you were to drive from the other side of the island or Honolulu, you still wouldn t be disappointed. Joey is not only a business man but also gentleman. Its obvious that he cares about his work and but also his clients. He treats you like Ohana and not just a paying customer. Joey made my 2011 GSXR look like I just drove it off the dealership lot. If you are looking for someone to detail your ride, go to Joey. Found this company through a friend that spoke highly of this young man. I called the number and got booking agent that went over the packages with me and scheduled my appointment. Very nice helpful young lady.The day of the detail Joey shows up about 30 minutes early. He explained he'd rather be early than late. My kind of guy. We proceed to inspect the vehicle and after I head inside to continue watching the game. About 3 hours pass and I get a text from Joey my vehicle is ready. Very thoughtful he didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell and wake my sleeping infant. I go outside and instantly I'm amazed at the intensity of the gloss my vehicle now has as well as the wet look. After discussing how I can care for the vehicle myself he mentions they do offer a maintenance program that doesn't force you to come back every month instead they give you up to 3 months to return at a discounted rate. Good for military families that might be shipping their vehicle down the road. I wanted to leave this young man a good review because I feel his passion for detailing and his drive are rare. He didn't pressure me into buying other stuff and it seemed like he truly wanted to work on my vehicle not it like was a job and just a pay check. Joey's got this figured out and I'm really glad I chose him and also pleased I was able to support a true family owned business continue to be successful. It's a win win. Anyway thanks again Joey I'll be calling you again in about 3 months!

I ve used Loves now several times and each time I have been so impressed by the level of service and quality work that has been done. I even had a deep carpet clean need as an emergency on a Sunday and he was so gracious to go above and beyond to assist with the emergency clean. Highly Recommend!! Over the last four years, Love's Auto Detail has consistently exceeded any and all expectations. Before COVID-19, I helped manage a fleet of 12 luxury for hire vehicles. Our elite clients demanded excellence. Ensuring our vehicles were always in perfect condition was one of our core values. We had work performed on our vehicles by other companies in the area. Their work did not meet our high standards. Thankfully we discovered Love's! We purchased the full paint correction package and had ceramic coatings applied to all of our vehicles. We went with the Shea leather treatment for our interiors and also had ceramic coatings applied to the seats. Joey and his staff are professional and very accommodating if you have a busy schedule. Excellent work on our 7 year old Subaru! It's our beach car and has seen a few years of use and abuse. First time having it professionally cleaned and we could hardly recognize it.
