I recently bought a car from Kapolei Auto. Since this was my first car that I was financing, I didn t really know what to expect and had a lot of questions. Ruben helped me throughout the entire process and walked me through the best options to save me money. With a deposit, he held the car for a few days while I finalized my rate and loan with my bank. So happy I was able to find an awesome car at a good deal.I am highly satisfied with my experience and Kapolei Auto and will definitely be recommending this place to my loved ones.

I bought a very nice Camaro for a very good price here. The guys at Kapolei Auto were extremely helpful and throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle as well after when I still had questions. They even went out of their way to work with my tight schedule. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

Prices seemed too good to be true; they're almost all rebuilt titles. I still gave them a shot, spent quite a bit of time looking at a car - only had a few quirks, still seemed worth it... then discovered oil on/around the oil filter. Was a little concerned, then on further questioning, Ruben said they do a full refund guarantee/warranty for 90 days if I discovered issues. Sounded good; they only take cash or money order (also concerning for a business) so had to wait until after the end of the weekend. He said with a $200 deposit he could hold it until then. I agreed, and venmo'd him the money.The night before I'm set to buy, I do a little more research and discover the place used to be called "Cherry Whips LLC." Same address, same "guarantees," and reviews even mentioned Ruben by name. Look up their reviews and you'll see why they changed their name. I decided it sounded iffy and didn't want to risk it. I talked to Ruben on Monday to let him know I decided against it; he said "I should've told you, the deposits are non-refundable." After a little back and forth, he agreed to refund $100 of the deposit. So they have a "full 90 day guarantee" but they won't even refund a deposit because of concerns. I'm out $100, but probably saved myself a lot of headache. Buy from a real, actual dealership.

This company is the furthest thing from legitimate you could possibly get. To get a full understanding, just google "Cherry Whips LLC" and read those reviews. They have such a bad rep they had to change the name of the company to try and save face. PLEASE, for the love of god DO NOT purchase a vehicle from them. We purchased a Mercedes that had been in an accident. While the CarFax stated the vehicle was a total loss, these people convinced us it still had a clean title and was not rebuilt or salvaged. Now that we are on the market for a new vehicle, we cant even get a dealer to take this vehicle in on trade. This car has ZERO value. Not to mention the various mechanical problems that have sprung up since we purchased it. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Really bad customer service! very unprofessional and unorganized.They denied to have a mechanic checked the car I was interested in. They are a waste a time...please do not waste your money.Cars have no records and they do not provide any kind of guarantee. One seller told me, as long as the car drives back and forth, we buy and sell them.. we do not fix much...:SNotice so many 5 stars reviews on the last 3 or 4 days. It looks like they had all their friends write reviews to buffer the "REAL one star reviews"I never spend time writing reviews, until I come across a shady business like this one...people need to be warned!Anyway, if you buy from these guys... you are asking to be scammed. Good luck!

I bought a car from this company a month ago and am very happy with it. I didn't feel pushed or anything. He answered all the questions I had. Even reply to my text messages in timely manner when I had questions. I would recommend my family and friends to this place.

If I could rate this company higher I definitely would! I have never seen such professionalism mixed with pure Aloha before. I would highly suggest that you stop searching and put your automotive problems in their hands . This company not only exceeds your expectations a hundredfold, they do it with a smile! I bought a car the very next day the battery died. But I called Ruben took the car in and they replaced with a new one. Mahalo guys I'm blessed

Kapolei auto was where I purchased my Honda Civic and it s been great, the purchase was very smooth and we had no problems, ruben was very polite the entire process and answered any questions we had about the car, definitely would recommend you come here if your searching for a healthy vehicle, thanks ruben for the car!!!
