The car wash doesn't take card. So you have to go buy gas (which is way too expensive) to get a code. Well, the nozzle leaks and gets about a cup of gasoline on you and your car. Then the car wash does a TERRIBLE job. $11-13 to still have crud on your paint which any other decent car wash would have easily removed.

NEVER use their car wash! I just paid 9$ and it didn't clean my car at all! I was left with the birds poop and I even got blue spots from the soap . The worst thing is that it scratched the bottom of my car !! Their machine is old and doesn't work properly!So angry and disappointed !

Being a single mom working two jobs I count on convenience sooooo after working double shifts all week I just want to make things easier for myself getting ready for my next work day. Buuut apparently if gassing up my truck after a grueling 18hr shift wasn't bad enough..this clerk seemed to have me believe she was unable to accept cash for me to fill my tank!! Debit or Credit ONLY!! Two thumbs down for this "clerk" giving Chevron a bad name especially knowing better and having been a convienience clerk myself working the graveyard shift!! SMH!!

I love chevron my family always uses chevron but for some reason unbeknownst to me I keep getting denied gas by the service attendee because I want to pay with cash. What is wrong with America where I can't pay chevron with American dollars to power my American made sport utility vehicle.

I remember once upon a time Texaco was once in Hawaii. I'm so glad to see their return to the island. Convenient location with a car wash. Love this location.

They need to change the morning management Jan and replace two workers this people have no respect for anyone mostly when you use their bathroom they complain it's a time limit like 2 or 3 minutes if they feel uncomfortable people using their bathroom than change it to employees only I'm serious

Big Shout Out to TEXACO KAPOLEI for making your AIR and WATER Free for the Community! There are other places to get air and water from in Kapolei but they charge you for it and that is not the Aloha spirit way. Thank You for being a Kapolei Community Keeper!!

Place is facing to busy street & many locals, travelers stop by for gas or small needs so staffs are rounding hard as they can! i alway get to nice staff to help me when i need.
