My safety check was due and I had a few general maintenance items to take care of, and I found Car Geeks conveniently located near my office. I went down to inquire about my work, and we were able to schedule an appointment at the next available opportunity. I was pleasantly surprised with the thorough inspection, and they kept me updated on all of the issues they came across. Complete with photos, suggestive fixes, and options. Their work was clean, fast, and very reasonably priced. The staff was quite friendly and easy to work with, the range of services that they offer is quite large, and the waiting facility is very comfortable. Will definitely bring my car back to them.

Fast, honest and reliable. Great first experience from start to finish. Will highly recommended to all about this awesome shop on the island. Notifications every step of the way, clear communication and honest service. Hands down one of the best in the 808. Extremely satisfied and looking forward to future workmanship.

This was our first experience with CargeeksHawaii. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment and were greeted immediately. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The car inspection took 25 minutes and we were out the door. We will definitely use this facility again. I highly recommend them.

Initially just went for an oil change, but they also eased my concerns about my tire pressures. Didn t realize that my car has a different pressure gauge system until they took the time to explain it to me; I had been over inflating my tires to almost twice the recommended pressure!! If they were any other shop, they would ve let it slide because they d only do the things they get paid/asked to do, but they saved me so much worry, time, and money from getting harmed in the aftermath of a potential accident.As far as service, they were done with my oil change in less than an hour and brought me in right on time.Wish I could remember the names of the people that helped me other than Kyle, but they were so concerned about my car (green flag for me!) that they kinda rushed through telling me and/or I didn t hear it

Kyle is very responsive. The company is honest with the actual work to be done. Car Geeks will send you a recommended list of things to be work on and you can choose to get it done and pay from the comforts of your cellphone. Highly recommend! 5 Stars! Omy was my other mechanic as well and I can't tell you how awesome this company is.

I reached out to Car Geeks to schedule maintenance on my new truck. Since my truck was new, it was still under warranty. They shared concern that working on my truck may void my warranty. After confirming it wouldn t affect my warranty, they accepted the appointment request.The actual appointment was quick and easy!I greatly appreciate the transparency and genuine concern!

This place is the place to go for all you're automobile needs. These guys cater to all. I just moved here and they made me feel like family. They have a very nice seating area withcomplimentary coffee and water. Honest work! Thank you car geeks!

Awesome solid team here. My car brake basically came off and they were about to close in two hours. They were willing to wait for my car to get towed there. They did a quick initial assessment and then the very next morning before 8am i got the full diagnostic via text/email. They didn t rip me off or charge me extra for anything. I m completely grateful for their Aloha. I will be continuing to go there with all my cars from now on.

Want to give a huge thanks to all of the workers at Car Geeks in Kapolei. Got a hole in my radiator about 1pm on Wednesday, called the shop, had a quick tow job up there, they sent the pictures, same day and you check what services you want. So easy and got a new radiator, thermostat, hoses, and back on the road in less than 24 hours. Wow, I am in complete shock. Great job. You all deserve 10 stars, in my opinion. Again, many mahalo's you guys rock, and I would definitely recommend it to any and all friends.

Kyle and his team are great I was in need of a vehicle safety check they got me in immediately even fixed discrepancies right on the spot so my vehicle could pass inspection. It's a very nice and neat shop, team members are very courteous. Has a comfy lounge to wait in. Highly recommend Car Geeks. I will definitely use there services in near future.

Excellent local Kapolei automotive repair shop !We had our 2000 Lexus LX470 in for an alternator repair and the price was reasonable and Eric the mechanic did a really nice job.Kyle is a pleasure to work and goes out of his way to be accommodating.They do a great job checking all the systems and their job estimate before starting the work is detailed and thorough.Highly recommended !!

I would highly recommend car geeks, as they are better than most that I ve been to! My first experience was earth shattering, as I still got excellent service, even though they were very Shorthanded. Even though they were shorthanded, they were able to do my oil change in a timely manner as well as a full inspection of my vehicle.

Kawai was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done to my car. The response time for every question I had. Also recommendations for other repairs needed on my car in the near future. Kyle was great at explaining what was done when I went to pickup my car. All in all a smooth experience. Oh, and the waiting room was comfortable. Thanks Car Geeks.

Great customer service. Spoke with Kyle on setting up the repairs for my vehicle. He displayed extensive knowledge on the repairs needed for my vehicle and why other repairs were needed. I received status updates throughout the repair process making it easy for me to keep track of what was being done and even showed me other parts of my vehicles that needed some attention I wasn t even aware of. The techs do an amazing job during the inspection process to ensure my vehicle was returned to me in the best condition possible! 100/10 and will be returning here again should I need further work done on my vehicleServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

When other places were booked or said I could walk in but not how long I had to wait for my safety check. Car Geeks were ready the same day I called. Gave me a same day appointment and I was in an out in about 30 minutes. Great staff, great service.

Easy online reservation. Had question about nail in my tire and safety check and they answered them quickly and was able to accommodate. Excellent service and the price was very reasonable! Would recommend

The Car Geeks team is top notch! I came in for my Safety Check and they went above and beyond from the moment I handed over my keys to the detailed report with photos and videos that they texted me afterwards. Super transparent, accommodating and reliable. Would highly recommend!

Car Geeks did an amazing job on my car! Passenger side was damaged and it was taken to Autocraft for repairs. During repairs, Autocraft sent my car to Car Geeks for and Car Geeks did a great job at keeping in contact with me and letting me know that I needed to get my tires replaced and they helped me get tires that were within my budget. Additionally, they changed my oil which was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get auto repairs!

Did my oil change here about a couple oil changes ago. People are nice and good prices. The reason why i did not return is because after i did my oil change with them i did it myself and come to find out they rounded the drain bolt on my oil pan. I had to go oriellys to buy a brand new bolt which is not too expensive but i wished i didn't have to if they haven't rounded the drain bolt. I just can't imagine what else could happen if i go back to them and find out later on something was damaged.Service: Oil change

Called for safety check, by appt only got the next day in Campbell industrial was close to work which is a plus ! Friendly staff ! Clean smell good waiting room huge and AC most definitely going again took about 30min I was in rush after chilling in the waiting room

Friendly local braddahs service with a smile . Took my truck in for a safety check , walked in handed them the keys and sat down in their big comfy lounge. Watched 10 minutes of TV and braddah let me know I was all set. Very clean professional looking auto shop, I'll definitely use them in the future!

Just an annual safety inspection, but the guys at Car Geeks treated me well. I had some AC work done a few months ago and was impressed with the experience so I decided to have them do my safety inspection rather than the place I have used for probably 10 years.

It was a simple rotate. Balance and alignment. Price was very affordable. Friendly. Waiting room could use some updating with the A/C. But their new and so far I am definitely returning for their service. Mahalo guys. See you soon.

GREAT SERVICE! Car Geeks is the only place that I've been to for car service that takes pictures and videos and an explanation of what ever problems that were diagnosed and sends a link to for the customer email to either accept or decline the service option. They also have great service rates that are more affordable than most places on the island! They don't push for you to spend buckets of money like most places, CG is thorough, fast and very dependable to work on satisfying the customers needs. The service we received for our car was excellent and was done within a few hours! Of course this can vary from car to car. We plan on bringing our truck here to get serviced as well and look forward to coming again to this one stop shop!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Air conditioning
