My car rear driver's side tire had a slow leak but I couldn't find the source. Called to setup an appointment and was able to be seen same day. Customer Service was amazing from all the guys. They were able to find the leak source quickly, provide me all my options in a cost savings way. In/Out in under 45 mins. I will be back for future vehicle tire needs. Thanks for being awesome!

Excellent service and the best prices for quality tires! So glad I came here. I got an appointment the next day and they had my tires changed out and ready to go in 1.5 hours. So very pleased with this experience.2.5 years later update:I called this morning to get new tires on a different car. They told me to come in and I had a same day appointment, waiting 2 hours for them to service my vehicle. They were very kind and helpful.

This is a trustworthy, stand up company! They don't charge outrageous prices, but honesty and great work!! Super friendly staff, state of the art shop. Fast service!I've referred many people to these guys!!

Outstanding service. I had an 8:00 am appointment for a flat repair and was on my way at 8:30. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for tire repair in Kapolei.

I had a nail get stuck into my tire. I had to come in alone with my toddler and baby, not only is their bathroom IMMACULATE but they have a very nice changing table (not all places do) I really appreciated it. The staff was very nice, and helpful!!!! They got me right in and worked very fast. I ll definitely be back!

American Tire Company in Kapolei was more than awesome and very accommodating. I was shopping around to change my tires, alignments and perform other diagnostic tests. I found this company and called them and made an appointment. I received courtesy call and texts messages as a reminder. Upon bringing my truck, if I remember their names right, Kainoa and Alex welcomed me and were very respectful. They accommodated my needs with a service vehicle to do my errands while my truck was being fixed. While I was doing my errands, Kainoa called and explained the result of the diagnostic test. Although they will be more than happy and able to fix the problem, he shared his honest opinion that he didn't think it was worth fixing all the chain of problems found considering the age of my vehicle. And that it would be much beneficial to get a new car at this point. However, in the end, he did explained that as the customer, it would still be my final call. I decided not to fix my truck. I then returned to the shop and returned the service vehicle at no charge. The diagnostic done was also free. The genuine service and kindness I received on that day was priceless! A proof that goodness in humanity still exist.

This place is amazing! I didn t even know it was possible to have a pleasant experience when getting car repairs. The facility is clean and new and the staff offers The kind of customer service you might expect at a hotel or restaurant. You leave feeling well taken care of ! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anybody !

Went to Goodyear for a screw in the tire. They would not even look at it, said tires too old to fix wanted to sell me new tires. Came to American tire said they would fix it. Took it in the shop and found it was a short screw and no repair needed. No charge. Great place I recommend. Honest people.

I got a flat tire and was at Costco Tire where they had a 3 hour wait to be seen. I called American Tire Company and spoke with Kainoa. He was so nice and understanding of my situation. He quoted me over the phone (the tire was cheaper than at Costco, too), and then he went and picked up the tire I needed from their warehouse and told me that he could have the car finished in an hour and a half. I brought the car over and met Kainoa who was all ready for my car. He was friendly and helpful and we talked story while I was signing the paperwork. I told him that I wanted to get an alignment check since I hit something bouncing in the road when I got my flat. He told me that it would be an extra $105, and since the object that put a hole in my tire only hit the tire and a small part of the bumper, and since the steering wheel wasn't pulling, I probably wouldn't need an alignment check, so he saved me $105. He also assured me that if anything looked unusual while changing the tire we could then talk about adding the alignment check. I went and sat down in their waiting area and less than 20 minutes later he came out and said that my car was done! Kainoa and American Tire Company turned what could have been a pretty terrible morning into a calm and enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the Kapolei area. Thank you!!

The men who work there were soooooo kind to me. I had a rental car with a scary tire. I am 65 and had my 7 year old granddaughter with me. They went out of their way to fix everything and reassure me that my car was safe after they were done. They were WONDERFUL!!

I asked for two problems with my car to be diagnosed and repaired. After leaving the car with them first thing in the morning I was called in the middle of the day by them saying they're closing early and I need to come get the car. They said, "We can't fix (Issue #1) because our tools are set up for commercial vehicles." Weird thing is, they knew what kind of vehicle I was bringing in from the beginning. When I asked about Issue #2 they had no idea what I was talking about, as in no one had relayed the information. So I'm out $400+, a half day of work and no closer to getting my car fixed.

Personally I think the cleanliness of a service shop speaks of attention to detail. This is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Super Polite too. Everyone else I saw getting service seemed just as happy as me.
