Our salesman Brighton was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. As first time buyers we were thankful for the guidance and friendly service. He helped us get the car we wanted and for an amazing price. Will definitely be going back when we need a second car.

If I could I d rate it 10 stars! Flo immediately helped us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Everyone was friendly and were attentive to our needs/wants in looking for a vehicle. Making an appointment over the phone was easy, the clerk was awesome. I was able to get an appointment that same day. Service center clerk was quick to assist and explain what my Service fee would be. They cashier was outstanding, smiling and very professional no matter how busy she was.Thank you again

ALEX WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY THOROUGH. Wasn t happy about having to return my car because the auto hold was on right when I left!! Then I was told I spilled something which I didn t but the other guy who helped me told me I did and I have to pay to have the button fixed.Alex on the other hand was AMAZING!! Everyone needs to have his smile, drive and happiness through the process of checking in. Customers were frustrated because of the wait but it s not his fault he was doing the best he could!!he deserves a raise!!

The process was quick and easy! Von really knows how to take care of the people he is serving and making sure we are comfortable and confident in our purchase! Donald in financing made sure I had all my paperwork signed and I didn t have to wait more than 15 minutes for everything to be completed. Overall, great experience and would recommend Windward Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car!

Went to get my first service on a new truck I bought at the dealer.... easy to schedule and staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, no one was familiar with the service contract I purchased through the dealership when I bought the car and I was unable to use any applicable contract benefits at the time, and the tow hitch I wanted to get installed had never been ordered so I was forced to make another appointment and return at a later date

This was my second time purchasing from this site. Very nice, down to earth team. The sales rep I bought my first vehicle from 5 years ago is now a sales manager, so, that shows employee loyalty. Everyone was very transparent throughout the whole process and worked really hard to match my price point. I will definitely use them in the future and refer all my friends to them.

Terrible service. Zero stars if I could rate it that low. First I arrive in the express lane and no one approaches me for over 15 minutes when there is only 3 other cars present. Finally someone approaches me, his name was Alexander Nuokus, he informs me that they can do the service but speaks to me in the upmost condescending tone and manner. Scoffs at me when I ask him to double check that I don t have a free service because I thought I did due to the information given me at a prior visit. I understand that women are usually treated this way in car shops, but this was just unbelievable. He proceeds to speak in a rude and condescending tone for the remainder of our conversation and does not listen to my questions or concerns. Once I agree that I will just pay for the service he try s to upsell me on additional services. I disregard that and ask how long this will take and he says not long so I go the waiting room where I waited for over 2 hours. My last experience here I did not wait this long for this service and I came during a similar hour with a similar crowd of customers. Absurd. Then to end it off I pay and wait to receive my keys for 10 minutes. Why make me pay and tell me it s ready if I m going to wait again? Alexander Nuokus was extremely rude during the entire process and in the end I had a few questions about my next service but he simply walked away from me and said thank you . I bought my car from this lot so it is very disappointing to have such an awful experience. Will not be coming again.

Broke down on side of road with car issues. They were able to get me in the next day when all the other Hyundai dealerships had a month wait. Quick diagnostic. Had part and was able to install and get me back on the road quickly that same day. Advocated warranty as well and a $3000 fix was reduced to $9.00.

I retired and just moved home from being away more than 26 years and wanted to treat myself to a new car. A friend brought me to Windward Auto, and from the moment I walked in, the process was very smooth and effortless. Brighton was my salesman and, although young, he was very professional, personable, and knowledgable, and he made me laugh-a lot. We all know when buying a new car can be very tiresome. Brighton immediately created a positive rapport with me.Jerry, Noha, and David also created a positive rapport with me, and helped me through the entire process and thoroughly explained things to me.Jerry worked the numbers that I was comfortable with paying; Noha assisted with information for my insurance; and David helped me with my financing and warranty options.I am very happy with my 2024 Kona Limited Edition! We had an excellent experience although we did spend almost seven to eight hours with our rep and the floor manager we started with something that we really wanted and couldn't afford which was a Palisadesso we went to the next level step down to a Santa Fe which we are happy with today and got approved and then also went to the financing department and found that our rates was really high and Donald was really good and called us back the next day at a lower XXX of dollars we are very pleased with Chris who is the excellent GUY and Awesome Sport Who Sold us the car and also Mike the floor manager thank you thank you big mahalos you guys were awesome!! in 2024 we are in a brand NEW Car with the lowest Milage ever 30 miles leaving the Sales LotGreat Job!! Very disappointed with the service I got everyone there its nice and willing to help out but my only complain its with the technician, I took my vehicle for an oil leak and when I got my vehicle back it had oil stains on my engine cover and my hood like if they tried to clean it with their hands on a new vehicle which I was willing to not mention but today when I was doing my oil change I notice that the same part that was leaking its staring to leak again and to add to it my drain plug its leaking and I'm missing one bolt from my splash shield. All parts they had to remove for the maintenance it was initially taken in for.

Very friendly service writers (Samantha ), cashiers, and even Jerry owner!Service estimate times are pretty close to when they say it would be completed, if not sooner!Cost to repair n service is comparable to other dealerships, but so much more friendly and respectful to seniors !

Waited over 2 hours for a oil change (in the Express Lane), when I returned to get my vehicle and it was still not completed I asked to get my vehicle and come back another time but the worker did NOTHING to make that happen causing me to wait more than 2 hours for just an oil change, nothing else. I would not recommend getting an oil change done here but, to each their own.

Friendly team but they can't seem to get anything done. Had to bring my vehicle in 3 times for the same problem. After fixing something else that didn't need to be replaced, they think they finally found the real problem. Told me it would take a few days to get the part. After 2 weeks of silence, I called to check on the status. I've called 4 times, everyone is friendly but nothing happens. I finally went in person and wouldn't leave until they showed me that the part had been ordered. They ordered it that day, 3weeks later. I would have been waiting forever for a part that had never been ordered. No customer should have to do this.

Highly recommend this location! Von was a joy to work with and continues to be an amazing help to me and my wife. We felt very welcome the second we got there! The overall experience made it easy to come to an agreement and leave with a new Ioniq 5 in the same day. No pressure or stress, just good vibes!

Making an appointment was easy and simple through their website, but they also have a phone number you can call to schedule services, talk to sales personnel, and reach their finance department.Their staff is friendly, approachable and Knowledgeable as well! I had many questions and they were all answered.The cost of service however was my biggest surprise. For the time and amount of services I had done on my Hyundai, it felt great not having to take a loan out to pay the bill!If you have a Hyundai and are looking for a clean and reputable location to service your vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend Windward Hyundai!

I am pleased with the services that were done today, but I am very frustrated with how long the services took, versus how long I was told it would take. I tried to schedule an appointment for an oil change online, but the website kept crashing. I called and was told to just do a walk in/drive in so I did. I was told 1-1.5 hours for an oil change & tire check. I ended up waiting for four hours. This is also the third time I had asked for the same tire to be checked in the span of 3 years because I have had issues with one tire for the duration I have owned my car. I have always been told nothing was wrong with the tire (which I had also checked myself before going in), but today I was told there was a nail in the tire and the damage was irreparable. The replacement was $350. While I know this was incredibly overpriced & that the tire could most likely be repaired, I just had them change the tire because I was sick of dealing with it and having to go in for it in order to not void my warranty with the company. So I am frustrated, but I take accountability of the decision to have my tire changed.

I took my car in for a safety on 2/20/24 and also an oil change, tire rotation and a anti theft recall. I was charged $186 and was told that my right blinker wasn't working and it would be $991 to replace everything to fix it. I said no thank you and took my car home. 3/2/24 I went to Goodyear to get my safety done and they let me know that there is NOTHING wrong with my blinker, that my oil was dirty, and that my alignment might need to be looked at but I passed the safety. So that means someone was trying to charge me almost $1,000 for a blinker and didn't even do the oil change, I doubt they did the tire rotation or fixed the recall issue. I don't feel safe bringing my car back for service to you. I don't trust that the work I'm being charged and pay for is being done.Don't tell me to reach out to anyone because I have from a previous review 3 weeks ago and still...nothing.
