Came in on whim because I always pass by and Zade came right up to me and was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. He spoke to me on equal footing and didn t pressure or be overly aggressive. Great service and a great price. Quality customer service and a very friendly, local vibe. Definitely worth recommending and will also be a returning customer

I don't do many reviews but I had to on windward audio. This place was very caring about my needs and literally took their time to do the job right without over charging or anything. These guys are awesome. Shout out to Tim and Kevin and there specialist for being extra supportive and professional!

Top notch...Tim and his crew are genuine,professional,honest...I wouldn't go anywhere else...tim truly loves what he does..over the years,Tim has worked on all my vehicles...custom chopper,3 trucks,classic vette....air horns,alarms,sounds,upgrades,lighting...worth every penny....looking forward to having tim n his crew hook it up w custom sounds in corvette...he did my first one...was more than satisfied

Awesome guys. They didn t try to over sell me, they made recommendations, and showed me exactly what I was looking for. the installation was quick, and the job they did was really clean with the way it looks. I am super happy with my new alarm and how awesome the service was. I ll definitely be back for upgrades for my sound system.

Windward audio has to be the beast I mean the best in the East Side set it up for the wifey nd she s digging it as well the entire family. installation nd set up is clean no wires are visible forget the price right now but was reasonable guaranteed to go back

Windward audio always provides the best customer service and the best products at a great rate. You can t ask for more from a business. The owner Tim is very personable and always gives the best recommendations for what you need. For anything audio I wouldn t go to any other place on the island!

I was driving by Windward Audio and decided to stop by and see what they could do for my blown speakers. Not only did Tim and his team recommend the good quality speakers, they installed it right then and there. I was in and out within 30 min! Thanks guys!

My jeep was having a lot of problems and sounding ugly before I went to windward audio but my man Tim got me right and straight and definitely recommend 10/10 service very fast and convenient they even went over bored to stay later and waited for me to get off work after they already closed

This place is excellent. Tim and his technicians were very helpful in installing my dash cam. Very courteous and professional. Outstanding work as you can not see any wiring and the electrical installation is flawless. I highly recommend this business.Keep up the good work!

We absolutely love the car video system we got recently! It is such a great upgrade that makes our rides so much more enjoyable. *newest update*The Lc7 was hidden really well lol, the issue has been fixed as far as I can tell.*update*Turns out the issue with the noise is because they either didn't install the Lc7 audio control we left with them OR it's been hidden extremely well. We will see tomorrow.Timely installation of my own equipment sub, Amp and 6 chanel audio control. Reasonably priced. Have an issue with a hum and picking up road noise but I called and they said no biggie, they'll handle it. Just have to take the jeep back in

great shop with great price's. their work is impeccable. ive had these guys install full sound sytems in all my cars for the past 12 years (about 6 different cars) and each one more amazing then the last. the reason i keep going back is not cause of the prices, but because the level of service i receive from not only Tim (the owner) but the installers as well. go check em out, you not going be dissapointed!!

I would like to start with don't ever go here. Now these people are scams i have worked on cars for a good amount of my life and am very knowledgeable when it comes to them. I came to this place to try and get a second opinion on a problem with my current audio system and when i told the employee the problem his solution was a $1,000+ overhaul of the entire audio system. It's obvious they only care about sales rather than customer happiness all they want is money and their 1000 dollar solution was horrible because i went home and fixed my whole audio system in 20 minutes for free. To conclude this don't go to these people if you want something done right do your research know what you want and let's be real here audio systems are pretty basic there's a lot of resources to help you just do it yourself save the money and take pride in your work.

He never like customer service tho.. Lots of ppl tell me the same. Once u buy he forget about you, if you need warranty work.. They never installed the hood part for my alarm I bought from them.. I had to go both and beg for them to fix the trunk cus trunk had no alarm too.. I never went back for the hood part too I was scared after he damaged my headliner installing the first time and the attitude i got from employee when I'm left he tried block me I'm with his truck when I left cus he was mad i went bk cus my alarm wasn't working and he had to fix it. I told Tim he damages my brand new headliner i just put I'm a day before having the alarm Installed..

The salesman was Kind and considerate. But workmanship of my $400.00 plus install was substandard, found prices of cut wire and ties littered in my truck and interior. Also my Head light switch broken And my dome light inop after they went through the dash to install a phone mic. I give them a A for salesmanship, F for workmanship. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Their expertise helps me select the right items to accommodate my needs. Just give them your budget and they will put together a system that will leave you more then satisfied.

If I could give more stars I would. I did some shopping around before I decided to choose Windward Audio last year. I returned again this year due to the fact that I had an AWESOME experience. They have EXCELLENT customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He helped me out with everything, last year and this year. I don't know much about car stereo systems or radio systems etc. but I put my trust in Tim and his expertise in not only giving me a good deal and something worth my money but also a product that is at its best quality as well.Also, if there is any problem of some sort [like if somethings not working] they will help correct it no questions ask. Even if it's just asking a question like for example "how do I connect the Bluetooth again"or "how do I get my remote start to work". Nothing is a stupid or silly question nor do they make you feel that way. They really take care of their customers. I will ALWAYS be getting my vehicle systems from and at Windward Audio & ONLY Windward Audio!!

Windward Audio is awesome. The nicest most informative people are there and ready to help. Awesome selection of car audio products from budget friendly to super high end like Deaf Bounce and Ground Zero in stock! Don't have to wait for them to "order" it. Very awesome installers and super nice premade and full custom subwoofer boxes and racks!

I had a fat curly headed boy that said he went to moanalua help me with my sounds. He cracked my windshield and blew the sounds trying to test the speakers. I m not happy with this service and I never want to see any of his fat bloodline installing sounds ever again. I will shut you guys down if it s the last thing I do.
