I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience. They're straightforward and the work is good. Appointment times are hard to find online, but I've had decent luck getting there around 0715 and waiting.

It's so easy to drop off my Scion and Tacoma yo get thier check ups or maintenance. They have a large waiting area with coffee and snacks. This place makes getting your car or truck looked at just too easy

Best service I have had of any Toyota dealership service department across several states. Have worked with Ryan and Chesney, would definitely work with both again. They are very straightforward about services and cost, as well as being very helpful with being new to Hawaii and navigating safety check and registration.

Great customer service. Took our car in to be serviced, it went pretty fast. Waited only about an hour for everything to be completed. We also bought our car from here, really great sales people! We will most likely buy from here again.

I am not usually in this area but was here for work and noticed that my back driver s side tire was low on my commute. I found windward llc and am so grateful that I did. They stopped what they were doing to patch my tire. It was such a relief to have found a friendly and effective company.

Ordered the parts for my vehicle. They came in when they said it would. Car was repaired the next day. The loaner was immaculate as well!

I am not Loretta.I am Alicia Rogan, an extremely satisfied customer. Started with them over 30+ years when Henry SIMM owned the business. Since KYLE and Mike took over, I am still satisfied with the work and the price. They are truly a business that does not try to rip you off. They do what is needed, fixes the problem, and explain to you when and what will be needed next time. And, I get my car back that same day!!!

Scott was very professional, he shown great customer service,when we got to Windward our loaner was waing for us!!that was nice so convenient for us!! They went way beyond our expectations. I like windward Toyota !!! They are always nice and honest with me. I don t get the vibe like they are trying to take advantage of me or trying to rip me off unlike some other locations on the island. I bought my truck from here and always make the extra journey to come out here.

Went in for a vehicle inspection. Was in and out within 20 minutes. They do take credit cards or cash. They do get busy at times and will tell you to schedule and appointment.
