completely ignored by staff from the parking lot to the lounge. we were interested in a car but the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves to even look in our direction, much less greet us. we'll be going to a different servco.

Excellent friendly service, however selections of cars and trucks were somewhat limited. You may need to put a deposit down to place a vehicle on hold which could arrive anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months out. maybe longer if you're looking for a popular vehicle. Good luck if you're trying to get a van.

Oil / maintenance appointment was at 2pm and there was no line. Went to the air conditioned waiting room. About 4pm they had just started. The agent did come back and inform me of additional delays. It was finished about 5:40. The agent did adjust the bill, which I appreciated.

Servco Toyota Windward is great!! Four star is my "best" as no one is perfect (five star). I need to write my experience in a timeline manner, note that I am in Seattle, WA and Servco is in Kaneohe, HI:[Nov. 03, 2022] My Prius was rear-ended. I started looking for replacement vehicle.[Dec. 2, 2022] I saw this 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-in online and contacted Servco and saw this car on FaceTime. I am satisfied with the condition of it.[Dec. 5, 2022] Sales person is Jonah Libre. Another buyer made an offer on it and Jonah made the effort to text me about it.I turn to other Prius on the market.[Dec. 9, 2022] I noticed this car return to the market and asked Jonah, he said the sale fell through.[Dec. 12, 2022] I contacted Jonah and made an offer. Servco accepted my offer. Both Servco and I started this uncharted journey as I had never purchased car remotely and Servco had not sold cars remotely before.Jonah told me he will be away for a month and introduced me to his colleague John "Scott" Bly.Scott made it possible for me to put down deposit, mail me documents to sign and I mail them back with cashier check.[Dec. 27, 2022] Scott personally send the car to the ocean shipper (Matson).[Jan. 9, 2023] The car arrived at Tacoma, WA and I picked it up. It was by then I pleasantly found out:- The oil has been changed.- The tires are brand new.For a ten-year-old car, I must say it is beautiful. Servco did not hide any ding or dents on the car. They disclose what they know about this car and let me make the decision.I must appraise them for their honesty, extra efforts and friendly sales team.

It was a great experience everyone who I spoke to was very nice and patient. My sales representative, David Suzuki was amazing at explaining how the car functions and helping me with the process of buying it. As for the paper work process, Ross Yanagihara had explained the warranties and the paper work well for me to comprehend. It was an excellent experience!!

This company is the absolute worst. I have had the same issue with a Toyota 4 runner that I bought brand new in 2019 that they haven t been able to fix. They keep telling me to bring it in and that they ve fixed it and it still has the same problem. I spoke with the corporate offices for Hawaii a woman named Kimberly who said that they can t do anything and to just keep bringing it in.

Issac Lani!! The BEST sales person in my opinion. He was/is a pleasure to work with when purchasing my 2022 Corolla cross. He would update me all the time when my vehicle would come in. Always updating me on the status of the vehicle because shipment was backed up. I ve already serviced my vehicle twice and both times, Issac saw me in the waiting room and came to check up on me and offered a shuttle or loaner so I don t have to wait in the waiting room. He s still helpful even AFTER I purchased the vehicle! I highly recommend himRyan in service was also really good! I pulled in and he was quick to assist me and even walked to sales waiting room to get me and updated me on the service that was done to my vehicle!

We experienced a stress free purchase at Windward Toyota when buying our new 2022 4Runner TRD Sport vehicle. When dealing with Noe Yaplag, Sr. Sales Rep, who made it amazing getting the deal done and Tiffany Matsumoto, Finance, who guided us through the paperwork was simply satisfying. What a great experience for me and my husband! We'll be back!

Service department here is a joke. They lie about when the vehicle is going to be ready and they overcharge for the service they provide. Told me the vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. Took me 4 hours to get my vehicle back with no update that it would take an additional 2 hours. By far the worst Toyota service department on the island. No respect for people s time. Stay as far away from here as possible.

Just checked in only. They making effort to get done extra work what I needed. Shuttle home was great. While team courteous and understanding; and professional on how they handled everything. Complimentary wifi, coffee and newspaper in customer lounge. Regular service for this car for 10 years. This made buying our Toyota worth it.

Nice people super easy to deal with Sean, Spencer, Ayslynn, Elmer, and Bill are always so nice and honest. Trustworthy dealership and very good with warranty issues. They helped me get a rust issue repaired.

So far, so good. It was my first time. It took about an hour and a half to get service and oil change. A full service was $250. The only oil change was $175. These are for Sienna. They offer free shuttle bus to Kaneohe or certain close towns. They have a spacious lounge that provides free coffee and water. You have to buy everything else from their vending machines. It has free wifi. Service people were very nice. Didn't get an update on a particular request.

Rob helped my wife and I purchase our 2023 Tacoma TRD Off-road. His expertise, patience, and punctuality were extremely helpful throughout the car buying process. Servco Toyota in Kaneohe is mostly incredible. The sales team did a great job. They worked around my schedule and was very patient with me. The finance people are awesome, they tell you what every optional extra package is and leave the decision for you to decide, they set it up how you want it. Service department, I wish I could say good things, however they seem pretty greedy. A simple job was delayed due to broken tire balance equipment which I understand and I can t fault that, however they should have outsourced the job to another local shop instead of making the customer wait a week after they just spend 50k+ on a new vehicle. You can afford $50 to pay a local shop to balance 4 tires.Overall, I ve owned many vehicles in my life, Servco Toyota has been the best car buying experience I ve had to date, 4 stars due to the way they service went about this. Everyone else was outstanding!

My family always recommends Toyota car to friends and relatives. We like the reliability and the durability of Toyota.

Windward Servco Toyota service center is the worst & their customer service is rubbish!! Having trouble with my Tacoma where engine light & trac off lights were on simultaneously. Called to speak to a service advisor & was told they were too busy & would call me back. Never received a call back from anyone so decided to take my vehicle in to get checked out. Once I arrived in the service department no one even acknowledged me for over 20 minutes. When a service advisor finally came out to speak to me he said that they were too busy & couldn't even perform a diagnostic test until Monday ( this was Friday). My truck was practically undrivable with rough shifting between gears & to not even be able to get a diagnostic test for a few days seems ridiculous to me. Especially when I expressed to the service advisor that I use my truck for work & every day it's down I'm losing money & customers. This is not my first bad experience with this dealership but it will definitely be my last. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place because they obviously don't care about their customers, their time or their vehicles & I will be contacting Toyota directly to file a complaint.

This company exceeds my expectations with excellent customer service and fast results. The staff are very friendly and they really listen to your needs without any hassle. They kept me updated over the phone and through detailed emails. The work was completed faster than expected. Thank you to Kevin, service advisor Spencer, and the service auto mechanics team. It ended up being an expensive repair, but it was worth it to know you are taken care of by a trustworthy and dependable place to go to for maintenance.

Servco Hawaii is one of the most corrupt organizations on the island. I was literally warned by their OWN salesman after buying my Toyota, not to come there for service. He said better to go to my own mechanic. It's because he knows that Servco service department routinely overcharges, finds bogus defects, only caters to very wealthy customers. My wife brought our car for a minor brake replacement and they mysteriously found phantom problems that would cost us thousands of dollars. When I explained to the rep that I couldn't afford it, he immediately got rude and impatient and nearly hung up on me. But you see, Servco needs this extra money to pay for their lounge, free coffee, and corporate vacations.

VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!1) Week and a half ago I called their service department to get an estimate on fixing my Van doors. The service technicians were busy and I was told that they would call me back. This was on March 18th! They took down my number and I waited. Till today, 3/29 I haven't had a return call!2) On 3/23 we dropped off my daughter's 2021 Corolla because it was continually dying. The engine light was on and all the warnings indicators were on. They advised my daughter they will contact her on Friday 3/25. Till today, 3/29 no contact from Toyota's service department!Simply terrible customer service!

Very good. Friendly. But takes way too long to get one's car back. On the mainland I could wait during service. Now I drive 12 miles to and from 8 hrs between drop off and pick up. Ridiculous.

I appreciate that the sales associates are helpful, honest, and not pushy. Like many people I hate the typical dealership experience with the haggling back and forth and manager involvement but at Servco Toyota I have never had that negative experience. Each time I purchased a vehicle from Toyota I have been happy with the experience and the vehicles that I have bought.

Nate was absolutely great. I usually have poor dealership experiences. However, Nate made the process easy for me and was very prompt on helping me out. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and his kindness. From my experience with Nate, he is humble and a pleasure to work with. He checks up often to see how things are going with the new truck. I wish the best for him and Toyota Servco should honor him in some type of way, either a raise, recognition, etc. He has a great attitude. He is a leader.

Horrible experience staff never greeted me. Sales representatives greeting was hey come here I walked to him while he was on the computer and he says what are you looking for? Then has me at the computer to look at cars. Completely wasted my time I asked to go look at cars he said they were a little too busy for me. Which is understandable but the lack of customer service is not. Ended up buying a car right next door at the Honda. Honda has great customer service highly recommend it.

Elmer from the service department was exceptional. I was in a bit of a crisis with my van and he handled it perfectly. He was patient, friendly and professional the whole time. I highly recommend him and the Servco team.

Definitely check this location out. Being from the opposite end of the island I say it was worth the drive. Everyone is laid back and helpful. My salesman was Mackenzie Mackey Young. I was referred to him by a bunch of people. Solid guy, from beginning to end he made my car buying experience as smooth as it could be. He wasn t pushy like most salesman. I will be recommending my family and friends to go to him if they are ever looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank again Mackenzie

Service staff was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. There was complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The two hour wait went by quickly.

Had a great experience at Servco Toyota Windward. We bought our last car from here, and appreciate the relaxed and friendly vibe.We were looking for a new or late model Camry. This was our choice for our last 3 cars, and did not see any reason to change.Dan, Maui, and Reid were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had a lot or cars in our interest range, and they explained the differences between the models.We ended up choosing a 2020 Camry in excellent condition.The meeting with the Finance Manager went smothly and quickly. He did not try to upsell or pressure us into taking additional options.Before we left the dealership, they activated our insurance, and went over the new (to us) safety features.A day later they followed up with us, asking if we had any questions or concerns.We will visit them again for our 5th Camry, and recommend Dan and his staff to anyone looking for a Toyota.(below review was from 2017)Great dealership. Hugh, Mario, and the rest of the staff here were friendly and professional, even on a late Sunday afternoon. We came from the Leeward side (only 23 minutes from Waipahu via H-3), and ended up with a great deal on a 2016 Camry. Best place on the Island for a new or used Toyota.
