I met such a nice guy who helped me not only with the parts that I needed, but also helping me understand my car. He was so amazing!! His name was Pukana. Hawaiian boy with a cane. Thank you Pukana! You are blessed!

O Reilly Kaneohe has one of THE BEST employee I have ever encountered. His name is Pukana Aloha. Such a nice, very pleasant and while still being professional, young man. He went out of his way to help me check my oil level in my Truck. Anytime a light or message comes on I get nervous and my mind races. I can t focus cause I feel like it s gonna fall off the wheels unless it gets fixed right away. Whomever his parents are..I d like to say you must be so very proud of him. OUTSTANDING JOB to them. Just by speaking to him in that little time frame, there was nothing but empathy, and compassion and the willingness to teach and advise about other options that I could do. Mind you he was helping 2 of us at the same time. Multitasking skills too!To the management at O Reilly Kaneohe, Mahalo for great training ESPECIALLY in the customer service dept. All the workers were so patient and kind, their tone to each other was soft and not yelling or shouting, but respectful to each other, but this young man stood out. I appreciate the great care that he has shown me. It felt like I was talking to a good friend instead of someone wanting to get me in and get me out. Thank you again Pukana Aloha. You have no idea how truly grateful and lucky I feel that I just so happen to get you on the phone to answer my questions this afternoon.I hope people stop by and stand back and watch you while you help other customers. Alex (assistant manager I think) was awesome! Ran two diagnostic tests on our vehicle. Wasn't good news, but at least we knew what the problem was for sure. Took advantage of my military discount from there too.Mahalo Alex!!!

I ran out of oil and had no idea what I was doing but Zachary was very helpful!! He helped me find what oil I needed and put it in my car!!! So so grateful!! Definitely recommend this store!!

I went to O'Reilly to buy windshield wipers. Ed was extremely helpful and even offered to install them in my car. Thank goodness he did because it took forever to figure out! Thankfully Ed was there to help. Will definitely be going back for other car parts.

Truck wouldnt start at the mall. I called the store and they told me if i could get the truck to their store, they can check it for me. It was a bad battery and they changed it right there on the spot. Thank you so much . Alex was a big help. Way to go out of your way to help your customers. I really appreciated the help.

The staff was beyond helpful at helping me replace my battery when it died in the Safeway parking lot. The staff really took time out of their day to teach me how to replace my battery, not just sell me things. This level of service sets the standard and is hard to beat anywhere else!

Really bummed about the customer service today. For starters, we got an oil change today at Jiffy Lube down the street. The tech showed us the air filter that needed to be replaced. It did need replacing. Luckily we took a picture of the air filter. Went to O'Reilly's in Kaneohe for the part. Went to the air filter section, found the air filter book, and the listed air filter for a 2019 Honda CR-V WAS NOT A MATCH. Took the filter and picture to the front desk and asked if they had the correct filter. He checked the computer and said there was 1 left in stock. Went back to look for it but it was not on the shelf, it was in the back. After buying the filter after confirming it matched the picture, I easily replaced it in about a minute. Tried to start the car and as mentioned in another review, battery died in the parking lot. I knew the battery was bad because I had to put a trickle charger on it earlier in the morning.Went back in and purchased a new battery. However, the manager would not let me borrow a pair of pliers or socket set. But he did offer to sell me a $14 socket set. Went back out to the parking lot to remove the old battery but battery mounting bracket needed pliers to remove the holding nuts. Back inside to buy another tool. Now it is raining and I am even more irritated. Disconnected old battery, installed the new one and then took the old battery back inside for the $22 battery core refund.I am 100% positive that I will NEVER go back to this O'Reilly's.

Great service!! Needed a new windshield wiper ASAP as our current one started tearing apart as we drove over the Pali in the rain. And while they do have an electronic pad thing customers can use to look up the replacement for their car it's always nice to be able to ask your questions to an actual worker sometimes. The guy was able to answer my questions about what was the difference between the different types and was able to exactly point out to us which one fit our car after I decided which one I wanted to go with. Luckily it stopped raining after we got out of the store so we were able to put it on in the parking lot. Extremely happy with what we got especially considering how much it has been raining lately.

Your good old auto parts shop. Service is always great there and the staff are great and always accommodating. If they don't have the part, they can order it from other stores on the island or mainland and call you when it's available. They can also help you install the new car battery and take away the old one for ya. 2 thumbs up to them and their excellent service.

Disclaimer: This review is coming from someone who doesn't really know a whole lot about cars.Having said that, the customer service here was incredible. Royce, the assistant manager, helped me test my battery (which was all but dead) and installed a new battery for me. Not only that but when I didn't know the answers to some of his questions, he did not make me feel uncomfortable for not knowing the info but instead was able to trouble shoot around it.They also seem to keep records of all sales too as I wasn't sure if my battery was still under warranty. Upon checking, it was still under warranty and so I got my battery for free. Good stuff.Very service-minded and had the feeling that they weren't trying to just get a quick sale and make money off of me. Definitely coming back here in the future.

As I was standing there waiting to be helped, Wayne (I m assuming the manager) was super rude to his coworker right in front of me. Even though I was clearly waiting to be helped, he decided to chew her out about keeping his area clean . Called her guilty and said she was being defensive . I regretted not saying something in person so that s why I m leaving this. Super mean and awkward to watch.

Unc Leroy was instantly ready to listen and figure out how he could hell me change my bulb on my 2016 Santa Fe. It wasn t hard but he helped me find the bulb and was really patient and friendly. I really appreciated that!

I can't remember when I have ever experienced such great customer service. The part I needed was not in stock, so Joseph put an order in for it to be brought in from another store on island. They called within just a few hours to let me know it had come in. Thank you!!

I usually have great service but a few years ago I had a very rude person and just today I found out he's still there. Ian is so rude and unprofessional. Salt Lake is great, Kailua is awesome, but not Kaneohe anymore. Super rude. Bummer.

the guy that helped me was fabulous, quick, efficient and extra helpful.. no wait time, he got all the parts and items I needed, quick transaction, great experience. parking sometimes crowded, but good stop for parts.

Royce (I hope I spelled the name correctly) was thinking outside of the box. I needed to add some coolant but I couldn't remember the brand I bought few months ago from this exact store. He was the first one to say: I think we can figure it out, and he made it happen. I had the dates of purchase and amounts that I spent and he looked it up. I love it when there are people who aren't just following the "let me sell u something" agenda but actually care for you. This assistant manager is one of those not many.

Helped me find the correct spark plugs, plug wires, oil filter and oil for our car. These guys are awesome. In and out in 10 minutes. Took 4 hours to do the service though......ugh.

I bought my trailer hitch 2004 Tacoma at a great discount, purchased wire harness as well for the lights associated with the trailer. Going back for Fog Lights as the road leading to Haleiwa is pretty dark at night.

Brother sounds irritated about orders no names clanto wrong parts most of the time give um plates and last 8 of vin
