Very friendly staff and always got what I needed the first time.They never corrected me on what parts I'm buying maybe because I do my homework to make things easier for me and the staff.

4 workers behind the counter with one on the phone taking a personal phone call. No other customers except me in the store.Not a single person tried to help.Will never do business here.

My sister needed a battery. She called to get a price and spoke to Blaine. Very kind and professional. We went in to pick it up. He gave us a discount . Super nice guy. Also had someone carry the battery to the car. Mahalo Blaine ! You rock!

One thing i wish NAPA would do is match competitor prices.As for their customer service they are great and usually always have what i need in stock

Blaine always makes sure that I'm taken care of!!! I no longer go to O Reilly's for my parts!!!! I go where the staff is knowledgeable, have a heart and don't ignore me because I'm a girl!!!!

I was looking for a relay for foglights and they didnt have. They did recommend looking at Amazon as the product was a 1 off. I did just that and found what I needed. I like how they assisted me

It's a small store, parking is limited. Sometimes they have good sale items. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
