Scheduled an on line appointment for an alignment job for 8:30 this morning. It appeared that they were busy and we waited a bit to be serviced. Anticipating that the work would take 2 hours, went to get breakfast and returned to pick up my vehicle at 11:15. waited bit and work had not started yet. So we left again and went to the mall. Received a text 12:19 that work was completed. Received very courteous apologies and significant adjustment to the bill along with explanation of other benefits.

As always outstanding service, excellent report on status of vehicle and almost always done faster than estimate time. Oh, did I mention the price? Excellent! Professional, fast, and great price. Customer service shines and Maile is a superstar! Highly recommend and as always will return!

I can't say enough great things about this business and the team there!I was fortunate enough to get my vehicle there before it died, and the staff was amazing. They're always super busy, but they stayed in contact with me throughout, keeping me informed on every development. My car's problems were beyond what their mechanics could manage, and they didn't charge me for the diagnostics. They also let me leave my vehicle on their property until I could make towing arrangements.The day had been pretty scary for me, and the staff was professional, helpful, and kind. Special thanks to Maile, the assistant manager! Reputable, fair, and honest. Highly recommend!!!

We had a leaky tire, went online at 930 and then was able to make a 10a walk in appointment. Dropped the car off and Angelina was super nice and friendly. They were able to get to my car around 1145 and then had to bring in a Michelin tire (unrepairable slash) from town so I was able to pick up the car around 145.I was informed the whole way and was presented with a couple tire options and even had a few discounts like the 5% off when wearing UH gear and $10 off for making the appointment online.Great experience and will be using them again! Thanks for fitting us in so last minute

Staff was courteous and very nice. Safety check was to the point but needed to come back for the sticker since had to do the whole expired reg thing too. 20min wait to put the new safety sticker on the car took about an hour. Definitely do a time check once the given wait time expires.Other than that, would definitely come back to do other services here and definitely recommend!

Easy 5 star. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to tell them that my truck had symptoms of overheating. I took my truck in late that afternoon and left it overnight. They ran a cooling system check on Thursday morning and found out that my truck needed a new radiator. I picked my truck up Thursday afternoon, repair complete in 24 hours from the time I called. Thank you, very much!

Vachelle checking me in and the rest of the team was efficient and straight forward. Tire had yet another screw in it. They patched it up, didn t try to sell new tires unnecessarily. Definitely going back!

Service was fast, professional, convenient. I scheduled online the day before and arrived on time. There was a small mixup at the counter with the tires I ordered vs the ones that were in stock- this was later resolved with a followup phone call because another staff member had ordered them the day before and it turns out they arrived later in the morning. She checked me out later in the day and discussed the issue, didn't catch her name but initials were KBR- very helpful and professional. Streamlined process, pleasant staff, I recommend!

We went to Lex Brodie s in Kaneohe to have our AC fixed. The compressor stopped working so we knew it could be expensive. They were very up front about the cost and Michelle even found us a coupon that took $80 off the price! Michelle and everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. The service was very fast too! I thought we might have to wait a couple of days, but it was ready to go the very next day!! I will definitely be back for other repairs. I m sure we will need tire s soon.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Easy fast making appointment and fast service when I arrived. Sales person SKT was great and Jon kept me informed on progress of my service. They were both very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for a simple safety check... For 10 its now 12 and they didn't even start on it...what? Any way they over book their appointments .. they're over worked trying to keep up...I think they trying their best ..it's just over 2 hours for a safety check...its bad..sorry so I gave 2 stars..don't come here for safety checks ..thank you very much up date it's now alittle after 12 they gave us our money back..so that was cool

I just bought a set of tires along with alignment. Was offered a 2 yr. Warranty came with tire service. I had such a great experience. Now I get my tires from Braddah Lex.Thanks

Walked in without an appointment due to a nail I discovered in the mid morning, waited like 15 minutes, and my truck was being serviced. This business is in my opinion, one of the best, including Lex Brodies in Waipahu. Thank you Ben, and Tech Bradley

I showed up for my safety check appointment and was greeted with a big smile by Vachelle. She kindly informed me that my appointment was at the Aiea Lex Brodie's, but they would be happy to accommodate me here in Kaneohe.I was in and out within an hour, and the team along with Angelina was so good.I look forward to my next safety check expiration, as the waiting room and the service was beyond exceptional.Thank you Vachelle MJ Culvyhouse

I've gone here a few times over the past couple of years (oil change, brakes, safety check, alignment) and they've always been able to get me in within a day or two instead of the many week long waits of other mechanics in the area. They're very honest and straightforward, I was never pressured to get extra or unnecessary work done. We had a great experience with Lex Brodie's. We found out that we needed to change our tires. So I talked with Lex before we walked in to this place. The salesperson was honest and told us what they could check. They adjusted tire alignment and replaced two tires for over 5 hours. The staff was hardworking and friendly. I did my research for the tires that would give me the smoothest and quietest ride for my type of vehicle. The website was a bit hard to navigate and outdated, but their employees made up for the lack of tech.I was greatly surprised that the tires i wanted were on sale, and my cost was greatly reduced. I was able to purchase 4 new Michelin defender 2 tires; mounted and balanced, disposal fee of old tires, and free rotation and balance of new tires in 6 months. I declined a wheel alignment. All for a little over $700.My old 1995 Lincoln drives like a new car, incredible.

I came here to renew my safety inspection and it could not have been easier. I made an appointment online, and they had plenty of openings. When I showed up, they were very quick and friendly. It only took about an hour, quicker than they expected. It's close enough to walk to the mall while you wait. Glad they're open Saturdays. I'll probably go here again next year.

Of all the tire shops I've been to this one stands out the most. Very friendly, they are extremely informative and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for my tire servicing needs and I highly recommend that you do too.

I enjoyed my experience at Lex Brodie's. I had an alignment done on my car. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was quick and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend going to Lex Brodie's Kaneohe!

I've posted reviews before writing about their excellent customer service and efficient repairs. I'm afraid we're in a new era. Things have definitely declined since then, an era spanning from the 90s to 2020. They need almost the entire day to do even simple repairs such as rotating your tires. You might have an appointment and think you can wait but that would be an extreme exercise in patience and frustration. Hours after your appointment your car will still be sitting outside, untouched. I don't know if they overbook or they simply don't have enough workers but they are no longer my favorite go to car shop.

We recently took our car to Lex Brodie's to fix a flat and later to get a safety check. Both times the check in process was smooth and easy. Our car was ready before the promised time. Can't ask for more than that.

Any time I have tire problems and go to Lex Brodie they re always wonderful and accommodating. It s refreshing to have a business that s kind, quick, and dedicated to the community this day in age. Had a great experience. The mechanics were honest and straightforward. They let me know that the work I had come in to do wasn t urgent and the parts on my car still had enough life left in them and weren t a safety concern. This helped me out a lot, and I appreciate this place a lot.
