Most unprofessional sales team and management!I was lured in by their ads offering 0% APR on their 2023 Pathfinders, only to be offered 6.9% at the dealership!My credit is exceptional at 811 points, and I offered a $7000 down payment.Models advertised on sale as brand new were actually loaners, non-functional (at least four Pathfinders wouldn't even start), or simply unavailable.I highly recommend this place to those who don't mind having their personal information sold, their credit score lowered for no good reason, their time wasted, and especially to those who love being lied to.

Serviced my Nissan here first, then went to Tony Nissan. Difference in customer service and attempts to charge you big bucks for pretty much everything is drastic. Wouldn't suggest this place.

Proper social distancing, fast service, good coffee. Update made unscheduled visit due to a large screw in a tire late Saturday afternoon. I was checked in and on my way in about an hour. Excellent visit.Returned for scheduled maintenance. Going well.

I was very thankful for my service advisor Joelle. I'm very disappointed in King Windward Nissan that now they're on board with charging you 3% when you use a credit card I understand small shops doing that. Nissan's worth millions if not billions I bought four cars in 5 years. I bought extended warranty for my car . I will write a letter to their headquarters and to whoever is in charge at King Windward Nissan when I left it was 8:30 and there was no person of importance there in the office yet to have a talk with. They're slogan used to be we're lifetime friends I guess not no more

Wally Kainoa Choy is an outstanding sales representative for Nissan-Windward. He listened carefully to my niece, a 1st time car buyer, answered all her questions & mine. He found the right car for her that fit her budget. Mahalo to Wally & Nissan for outstanding customer care.

Chris in service department was extremely professionalcalled and was told ok to walk in but longer wait timedue to covid . .Due to limited staffing He still was very accommodating . Next time I ll be sure to book appointment online ! Mahalo Chris you da man

My first and last experience with King Windward Nissan. It all started with a flyer they sent to my father and their website falsely stating that the service department is open at 0630 Mondays through Saturdays. They actually open at 0700 hours, so I waited from 0615 to 0700 hours. Then after being seen by Chris S. the service writer at 0705 hours and telling him what and why the car was brought in for servicing he recommended that we replace all four TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System, our light went on) and that we were due for tire rotation. An oil change was also due and we had a request that the rear plastic frame to the window which is a cosmetic problem be replaced. I walked home and spoke to my father (since it was his car and I did not want him to walk home being 87 years old) he decided that he would cancel the TPMS replacement because Chris quoted that it would cost $565 dollars to replace all four sensors. My father called at 0810 and was told that they could do the other requests and that the TPMS replacement would be canceled. I received an call from Chris at around 0817 with him telling me it was too late. They had already installed the TPMS on ALL four tires. Common people lets use common sense, from 0705 to 0817, to remove all four tires from the vehicle, release all the air, take the tire off, remove and then install four new TPMS sensors, inflate the tires again, check for leaks, and rotate tires, drive the car to reset the TPMS to be certain it is working properly, this all took about an hour since I dropped it off? Unless they have four people working on one tire simultaneously it may be possible. I then told Chris what was said to my father about the sensors request was not a problem and would be canceled, he got arrogant with me and said, "I'm the service writer, and I'm telling you it too late we installed all four already and I can have it removed but I am going charge you for labor." So, I told him leave it then. Chris also indicated when I initially dropped the car off that they would call me regarding the plastic frame to tell me the cost. Well, I did not receive that call. Then if they had already replaced the sensor the only other thing that the car went in was for the oil change. Remember, I spoke with Chris at 0817 hours and he said the TPMS work was completed already, well, we did not get a call from Chris or anyone from Nissan to pick our car up. So, I called the NEXT DAY at 1115 am. Then I was informed it was ready for pick-up. I asked why I was not notified when the car was ready and the female that I spoke to was polite and apologized and said she does not know why Chris did not call. I can speculate why Chris did not call, they did not have the sensors replaced when he called me at 0817 hours and that they needed time to replace it. My wife actually needs a car since we gave our daughter her car, and I thought about buying a Nissan. I think we are going to buy elsewhere. And if we end up selecting a NISSAN IT WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE FROM WINDWARD NISSAN!

I don't care for the sevice there, or the service department because the guy Chris wants to rip off people so he can up sell to make him money, I'm not stupid I use to be a good Sevice Writer back in my day, I didn't have to lie to sell something, and didn't have to rip people off for everything thats what makes a great service writer. I will definitely will tell my family and friend not to go there for service and purchase a vehicle.

We bought 2014 truck from first owner was told oh you get free oil changes from dealer ship selling point we contacted dealership on phone we put my wife's info in come time for oil change I drove from mililani to kaneohe they denied to honor the deal I find them to be dishonest I drove during pandemic and found them to be unworthy of there commercials n un professionalism

Unbelievable dealer was rude, did not allow us to charge, their fast charger has a broken cable, that is fire hazard that has not been repaired for over year. They have two slow charger, but are for dealer cars only.
