Grateful the recall was fixed and my vehicle is safe and awaiting a car part to repair the driver-side rear shock. The ease to drop -off my vehicle, the Service Customer Service rep, Joelle, is welcoming and thorough; she did not make me feel rushed. My first experience with your Service Department was great and I feel comfortable and look forward to my next service appointment.

Christian was extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to. Listened to our needs. Made the process from beginning to end enjoyable. Great presence and comfortable to work with. Looking for a new car is a huge commitment. I look forward to referring Christian to friends who are looking for a Nissan, and we plan to work with him again in the future.

I came for an oil change and that was quick and done well. Austin the quick service rep was friendly. The inside service reps were not helpful. First, no one really jumps up to greet you. It's more like they play a game of chicken with each other to see who has to help you. Initially they were courteous but when I asked about getting my front collision sensor looked at because I keep getting an error message, the attitude changed. They told me that it might not be covered by my factory warranty and I asked why to which they said that if there had been trauma or ants or rats that I would be stuck paying for it. It felt like they were trying to get me to change my mind but I told them I'd take a risk to have it looked at. Then the rep told me that my oil change was already going to take 1.5 hours and that looking at the sensor would take another 1.5 hours. At this point I was done talking to them as they clearly didn't want to help me so I told them I'd schedule a separate appointment.King windward Nissan has lots it's customer service joy in the service department. Oh and my oil change took less than an hour. The 3 stars are for Austin and the quick oil change.

Edie was very helpful and she knew what she was talking about. She showed me every relevant detail about all the vehicles and was incredibly helpful. She knew every nook and cranny of the vehicles and their trade offs. It was an experience that was worth it. I would recommend people go to her if they want to buy a vehicle from Nissan.

Thomas Kondo is the guy to ask for. I went there for a specific car that was posted. Made arrangements to come see it, the next day and I drove off with it within a few hours.Thomas is super chill, super professional, very patient and efficient. It was easy to schedule my appointment followed up by a reminder afterwards. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and was called as soon as the work was completed. Nissan went above and beyond my expectations. Sales consultant Christian Stevens did an amazing job at helping me find the perfect vehicle for me and my pup. He was able to use his years of customer experience at the dealership to find the best financial payment plan for me as well as help me quote options for auto insurance. I walked in, feeling nervous and uneasy about being recently kicked out of my family home and left without a vehicle- and left with a new pair of keys and a beautiful car to drive me and my big pup around the island. We had an incredible experience working with Melvin at King Windward Nissan. We are on Kauai and could not find any Nissan Leafs on island. Melvin was so helpful in helping us find our dream car and teaching us all the little features of the Nissan Leaf. SO friendly, so helpful, so kind, and just an overall wonderful experience. We ve got our car here on Kauai now and could not be HAPPIER :). Thank you Melvin and the whole team at King Windward!! We are so grateful and appreciative.

I love Kaneohe Service department. They are seriously the best customer service!! My husband has ford and deals with the WORST service department in Kailua. I dread every time we have to go to there. That is not the case at Nissan. Because of how AMAZING King Windward Nissan service department is, my husband will be buying a Nissan for his next vehicle . I have a 2011 Frontier and have always taken my truck to them for service. I was a little bummed to pay a diagnostic fee just to find out the battery needed replacing, but happy they took me day of, diagnosed the problem and did an oil change / recall check. I highly recommend them!!

First time in my life I ve ever written a review, my experience here was just that bad that I have to share.Was having issues with my car battery, I m not a car guy but anybody could see that the connection from the battery to the alternator was loose. I had made that quite clear to the technicians and just wanted them to confirm if that was the issue, and if it was I could have fixed it myself. I had asked if having someone check out my battery would cost any money and was told that it did not.Eventually had to wait two hours, for a simple battery inspection, taking time off during the working day to come here, and the AC was broken. Entire facility felt like a sauna.Was told that the inspection cost 200$ and the issue was what I told them. I was shocked because of the wait and the fact that I was being charged this much for an issue I had self identified and I had asked the question if this would cost anything.Other dealerships in the area do car battery inspections for free in less time and was surprised as to why this was any different.I ve been a long time Nissan owner and have had mostly good experiences at Nissan dealerships and was very surprised at how terrible this was.No communication on expectations for the waiting time and price until the service was already provided. This was my only time off from work to visit a dealership for my battery issue and was forced to accept these terms since I had no other place to go.Poor business practices and after speaking with other Nissan owners on island who have been to this dealership, they have had similar experiences.Would NOT come here again. Hope anyone who reads this can see how this dealership does not care about you, even if you ask the right questions.

I was in state of panic seeing my parking stall with large oil stains below my brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Noticed it Sunday and had to wait till Monday to contact the service dept.Started calling at 7am left messages and even emailed on live chat. Finally around 10am Nissan called. They scheduled me right away at 10:45. I was helped by Kelli Nakama service advisor. She was so helpful seeing how concerned I was. She went under the car and took all my concerns very seriously. Got me a courtesy ride home as she said it would probably take a few hours. Around 3 pm and informed me that they couldn t find any oil leaks and I probably ran over something leaving oil under my car.I was so relieved, Kelli got me courtesy vehicle to pick me up.I picked up my car even with a car wash. Mahalo Kelli for being so helpful and efficient.

I made an appointment for 11:40 am. My car was ready at 2:15 pm!! This was for only an oil change and safety check! Sure both were at no charge but is this how you treat your customers? Also $31.00 to change a burnt out license plate bulb is expensive. Is this how you reclaim the cost of a free safety check? The time spent and replacement cost is simply not acceptable.

I went in for a safety check and oil change. My appointment was at 0900am. My truck wasn't done until 1130am. I just don't understand. There was at least 5 people that came in after me and left before me. I've been going there for years and this is the worst experience I had.

I spent $350 on diagnostics just for them to tell me my car was fine and that I should change a headlight bulb and tires. Cars problem was with battery staying charged. My car broke down on the highway a day later after they told me the car is fine. This shop are thieves, taking my $350 with nothing to show for it!

I m very grateful for all of the staff that helped out. Most of the time buying a new car can be very stressful. The King Windward Nissan staff was amazing!Doug was very patient and knew exactly what I was looking for. Lisa was a big help as well. They both helped me find the car of my dreams.I m also grateful for Irwyn. He took the time to explain all the finances and made sure I was taken care of.These 3 individuals really took care of me and my needs from the beginning to the end. I ve purchased/ loan all my vehicles from King Windward Nissan and this was by far one of the best experiences! Mahalo piha!

Just a great service group. Efficient check in system and website. The mechanic worked overtime to finish the work which was appreciated. And Sonny was a great guy and appreciated him giving me a ride back to my house.

My appointment was at 8:40 am and I showed really early. I live in Ewa beach and didn t want to get stuck in traffic of there was any. But Ken took took my car in and it only took about a little over and hour. I m happy they took me in the army instead of waiting longer.

While the buying experience is good at King Windward Nissan, would not recommend buying if you need to get your car serviced here regularly. I recently went it for an oil change and was informed my rear brakes needed to be replaced. Instead of getting them replaced here, I went to my trusted brakes guy to get it replaced. I was informed by my brakes guy that I guess when they checked my rear brakes, they loosen a caliber piece and forgot to tighten it back before giving me back my car. You would be better off purchasing your car from another local Nissan dealership, if you want to have a good service experience. Thankful nothing happened to me while I was driving my car but their lack of accountability, putting my car and life at risk isn't worth buying from this dealership.

My Cooling Fan Coupler part arrived and so I took my Armada in to get the replacement done. While they were working on the Coupler the technician noticed that my A/C unit was leaking. Even though they were not scheduled to address the leak they went ahead and fixed it even though it meant taking longer than expected to complete the work on my vehicle. This also extended my wait time at the dealership but it was well worth it because they fixed everything in one visit. They could have easily just replaced the Coupler and have me schedule another appointment to address the A/C unit but addressed everything one time. This is especially helpful to me because I do not live close to the dealership. Their efforts were much appreciated.

Edy was the best non-salesperson salesperson I have ever engaged with at a car dealership. When I contacted her I told her exactly what we wanted. When we arrived she took us into her office and started filling out the paperwork for our transaction. She was very straight forward, knowledgable, personable, professional, and she did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. I will return to her in a heartbeat.
