Excellent Service!I'm so used to the town one, cause its near school and work that going to a different location for the first time was intimidating.The employees were super friendly and attentive and the customers in front-of and behind me were so patient and awesome. my first time there. Upon arrival, there were 3 cars in each lane. an employee approached my car and told me the wait time(40 min), which appreciated. I waited in my car first till it was my turn. The employee came and explained the difference between oils and had me choose which one i wanted. I waited in the office area and 15-20 min till they were done. They even switched out my cabin airfilter, which i happened to have bought prior to going to Jiffy Lube. Anyway, my experience was awesome, employees were awesome and friendly. I will be going back.

Hopoe and the staff are quick they were able to get all my needs done. Also they recommended to change/replace my air filter and top off all of my liquids! Truck runs better than it came in!!

got there at 10:15 told it was going to be 20 minutes a car with 2 cars ahead of me, ended up leaving at 1:15, worst experience i ve ever had with a jiffy lube and haven t had really any good experiences tbh, this was my fault for continuing to go to the quick and easy oil changes. Just to add for the management the workers were walking around looking confused and had no sense of urgency. I hope the other customers in the lobby with me make a review as well so something can change.

Great customer service and trustworthy technicians! Have been here twice and received great service both times. Sherran, the GM helped me and was very nice and knowledgeable about explaining to me what needed to be done.

New in town with a new ride and took it into the local Jiffy Lube. Very happy with the service. Daniel was upfront, the service was super fast, and I appreciated his detailed explanations.

It seems to me that Daniel and his coworkers genuinely care about me, my car and my safety on the road. He s not pushing services that aren t necessary especially when I don t have the monies at the time.

Lemme preface this by saying the service and work done here has been great. Until today.I'm so disappointed in the service today. My sister took my car in for me. The guy helping her said the engine intake filter needed to be changed, and that buying it ourselves would only be a few dollars less than having you guys do it.My sis took him at his word.THE PART IS $17.99 AT OREILLY. TO HAVE IT CHANGED AT JIFFY LUBE IS $40.That is not "a few dollars". Shame.

Complete 180 degree from 2022 for the better!This jiffy lube is close to where I live. When I tried to get serviced at this location in late 2021 and 2022, things were not that great. I had to go someplace else to get an oil change, which meant going into Honolulu But when I went to this location earlier this year 2023, things were much much MUCH improved! All staff are friendly and helpful. General manager is actively involved with this location. She makes recommendations for additional services, but there is no pressure. No appointments taken for oil change, but service is quick! You may need to wait a little bit if other people are in front of you. This is the second time this year that I ve visited this jiffy lube, and the service has been consistently great since my previous time this year. General manager told me last time that she made some changes, and it definitely shows! Everything is much improved! I don t do many reviews, but I will definitely happily post this review!Services: Tires, Oil change

Friendly fast and efficient. This jiffy lube was the best I have ever been to! I was greeted, told it would be about 30 mins, which it was. I will definitely be returning, they even vacuumed the front and back, on the mainland they only vacuum the drivers side!!! The staff at Jiffy Lube were quick and helpful. Their professional manner of being upfront and not aggressive was very comforting. They provided information and allowed me to make choices without pressure. The speed that they worked at made the visit conveneint and I was able to get on to the rest of my day. Hey, just a head up this location does not offer safety checks at the moment, I know it s in the website, but the manager turned away 2 gentleman. The manager was super helpful though, gave them both alternative locations on where to go. Side note came in for an oil change and the staff is really helpful, shouts to their manager, & Daniel who helped me throughout the process. Really helpful & straightforward! Love that. This was my first time using this Jiffy Lube location and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Sherran, personally greeted me and went over all the options for my vehicle's maintenance. Everything was clearly explained and I did not feel pressured to choose one thing over another. The services were performed in a timely manner as I waited in the comfy waiting area. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Great experience here with incredibly friendly customer service and well explained options. Nothing is forced on you and communication was incredibly clear throughout the process. I needed an oil change ASAP and couldn't get an appointment anywhere. If you are like me, then this shop has you covered! HUGE MAHALO to the crew at Jiffy Lube Kaneohe!!

The person who helped me was especially helpful and nice, and gave me useful and pertinent information about my vehicle and the services performed, telling me what I actually needed, and what I didn't and how to know the difference. Also recommended some new wipers (that were cheaper to buy at Jiffy than O'Reilly's) that wont ever squeak or grind, that have a sun shield to protect from sun damage, and work REALLY well. I am so over getting sub-wipers, so was really glad to not have to make a separate trip to buy those, and get highly recommended good ones while I was there. All in all felt my truck was in good hands, I was not over-sold things I didn't need, but got the things I did, a positive experience. Thanks Daniel!Service: Oil change

Just took my 2011 Camaro SS there today. Daniel and his team did an amazing job. While he explained the whole service, he noticed my brake fluid had a high amount of copper and showed me the test AND explained how it happens. He was extremely knowledgeable in the service him and his team does down to the molecular level of the oil. I will be coming back for every oil change and service needed.
