I highly recommend this spot whether you are a professional detailer or simply a car enthusiast. The whole team here is very professional and offer outstanding customer service. Prime example of pure aloha. I recently ordered a tool that ended up having some manufacturer faults, & due to shipping issues I was having a hard time getting the tool to the mainland for a replacement. Not knowing exactly what my best strategy would be to get a new unit, I contacted the guys over at iRep and was assisted through every step of the process- ultimately getting a new tool exchanged through them with no hassle and in a timely manner. Alongside the great customer service, they also carry an arsenal of top tier professional grade products and tools. They always come through in a pinch when I need something for my mobile detailing business. Go check them out if you haven't already!

Absolutely the best in the business, love the wide variety of products and name brands. Kaikz and the team are always welcoming and well knowledgeable in each product and know what you need when you ask them any questions about any problems you may be having. If you haven t been here yet, you re totally messing out

I ve been out if the auto cleaning scene for a while. I went to iRep to learn some things and Ikaika definitely dropped some education on me! Very helpful and no pressure shopping. They recommended awesome products and I don t regret it!

Went to shop for the first time! Quality products and helpful and knowledgeable staff. I take care of our cars, trying to keep them as nice as possible for as long as possible. This is going to be my go-to store!

Quick shipping, helps to live on the same island lol. Lucky I came across them when I was searching online for ceramic spray, shipping from the mainland was going to cost minimum $30 to $200. Definitely good to know there's a place here where I can get my detailing needs. Shop Local! Mahalos iRep!

Best car detailing supply store on the island! They sell all the high quality brands, including Gyeon, Koch Chemie, Sonax and P&S. Prices are all reasonable and the staff is knowledgable. It's on the windward side, which is a bit of drive for some, but it's definitely worth it. You won't be disappointed.

This is an awesome store for high end detailing products. I was amazed on the knowledge of the staff, and once again the products are fantastic. This is a very quality high end store that I buy many products from and will continue to do so.

Irep detail supply is your newest detail supply, super store. It is locally owned and operated by a very knowledgeable, friendly, and detail oriented person with many years of hands on experience in the detailing world, by the Name of Ikaika.Ikaika is responsible for successfully establishing the Other Guys detailing store and paved the path to goodness for that place.This time, it s his turn to build his own shop. This shop is very diverse and doesn t cater to one particular brand, and has tiers setup for the products he Carries, from the good, but budget friendly stuff, to the higher end, prestige stuff. No matter what your Budget level is, Ikaika, Kaipo or tanner will definitely help you find what best suits you and your vehicle s needs. And don t let the fact that the store is less than a week old, fool you. the whole staff there are very, very knowledgeable with loads of experience,and will point you in the right direction. Highly Recommended!

This shop is amazing! Every time I go, we are always welcome and get that family feel of Ohana. Product selection is open, good quality, and always in stock.Confused and unsure about what to get. Don't worry, they gotchu! Product knowledge is on point, and they'll recommend items for your project.Not only are they a detailing shop, but they are also out in the community giving back. Immediately greeted when I walked in. I'm not familiar with a lot of the brands they carry, but they were more than willing to direct me to the types of products I was looking for. Even gave recommendations on which brand to go with.They got me setup with their reward program which has very attainable levels. They even offer military discount to veterans.Definitely will return and recommend to others.

Ikaika is the man! Asked him what kind of basic car maintenance kit he would recommend and I go there and he had it all set to go! When I say the greatest, this man is the greatest. And the ship their products faster than I run! (Which is hella fast) irep is your one stop shop. Go and see them!!!!!!

Amazing customer service and amazing products. They really promote the stuff that works for your car. From basic washes to full on detail service, iRep has it all. I respect the passion behind this store. They promote what they want because they know it works. There s multiple brands which shows a relatively unbiased opinion. Give them a visit! I know nothing about cars or detailing or any of that stuff. What I do know is all the events they organize/sponsor for the community! Check out their IG and other social media accounts. Awesome events for the whole family! 10, 20 years from now, these will be the childhood memories everyone will remember. This is the type business we need to support. I may have to start caring about the car so I have a reason to give them my money.

Scenic location. Lots of parking. Great selection of detailing products. Expert knowledge. Friendly staff. This is the place to go when you want to support local, find great products to fit your needs, and get expert advice with some friendly conversation. Thank you Ikaika, Kaipo, and Tanner for helping all of us take care of our cars. It took a kid from Kaneohe to bring this great selection of brands under one roof for us to experience.

I have to say that this is the place to get top notch detailing supplies to maintain your car. The guys there, Tanner, Ikaika, and Kaipo, are great at finding what you need. They helped me restore my leather seats with P&S Leather Conditioner and helped recommend the Gyeon wax to really make my black Subaru shine.There stuff is even great for around the home too, especially the Gyeon wax for stainless steel appliances. I use their Jax Wax on my shower faucets and grab bars too. Really great products with multiple uses.My favorite products: mitt on a stick, Jax Wax Swirl Remover, Gyeon Wax, Hyperclean Eco Wash, P&S Pearl Wash and leather conditioner.If you want high quality detailing stuff, this is the place to go.

Know these guys personally and trust me they are the very best at what they do ! Extremely helpful in teaching beginners and pro detailers alike about their various products. Extremely clean product show floor and most importantly beautifully located in the valley! The ONLY detail place I d recommend to anyone would be right here at IREP!
