My 5 year old car showed the tire pressure light coming on. Using a manual guage I found it was the driver, rear tire. Assuming it was a slow leak, I took it Goodyear and gave them the details. I had just added air and the warning light was off. When I came back a few hours later, they told me there was no puncture. A stem cap on a different tire was missing. Their explanation was my 5 year old tire had small cracks. I needed to replace the tire and get an alignment. I then took the car to the dealer who found a small nail and fixed the tire. I won't be back.

Was in town visiting my resident daughter and realized she needed new tires. Wanted to get that done before returning. Walked in at 2:00pm and had the two new tires on by 4:00pm! Thank you so much. Really gives me peace of mind her tires will now be safe and greatly appreciate the fast and knowledgeable service!

I have gone to Goodyear for my tire services before and they were very understanding, but attempted to call for a safety inspection and was rudely hung up on after trying to find an alternative time for their availability. Chanel was very short and snappy on the phone and seemed like she was just trying to get me on and off the call. Hung up on me mid sentence. Very disrespectful.

I got a tire change and an alignment. Told me what was wrong with my car and what they recommend with good detail. Good customer service and prices. Would recommend to others. Called 20+ tire shops and they had the best price for quality tires.

Would not recommend this place. Booked online for a safety inspection and when we dropped off the car they stated we can't book online (even though it was allowed on the website). They were able to do the inspection after much attitude. When we picked up the car (had to leave it for several hours), I wasn't even acknowledged upon entering the shop. Customer service severely lacking.

Made an appointment online for Sunday at 8am. Got there and it's closed. Corporate website says they are open, google says they are open, door says closed. Should have learned my lesson and stayed away.Booked an appointment for 11am on Monday. Dropped it off early at 8:30am. Got back to the store at 12:30 and my car is in the same spot I left it. I asked if they worked on it and the worker says no and it will take another few hours. I reminded him that I had an appointment at 11am and his reply was something like, "we don't use the online appointment system, we just try our best to fit you in and since you are just doing a flat repair, we are treating you like a walk in." How does that ever make sense from a customer service stand point? Why even have an online appointment scheduler if they will not follow it? I ended up just taking my car and scheduling an appointment at Firestone. Firestone was straightforward with pricing and wait times.Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated like you don't matter. Maybe do not even go to any good year if they can't even appointments and open hours correct. Such an embarrassment.

This was my first time using Goodyear because they were the only ones available to take me same day. I needed to rebalance my tires and do an alignment. They finished it super fast. The next day I went to Midas (where I normally go for car stuff) to do my safety check and they told me that the bushing on my control arms were shot. Now, if you go to Midas for safety checks, then you know it s first come first served so I was there from 3am! Soooo when the technician at Good Year was working on my car, he did not complete his check list and let me drive away thinking that my alignment was good to go. They did not mention to me AT ALL, that something was wrong. If I didn t try to do my safety the next day then I would ve never known. So we take it back and they refund me but then tell me they can t refund me the original way I paid, which was in cash, so they had to credit it to my card which takes a while. That doesn t make any sense. This was a very poor experience for a first time by a well known company. Safety should be a priority when it comes to working on someone s car and EVERYTHING ON THAT CHECKLIST SHOULD BE LOOKED AT IF ITS PART OF THE SERVICE.

Doug B Advisor helped us this evening. He is very honest, very knowledgeable and told us what we need to do with our car. He took the time to explain to us about tires and the upkeep of it . He knew we were financially struggling. He genuinely cared about our needs. He didn t take advantage of our naivety. but he was trying to help us out and understanding our situation. We were foreign students and were ordering tire on over the phone.Doug went over and beyond his call of duty . His kindness and expertise really made a lasting impression while in Hawaii. I will let my friends know to come and see Doug. Thank you for your kindness and service

This is my second time here for my safety inspection. I came on 7/24/23 by appointment at 3pm. My vehicle failed inspection for the passengers side front low beam, I told them on the phone I can come back with a new bulb to change it. When I got back I had to explained and said sorry I meant I can change the bulb myself which I usually work on my truck myself. I got back and waited 30 minutes. One of the workers I believe his name is Chad or Shad came out with an attitude and told me why I didn't tell him I didn't need my light bulb changed because they charge $49, I already told the front desk worker I could do it myself and I will bring my truck back in the next day. So Chad was frustrated about that but it was they're fault for not communicating with eachother. Chad continued to have a attitude towards me, the coworkers in the front desk were apologizing to me for Chad's behavior. Come to find out my safety sticker wasn't even expired, expires 11/23 and they didn't even tell me until after I paid, I was confused because my registration was actually expired. My fault for not looking at my registration paper before going in. So they just tell me to come back when I change my bulb. I return 7/26/23 for a walk-in 11:30pm. I drive into Good Years parking lot no parking as usually so I tried reverse parking in front of the first garage slightly next to the other cars, Chad is in the garage telling me to pull forward and waving his arms in the garage I have no clue what he is telling me almost causing a accident with another vehicle trying to pass through.. I told him I am hard of hearing I am supposed to be wearing hearing aids so i cannot comprehend what he is trying to wave and yell from inside of the garage, also my truck has a loud exhaust so I can't hear what Chad is telling me to do, it was in the heat of the moment and I want to apologize to Chad for speaking to him the way I did but his customer service skills is lacking. He apologized but I truly don't understand why he was giving me a hard time 2 times no business should be treating customers the way he did especially living in a tight knit community, everyone knows everyone in K ne'ohe. I know working in a mechanic shop can be tough but it does not give him the right to treat other people or customers like that. I demanded for the owner and their managers and he told me they are not here. So while all this little confrontation going down the owner and manager wasn't even in the office to address me or Chad. I felt so distressed I can't imagine how they treat other customers and get away with it. GOOD YEAR 46-047 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744 is bad for business. I won't be coming back here for simple safety inspection.

7 1/2 hours for a tire patch!? Dang I used to love this shop smh. Well I found the only way to keep this staff honest is to watch and make sure their being productive and respectful of your time. I was the first walk in at opening. I understand they prioritize appointments but 3 hours after check in the worker said "your vehilce is on the hooks," 3 hours later they said "there are 2 oil changes before your car is on the hooks, it should be done in about an hour and a half" I think it's the dishonesty that hurts. There are other garages in Kaneohe!

The best place on island to get your safety inspection done. I m sure they have many other great services too, but this was my first time going here and it was for a safety inspection (recommend by a friend) and they were AMAZING!! First, they were able to schedule me in within a little less than two weeks. I think I waited 10/11 days for my appt. Which was terrific compared to the other places I called. I showed up early to my appt fully aware of waiting an hour +. But, they took my car in early and I had it back by the time my actual appt was. The staff up front were extremely helpful and super nice people! I called ahead of time to make sure I had all of the right documents just to be safe and again, they were so nice and so helpful over the phone. 10/10 this place is wonderful.

Amazing amazing place to have any tire work done. I had a flat tire. And they treated me extremely well. Got me in and out in a timely manner. They took great care of us!

Great customer service. I called two other tire companies prior and they were not as willing to help me. I wish I called them first. I called to say that I need help with seeing if I have a nail in my tire. Even though I was a last minute appointment, Trevor was very welcoming and said just come on by and they can help me. Thank you to Trevor for being so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go back to them for any future issues. They got a great team!

I took my car for an oil change here and was really impressed with their "above and beyond the call" service. They found a problem with my last oil change back on the mainland. They found a part for me to solve the problem and gave me a ride to the Toyota dealer to buy the part directly. I was happily on my way in no time.

I got a flat tire late in the afternoon and nobody could get me in the same day. These guys would get a sixth star if that was an option. They were super helpful and EVEN STAYED LATE TO PUT A NEW TIRE ON FOR ME!!!There need to be more places like this, GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY WILL NOT DISSAPOINT!!!!

Website doesn t tell you when they do safety inspections so don t waste your time setting an appointment. They won t honor safety inspection appointments made online and will push an appointment weeks away.

I picked up a big screw in my car tire on the way to work and brought the car in to get it repaired. I was met with a warm greeting and left the car to be serviced. As I was leaving, the associate said she was sorry my day was starting out so bad. I appreciated the sentiment and genuinely felt better.Soon after, I recieved a call letting me know the work was completed. When I went to pick up the car and settle the bill, I was told that there was no charge. Really, no charge! If a business is this good with small stuff, good chance they're good at the big stuff too.

Don t come here. Made an appointment for an routine oil change and tire check for 10:30 and brought the car in a half hour early. A snarky guy checked us in and said something to the effect of you can leave it here but that doesn t mean we ll get to it before your appointment . We came back at 12 when we still hadn t gotten a call and we saw our car was still in the same parking spot we had left it in. I asked Mike if there were updates on our vehicle and he didn t even know what was going on with it. They hadn t even started on it. It was clear they had somehow forgotten about it. Another hour later and they called us to ask where the tire lock was. Mike was also very curt with customers that we watched him deal with. He did give us a small discount on the oil without owning up to his mistake. A total of four hours for a simple oil change and tire check with an appointment. I would never come back here and would suggest that you don t either.

I scheduled an hour and a half to get my oil change done and safety check. After waiting for that time they told me They hadn t touched my car yet and I should schedule around 2 1/2 hours. But that wasn t the worst part for me. When I first walked in there was no line and their staff did not greet me. So much so that one of them had their headphones in and was staring at the computer. I stood in front of her and I had to wait until someone from the back came in to acknowledge my existence

I made an appointment for a routine oil change and safety check and the quote was 2 hours:30 mins. I went and was told that I have to give them the car for a day because their online system does not reflect to their in-store and was overbooked again. I noticed that they have been using this reason for more than a year now and is not happening in other Goodyear stores that I have been going to. They said that I can reschedule but the earliest they can give me is in about a month.I then called Goodyear pearl city since I will be in the area in the afternoon and they said I could just swing by and do a walk-in anytime.I was expecting more from GoodYear Kaneohe, if you have the luxury to wait then it is good for you but if not then I suggest you go to other Goodyear stores.

Bryan was able to help me on the phone to set up a same day appointment for me to buy a new tire and change out the flat one. When I got to the location he was quick to help me and everyone working there was friendly. Had a previous positive experience as well. Would recommend!

Took my car in for an oil change. However I had an issue with the hood release. They got the part quicker than the dealer. My thanks to Trevor, Carlos, Chad, Bryan & Julie. Great crew !!

Whoever is working the front desk today was so rude to my boyfriend over the phone for no reason. All he asked was if where he was calling was the Kaneohe location because we BOTH didn t understand what she said when she answered because she said it fast, and she gave attitude for what? He asked her nicely. She should work on enunciating the location instead of giving unnecessary attitude because people can t understand her. I personally have my own bad experiences with the workers who answer the phones as they re usually always giving attitude or talking disrespectfully to customers, but majority of the time it s the ladies who answer the phone that are rude and I ve never heard them be disrespectful straight off the bat like the girl was to my boyfriend.

Ripped me off and lied to me. Bought 4 new tires and one of my tire pressure sensors started working sporadically. I took it back and they told me that the sensor battery was weak and they would change all my sensors for over $300. I took my car to Les Brodies and they changed my sensors for $100 less and they told me that the sensor that stopped working was broken off inside the tire. Buyer beware.

Want to be inconvenienced, and waste a bunch of your time? Then this is the shop for you. A safety check will take 2-3 hours at this shop. Yes, 2-3 HOURS for a safety inspection that should only take 15 minutes. I scheduled an appointment online and was told that the online scheduling doesn't actually integrate with the shops internal scheduling. What is the point of allowing online scheduling if the appointments will not be honored?

We were enjoying an awesome vacation as a family on Oahu a couple weeks ago. One afternoon we discovered our giant 15-passenger rental van had a slow leak in one of its tires. We managed to get to this Goodyear location as they were closing. Mike and the team quickly helped get us sorted out and back on the road. The service was quick, friendly and professional. They really helped us out!

Had my safety inspection here. They were very fast. Only recommendation is not to use their online reservation system. Tried twice, both times they called me back and said that time wasn't actually available and had to schedule on the phone.

Jen was a great tech who repaired my tire in minutes - and didn t charge me! I had to push for her to even take a small tip. No one ever tried to sell me more than i needed. In the short time that i was there, i got to use their w -fi (which works great) and one of the guys fished out the TV plug so that i could plug in my laptop. They are great people, very mellow, not stressed or pushy (unlike another tire place i used to like, with the initials LB), and do good quality work. The waiting area is not as fancy as other places, but so what? This place feels like real community. Coming here from now on!

Honest and dependable if pricey. I've had to take many various cars in over the years when my normal mechanic (who's honest, dependable, and inexpensive) is too busy which is almost always. Goodyear is always fast, have never needed to leave car overnight, has always repaired the issue, have helped me out with things and not even charged me. but their "diagnostic fees" are insane-- $150 to pull an engine code an $18 reader on Amazon can do!
