Rented a car from this company while on Kauai and dealt directly with the owners, Nori and Brandon, when making the reservation. They were awesome and made the process so easy! The vehicle was well-maintained and very clean. I have rented from other businesses while on Kauai and Rent N Go is, by far, the best of all of them!

A friend and I had a great experience renting through this company! The owners are so kind and welcoming. They picked us up from the airport and allowed us to drop off the vehicle at the airport, as timing required for us to catch a flight out. The jeep was clean, reliable and affordable. The process of setting up the rental was easy. Nori and Brandon even provided some beach gear and recommendations to check out while visiting! Will definitely rent through them again in the future!

We loved working with Rent n' Go Kauai. The process to rent from them was smooth. The payment process was so easy and understandable and we were thrilled with the vehicle when we got to it. They were the only company that we found that was willing to drop the car off at the airport for our late arrival pickup and everything went so smoothly including finding the car and getting the key. Once we were done it was so simple to just drop the car back off at the airport for our early morning flight. All communication with Rent n' Go was professional and polite. They were very helpful with any questions that we had as this was our first experience ever renting a vehicle. We would definitely rent from them again.

If you're looking for a rental car during your stay in Kauai I cannot recommend Rent N' Go enough. They were 5 stars throughout the entire process - booking was easy and straightforward, communication was excellent, the car was in great shape and the drop off was extremely smooth. Nori and Brandon really went above and beyond and allowed us to use some of their beach equipment during our stay. Our flight was delayed on our way out and not only did they let us extend the rental, they covered the parking fee when I (stupidly) forgot to leave enough cash. They were, kind, professional and understanding when we asked for some flexibility. My only issue with them is that they don't operate outside of Kauai! I would book with them anywhere given the chance. Thank you Nori and Brandon for helping to make our trip a true dream vacation!

What a great boutique rental car agency! Cars are tough to come by on the island (and necessary if you want the full experience). Brandon and Nori were great to deal with. They dropped off and picked up our car at the hotel and were incredible and efficient to work with. Our time with Colt (our car) made our trip even better than expected. Fully recommend!!!

Nori and Rent n' Go Kauai was so great! I wish I could give 6 stars. Everything went so smoothly and a minor issue that we brought to Nori's attention was addressed quickly and in the kindest manner. We picked the car up and dropped the car off at the airport and it was all super easy. No lost time dealing with the major rental agencies that are usually a big headache. Rent n' Go is highly efficient and they have a great system in place. Communications via email and text were prompt, which I really appreciated. Can't thank this small local company enough for providing a reliable car that ran strong for 9 days. The vehicle was older and had higher mileage, but mechanically sound and overall perfect for our trip. Such a great value compared to other agencies we explored. Thanks you Nori and Rent n' Go. We will definitely use you again on our next visit!

This was the perfect car rental choice for Kauai!Car was waiting for us in front of baggage claim when we arrived. No car rental lines or hassle. The vehicle was clean and reliable for road conditions. Communications were quick and friendly. Drop off was SO easy! Absolutely the way to go! Thank You!

Look no further for your Kauai car rental Nori and Brandon are the BEST!!! Their fleet of cars vary from convertibles to SUVs, all perfect for getting to most any destination on the island depending on make and model. I rented Rhonda the Honda (CRV) for 3 months and it ran like a gem the whole time. Nori and Brandon respond almost immediately with any questions or concerns, they will service the car on demand if needed, and they are so accommodating when arranging for pick up and drop off. I will continue to use and recommend Rent N Go for any and all my car rental needs in Kauai!!!

Nori and her husband were great to work with, they offered multiple services on Kauai and were very prompt and thorough with their communication. The car we rented fit our needs and was reliable. We were so relieved they were an option during the rental car shortage in the islands! I wouldn t hesitate to rent from them again.

Our experience was so easy and so painless. I walked out of the airport and was in the rental car within minutes. No hassle. The car was clean. Everything was as expected. I highly recommend renting a car from Nori! She was very helpful through the duration of our trip. Honest and straightforward!

Have to agree with the reviews here. Rent N Go was amazing. Dropped the car off at the airport for pickup and we dropped it off when leaving again. Super easy. Communication was clear, car was in great shape and we didn t have to wait hours in line! Very competitive prices compared to your big agencies as well. Loved this company!

Rent n' Go Kauai is the best choice for car rentals in Kauai. They offer the most convenient pick up/drop off, great communication, and very fair prices.The car was waiting for us outside of the airport which is fantastic to avoid the long lines at other car rental companies. No hassle. Nori was a great communicator and made sure everything was perfect!

We are so glad we found Kauai Rent n Go! One day before our scheduled arrival, another car rental company informed us that their office would be closed at noon and unable to process our reservation. Frantically searching for another rental, we contacted Nori who was able to get us a quote and reserve a car within minutes. The transaction was seamless, from the digital paperwork to the airport pick-up, and we even laughed thinking of all the time we would have wasted had we stuck with the big name rental companies (shuttles, lines, no thank you!). Nori provided all the information we needed upon arrival, including detailed instructions and a map of where to locate the vehicle at the airport, and a video on how to operate the lockbox. Nori was attentive, and promptly responded to any questions we had. Our Ford Edge was clean and rode like a champ, as promised. We even extended our stay an extra day, and were able to coordinate the change of plans with Nori via text, without wasting valuable beach time. No question, next time we re in Kauai, we ll be securing our rental car with Kauai Rent n Go! Thanks Nori!!

Great vehicle, great service, wonderful experience! When we went to Kauai in June we were shocked to learn the rental companies had no vehicles available to rent. We found one available with Nori for the dates we would be in Kauai. She had the vehicle parked at the airport for us when we arrived. The vehicle was clean and well maintained and the whole process exceeded my expectations. Nori was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the rental. My security deposit was promptly refunded upon returning the car when our trip ended. I would highly recommend renting from her and I would definitely rent from her on my next trip to Kauai.

This was such an amazing experience! The car worked amazing. So easy to use. Was able to get us all around the island safely. Nori and her husband were so helpful with anything we needed while on island. Would definitely rent from them again. 5/5 start experience

Nori really came to our rescue after Budget did not hold our car for us despite a reservation. Nori was able to provide a car immediately and everything was handled efficiently and courteously throughout. It is a pleasure to deal with an excellent family-operated business!

Went well beyond expectation. The car we received was clean and got the job done getting us to Waimea Canyon. Nori and Brandon also dropped the vehicle well before the schedule with clear instruction on how to access it. Drop off was also seamless and they even accommodated a grace period while we were making a final, unplanned stop at Kauai Coffee. I would not hesitate to rent a car from them again on my next visit to Kauai. Mahalo

My wife and I booked our Kauai vacation before realizing that car rentals were in short supply. I was concerned and called all over the island. I looked on Craigslist and was a bit skeptical that I would find a legitimate rental. I sent a few emails and Nori replied. She was amazing and very open to make sure we had all details about cost, insurance and car. When we landed after 8pm her and her husband were waiting for us at the airport with the car! What service! They had car ready for us and also a box of chocolates and masks etc. she made sure we were all set. Car was great and we highly recommend Nori!

This was a great experience from husband and wife team. They provided great customer service, answered all questions that I had prior to renting vehicle and made the rental process super simple by dropping the car off at my hotel with a lock box code to access key. All communication was made via text messages other than the initial contact made via phone call. The return of the vehicle consisted of leaving the car at the hotel parking lot with the key in the lock box wth a full tank of gas. Rental requires paying a deposit with a credit card other than that you can pay the final bill with your choice of payment prior to taking possession of vehicle. They will require a copy of your driver's license and a deposit to complete the rental. The vehicle was a Hyundai, it drove perfectly well even with a 130k plus miles on it. It was nice and clean on the inside, had a charger for USB and 2 usb adaptors. You could easily pair your phone to the vehicle for music or navigation. The deposit was returned immediately upon the return of the vehicle. The husband was kind enough to give me a free day car rental upon learning I was going to catch an uber upon rental as my contract did not begin until the next day. If you're looking for same vehicles as rental companies this is not for you. If you are looking for convince, reliable transportation without the newness of a rental car this is the company, and you. I would use them again and again. The only concern I had was the tint on the driver side window and rear window made it difficult for me to see at night. It appeared they were in the process of removing the tint but had not completed the process.

I wanted to commend Nori for being a top notch host. I contacted her off of CL to try to rent a vehicle for the weekend we were to be on Kauai racing outrigger canoes. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry with an answer as to availability, and she even offered a choice of vehicles. She sent pictures of the different vehicles and I was very impressed with her other reviews from previous renters. The process was pretty seamless as she is very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. We arranged to have the vehicle delivered to the airport for pickup and she said "no problem at all". The other half of our crew (wahines) also rented one of her cars with the same experience. I would not hesitate to rent from her again and intend to do so when I go to Kauai. A hui hou and mahalo nui loa, Nori!

Rented a convertible for a day to tour the island. The mustang convertible was brought to our hotel at the agreed time time and worked perfectly. We had a great time. They went the extra mile at all junctions. Highly recommend

Great experience with Nori! The price was almost too good to be true, but the customer service was also 5 star on top of the amazing price. One of our vehicles had an issue and they were so quick to respond and bring us another. Quick responses and gave us good tips for the island. Highly recommended! Thanks Nori!

If I could double these stars I would. This place is a 10 star, not 5. The husband and wife team (Nori & Brandon) are beyond amazing! My daughters and I arrived in Kapaa thinking we didn t need a car. Boy were we wrong. So at the last minute I was searching frantically for a car to rent. Came across these guys and immediately they got back to me! Not only was Nori quick to respond, but she stayed in touch with me the entire time. I cannot rave enough about them. First they told me they could deliver the car to the hotel where we were staying at; followed by saying I could drive the car to the airport and park it there as they would pick it up afterwards. I couldn t believe how easy it all was from beginning to end. Not to mention how kind Nori & Branson were. To top it all off we got a SUPER good deal & was way cheaper then any other rental place. We loved Rhonda (Honda CRV). If you re looking to rent a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Nori came through for us last minute with the cutest red Mustang. We had a blast seeing the island and Nori made it so easy and convenient, dropping off and picking up from our hotel. We will definitely rent from Rent n Go in the future!!

Great people great service got married in maui leaving the next day for kauai. 2 hrs before wedding got informed r car was given away by island car rentals kauai llc for no reason. This small business was determined to help us I couldnt send the paperwork right away because of the wedding. She insured me we had a car and to enjoy the night. Thank you so much.
