Thr employees here are very helpful a d personally remember me for coming in. As of late Steve has been helping me with the parts and he has been extremely helpful to help be figure out what I xan afford to do and when because I'm on a limited budget. I surely appreciate everyone here for being so kind and always looking out for me. Thank you all, God bless each of you

Nicest guys and best auto parts store I've ever been to. I had a scratch on my car and was going to buy touch up paint, but didn't know if it would work. They told me to try rubbing compound instead and bring t he car for them to look at. After looking at the car the gentleman named Mike said wait one minute, came back with a microfiber cloth with some compound on it. He rubbed it out and I stared as my stupid scratches disappeared. I offered to buy the bottle and pay, but he would not let me. Just wished me a Happy New year and said don't worry about it. What a wonderful human being...we need more like you in the world sir. Also, now you have a loyal customer.Thank you Mike and Napa Auto Team in Kailua Town! Aloha.

I visited this location 2 times in the last month and was assisted by Jordan. He was really knowledgeable, offered great advice/opinion on a battery terminal he prefers (and it was spot on), assisted with my other purchases, polite, and most importantly, attentive. I don't live on the windward side but, will be visiting this location for my automotive parts needs.

Had to make an emergency run after breaking one of the wheel studs off my hub assembly. I first called to ensure they had the part available, and they were extremely helpful in confirming the part and the correct fit for my vehicle. Everyone at the store was again very helpful and assisted with my purchase of other items to complete the repair. Thank you Kailua Napa Auto Parts!

First time ALMOST customer of NAPA?Trying not to waste my time, I called Instead of driving to the store. No one answered two previous times I called in 45 minutes.So I try back an hour later and someone answers and places me on hold for 1.12 minutes. No biggie. They finally ask "how can I help you." Do you have any cabin air filters in stock for, I give them vehicle year make and model, and he tells me he will have to call me back!!He takes my name and number and no call back!Customer service fail!!This store is on my list of will not go to

Never a bad time shopping for parts at Napa when the staff treat you like family helping you with whatever you need. Came here for a basic tune up parts and they even helped me save money buy telling me about if I purchase a Napa reusable bag! Score! They always have amazing sales to so that's a plus, I always feel more welcomed @ napa than going O'Reillys

Asked for product choice help on fixing some minor scratching on headlight and paint and the guy working was incredibly unhelpful. Pretty rude from the get go when we asked about best products and only got worse from there. Wouldn t recommend.

Worst privately owned NAPA ever. Rushed over to get something and arrived at 5:55 pm on 6/11/18 when they close at 6pm to find the door locked. Guy at counter insisted it was after 6pm. He would not help me and yelled from the counter for me to leave. Too bad he looked at an analog clock verses any connected device with time. Never again will I go there.

Needed a new battery for a Toyota Prius and the one on the computer was different from the one in the car. I didn't realize that my daughter had the battery replaced the year before and the Toyota dealership but in the wrong sized battery. When I went to put in the battery that Napa gave me it looked like the wrong size, but of course it wasn't. The manager at Napa (Vanessa) actually came she was finished for the day and spent 1.5 hours helping me put the battery in. She did NOT have to do this and went WAY out of her way. I attempted to reimburse her for her time and I kept insisting, but she would not accept. Vanessa and the Napa staff were amazing and if you need auto parts why would you go anyplace else?

Every staffs there are all very helpful especially the worker names Darren. He checked and find out what kind of timing belt of my car so we can maintain.

NAPA hires people who know cars so can actually provide helpful advice as well. This branch is no exception. They are also quite friendly.

Came in looking for some RainX windscreen wipers. The woman at the counter checked inventory and said that they didn't have ones that were the right size for my truck. She mentioned that they have others but I declined. I started walking away and she said she could show me more of their selection and I said no thanks I'm going to go somewhere else to get them since it was pouring rain out and I wasn't looking to get wipers that I hadn't had experience with before. When I said that she looked at me like I was garbage and turned to walk away without saying a word. I was honestly shocked that they would do that since I live in Kailua and would have been a frequent customer but I'd rather drive all the way to O'Reilly in Kaneohe than come back here. Jokes on them though, not only will I only be going to O'Reilly, but the Target down the street had a better selection of wiper blades than their store, and so they got my business that day.

Great customer service and outstanding tool selection. Napa parts are always reliable and in stock. Professional parts, tools, and customer service. At the Kailua store see Renee or Mike for excellent customer service.

This store is worthless to the community. Always closed even when supposed to be open. Just now I attempted to walk into the store, 5 minutes before closing time to buy one item. When I was literally 20 feet from the entrance, the employee walks up, turns off the "open" sign and locks the door, and ignores me standing there.
