SCAMMER: Do Not use this business!! Rims still have grime and his cleaner on it. my dash and cup holder are still dirty! my door handles still have cleaner on them. he removed my panel beside the door and never put them back on correctly. he uses Robi pressure washer( red flag) then tells us he doesnt have time to clean our floor matts and we should just by new ones . original quote was 225-275 . then he arrives say it will be 400$. then proceed to tell us if we want all the sand /hair removed from car it will be 500 plus . this individual should be ashamed of them self

I give Mr. Car Wash Hawaii two thumbs up! He literally has the most competitive prices in Honolulu and I was hands down more than impressed with a perfect detail. My 2011 Lincoln looks brand new thanks to Mr. Car Wash. I have previously scheduled with other local detailers and there s no comparison to Mr. Car Wash s finished product. Thank you for your detail oriented & flawless hard work! I will definitely be referring my friends and family. Give Mr. Car Wash a call for your next detail! Satisfaction is guaranteed!!!

had my car professionally detailed at MrCarwash Hawaii at Kailua - interior and exterior and they turned my car looks like a brand new-a head turning car. They are the best among the rest if you're talking about detailing cars. Customer service here is awesome I gave them five stars or two thumbs up!!! Just had my car detailed by Rod and it was worth every penny! My car looks better than it had in years! Clean, neat, beautiful shine! He picked up and dropped off my car, no hassle! Super great customer service. Rod obviously loves what he does because it shows in his work! Great job! I will definitely be a returning customer!

My car was an absolute mess when he came to clean it, crumbs, salt water stains sand and a spilled smoothie on the seat. He stayed for hours and it is completely spotless. Looks brand new inside!! Highly recommend!!!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I have never had a service person call to ask- car already spotless and for no additional money, to return the next day to clean even more! Rod came to our home and took the car from well used by a full family living near the beach to showroom ready.He removed stubborn scratches, touched up paint, and even stopped me heading out to give a quick courtesy wash and wipe to our other car. Mr. Carwash Hawaii didn t honor the appointment I set with them; they stood me up. When I called to ask what happened, the man who answered was rude and short with me. When I introduced myself and shared that I was waiting at the location, he responded, For What? and when I told him I had an appointment, he asked me with whom (selecting a service provider is not an option on their website). He told me someone had Covid and therefore no one could assist me. He had no answers for me when I asked why the company didn t call me to reschedule. He had no apologies for inconveniencing me. He didn t even acknowledge the mistake the company made. He didn t offer to make it right; there was no offer of an alternate appointment let alone any sort of discount. I m very disappointed.

Don't use this place. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM, they confirmed beforehand. They no-showed, I called at 10:40, they said they were running late and moved the appointment back. Called an hour later and said they wouldn't be able to make it, but would make me "the first appointment of the day" the following day. They no-showed that appointment, when I called they were "running late in traffic" (never bothered to call me to check in or let me know). Three no-shows in two days. Avoid this place unless you want your time wasted.

Rod provides a 5 star concierge experience. He came new years eve in the pouring rain and went above and beyond with the clean. He even helped load bags into our car at the end. You will be so pleased you hired Rod!

Brought in a Tesla Model S that sits outside 24/7. Rod and the team brought this thing back to life, polished and protected with ceramic coating. Great value, great people.
