I called every mechanic in Kailua for a water pump replacement on an old truck. Without even telling me the cost of a part, they immediately quoted labor at $400+ and it would take weeks before I could go. Corey answered with a gracious quote AND on short notice took my baby in. While he worked on my old truck he spotted a few other small problems and called before he did any work and he did all of it too. My truck is a passion project I've worked on for years and this is the best she's ran. He also finished a ton of work in less than 12hours and I leave soon for some work related ventures (military). I'm from the south where good work and good mechanics are rare, Corey is bonafide and treats Marines right. I will be back here for anything outside of my understanding. Semper Fi Corey, thank you for all the help!

Expensive, and Corey is rude. I needed the starter in my car changed. He wanted almost $500 for it. The dealer was charging $200 less! The dealer is never supposed to be the cheaper option! He's done my safety a couple times, and he's failed me for the smallest things, so don't bother going to him for a safety if anything at all is wrong with your car. His customer service also sucks. I always get an attitude from him, like I'm just a huge inconvenience to his day. I've tried to make small talk and he shrugs me off. He doesn't even try to be friendly. Go elsewhere for you car needs.

Corey was very friendly and helpful. Great guy! Took my vehicle there for safety inspection. Its first come first serve basis. You can drop off your vehicle and when it's done he'll call you. Simple as that.

Professional, courteous, and efficient. I called Corey's Auto Care frantic because my inspection was expiring that day. After calling multiple places that had no availability for weeks, I was overjoyed when Corey said that the best he could do was work me in between cars already scheduled. I had my new state inspection within the hour, and he gave me a recommendation to correct something that isn't an issue yet, but that could become one soon. Great, friendly service! He went out of his way to help; a rare thing in today's world.

Untrustworthy! I went in for a simple oil change, they changed my cabin air filter without permission. I guess this is what happens when you try to trust the local car shop. I wonder how many other customers they took advantage of. I will not be coming back. I highly recommend others to look elsewhere than this predatory shop.

Corey has always helped me with my new van whenever needed. The Honda Odyssey runs well. My gf has brought her Kia to him for various fixes and no issues. Reasonable pricing. Honest labor. Some others will charge an arm and a leg just to look at something. He is honest when telling you if you should fix something now or later and even if he should be the one to do it or if you should take to another shop.

I've never registered my car in Hawaii before so the process to me is very confusing. So I had just a quick question on the safety inspection so I called and asked. But the way he answered it was very confusing and so I asked politely if he could repeat himself or try explaining it a different way and he replied in a very rude and derogatory way saying he wouldn't

Don't go to this place. This guy did a state inspection on my vehicle and failed it for items not even listed on inspection requirements by the state of Hawaii under Hawaii inspection rules section 19-133.2-26. Failed inspection for stuff like old rear window tint obstructing vision, seat belt warning indicator not working (part 35 only states the seatbelts need to function...), headlights being out of focus (I measured them at 24-26", requirement states between 22 and 54"off the ground). There were other things such as these, but I felt that I was being treated unfairly. He didn't even offer to assist with any "repairs". I'm glad I read the state registration on this. Think twice about going to a shady mechanic like this guy. He'd probably tell you you're low on blinker fluid.

Went to a a safety inspection and every place i'v done a safety inspection as long as you had the official ID card for insurance, digital or phyiscal copies, you were able to do a inspection. They won't do it unless you had a physical official document sent from the insurance company. Not something you printed. And the guy I dealt with was very rude and condescending

Corey is a very experienced mechanic. He does much more than remove and replace parts. He will find the root of your problem and fixes it the right way.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Was just trying to be nothing but nice to the guy and he had the worst attitude and not a single care in the world to help me out and talked to me like I was just an inconvenience to his day
