Tried buying an alternator for my truck and asked if they had a m6 bolt for the ground connection and said he had to special order it for $60 lol you guys are a joke

Good selection but employees aren't that helpful. The employees at the Wailuku United/Napa Auto parts location are much more helpful and knowledgeable

Amazing customer service here! Several months ago, an employee offered his personal vehicle to help jumpstart my car. And recently, Brian (manager) went above and beyond to help me return unused merchandise. Aloha!

Very professional quality parts and quick service had to order a part from the mainland. Harold was very personal and helpful expititiing my whole order and when my part was in the store he called to let me know. This is what I call total peace of mind and customer service 'Which is hard to come by these days knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend United Auto Parts "Napa" Kahului. To anyone who needs parts for they're vehicle or tools to keep them on the road. He also gave me a great recommendation on a technician who helped me get back on the road! Mahalo definitely recommended

Needed some oil for the wife's Mini. Two quarts here cost almost as much as six quarts of the same oil in Costco.

The guy at the counter was very helpful even came out onto the store floor to help find an item I needed. They had everything we went in for so it wad a successful trip.
