tint masters is the only place that tints our windows....having another vehicle going in Tuesday. they do a good job and work with my schedule

I would like to say that I been here twice to get windows tinted . The reason I'm giving them two stars an not 1 star is because the first time I went there everything was fine. I got m3 crystaline tint on side windows an my back window.I called around an wanted this specialty film I got online installed. They confidently agreed to install it at what i thought was a pretty high price point (considering i bought the film) but agreed anyway because they didnt disappoint the last time.When I went to pick up the car after several delays on the time they quoted me I was very disappointed. There was a big blurry spot on the window along with scratch marks all around the bluury spot .Initially They said if I would like they could touch it up for me. After driving around for a few days an noticeing the scratch marks an blurry spot I decided to contacted the manufacturer of the film who agreed to send over a new roll of film free of charge even though it seemed that the installer may have damaged the film.I called tint masters an They quickly backpeddled on that so called touch up they offered me even though I got the film. They than went on to say that they didn't feel comfortable working on my car due to all the tech in the windows. Basically they said i was outta luck. They offered no refund discount or any form off compensation for my mediocre 500 dollar tint. I didn't mind the high price point as long as the quality of work was there... which it wasn't.I appreciate them taking the time to help me with the film an they get an A for effort an confidence but if anything happens to go wrong your going to be outa luck at tint masters.Services: Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Top notch work install of 3M Crystalline tint but... l found dirty hand print on the inside of an A pillar, the adhesive solution used had a funky odor, and no stickers over window down/up switches to prevent you from rolling the windows down (you are not suppose to do that for three days) to air out said stink. There is also no detailed invoice and all you get is a credit card receipt. As such, it also took several calls over 10 days to receive 3M warranty info, a proof of Crystalline tint being used. Great workmanship but the overall experience could be made better.

Nice guys and quality work, but expect them to usually be way off about how long the job will take. I ve had three cars tinted by them and every single one has gone several hours past the appointment window. When your transportation is stuck there for that long, this can create many problems and they do nothing to make up for it.But again, the work is very good. Just plan on the job taking 2-3x longer than quoted.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Didn't get my tint from them yet, I definitely will. They are very helpful and honest. Gave me a straightforward price for what I was asking about and didn't BS me around, I've seen thier work and it is quality!! Definitely go here!

Nelson did a great job and was super professional. We've been meaning to get a tint done for a while, but needed to save up. It's well worth the money for the service and quality. Happy to support a local business like this!

Nelson is the Man!!!! Great friendly and professional service!!!He also does not cheap out on the material quality either.Tint Masters is hands down my only goto tint shop now. Cost is slightly more but well worth the quality of product and great installer.Plus not one piece of dirt or sand in my tints... That's the first time ever... I've had my tint done by 3 other shops on 10 different cars in the last 8 yrs and they always broke something or had dirt or sand in tint.Thanks Nelson for the great tint work!!!

When we needed some repair work done to our existing tint, Tint Masters was extremely helpful in finding us a perfect match and working around our schedule. We were so happy with the results, we asked them to come in and tint our upper windows - about 14' up! They did a great job and you can really feel the difference in how much heat is blocked in the afternoons. Many thanks to Nelson for his help.

Had a great experience with Tint Masters Maui. Very professional customer service, with great pricing. Already had two of my vehicles tinted with them, and I will be a returning customer in the years to come. Highly recommended. Had a conversation with the owner, and learned they are not limited to vehicle, but if you are looking to tint your home or business, they do that as well.

Decided to gift my hubby tints on his Toyota Tundra for his birthday. Customer Service was great & quick to respond to any questions I had. The tints turned out awesome & we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Highly recommend TintMasters for the amazing service!!!

Fantastic service, great pricing. Very affordable professional tinting. Dropped off my truck in the morning, and they were done by lunch. Very pleased with their service, and the quality of the tint installation is top notch. Would definitely recommend this business!

I love that Tint Masters Maui offers me the highest quality installation by certified master installers. I love my new tint job I got from tint masters Maui! I tinted my 2015 Toyota Tacoma and it came out perfect! Great work, professionally done! I would recommend tint masters Maui to anyone wanting or needing professional tints done on there cars or there homes!!

We recently bought a condo in Lahaina. Our view is awsome, but we get full sun a good part of the day. We did not want to have to lose the view just to minimize the heat from the sun. We are so happy with the job Tint Masters Maui did on the window and sliding door. I called around for pricing and Tint Masters were very competitive. They were able to schedule and complete our project within a week. The guys did a top notch job and left no mess behind. I am impressed with how much cooler the conndo stays and we still have our view. We definitely recommend Tint Masters Maui
